Best dermatologist around! Very caring human being and puts all his time into you and listens to what you have to say. Everything he prescribes works! Wait is long but totally worth it!

Dr is very informative and friendly. He really enjoys what he does which is a dying breed of this time. What a wonderful dr.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went For about 3 months straight and paid cash every time (because you can’t pay with a card there. It’s basically like it’s 1980 still) the last time I went I forgot to bring cash so they sent me a bill. A month later they sent my 70 dollars to collections. A month later. Never called. Never sent me a second notice. Nothing. I was just about to call and make another appointment before they sent me to collections over a bill 30 days late. Now I will never go there again

Waited 4 months for an appointment only to wait 1.5 hours after my scheduled time to actually see the doctor. Why not just schedule longer appt times? There were 7 people in the waiting room who waited equally as long or longer. Nice guy and thorough doctor but respect for time is important to me.

Yes, there is always a wait time. The reason there is a wait time is because Dr. Dieteman cares so much for his patients and spends a lot of time with them discussing their treatment options. Hes a fantastic dermatologist and Im so lucky to be his patient.

Don’t even deserve a singular star- they sent a bill of my husbands to collections after about 30 days. Didn’t even bother to send a second notice or call. Just sent straight to collections, even funnier it was a $75 bill. I didn’t know none of the people who work there were human and ever set down a paper bill and forgot about it! Absolutely ridiculous. Go there if you want your bills all sent to collections and have your credit ruined! Never in my life have I ever seen someone send a bill to collections for a month. Will NEVER go there again. They don’t deserve anyone’s money quite frankly, if you are thinking of going there- go somewhere else instead.

Had to wait a while, but the Dr was great.

I want to give ZERO stars. I had my first appointment set for 9:30am. I had to wait, three months to get the appointment. I was told to be 10 minutes early. The waiting the waiting room had 6 other people in it. When I asked was there much of a wait, one lady told me she has waited 2 hours from her appointment time before, and to be prepared for a long wait. I then asked the receptionist how long. I was told Dr. was behind, and that it would be 45 minutes at the least. They open at 8:00am, there are 6 people ahead of me, other patients confirmed that this office NEVER ran on time. I have to take time off from work. What makes this Office think it is acceptable to waste peoples time. Since this is a regular occurrence why isnt scheduling adjusted? When I asked I was told by the receptionist that I would have to talk to the Dr. about it. I didnt have time to wait, so now its time to find a Dr. that respects people and realizes that their time is also valuable.

The wait at this office is ridiculous. If you have an appointment with him dont have any other plans for the day.

I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Dieteman numerous times over the years. While some may complain about the wait times in his office, I can only wish that all of my Doctors were as thorough, kind and compassionate as Dr. Dieteman. He takes his time with each patient and fully explains all options, costs, etc.

I have gone to Dr. Dieteman for a few years.A nice man. But my last visit went from Roger Dangerfield jokes to calling Democrats Demoncrats, what a good job President Trump is doing on the pandemic, and Chinese people deliberately went all over the world to infect the every country on earth, ect.I respectfully disagreed with him but he couldnt seem to stop expressing his world view.This was all before he treated my nose for pre-cancer skin.Unfortunately, I wont return...

You will see negative comments about wait times but that is because this Dr sees every one of his patients. He takes his time, explains options and what your insurance will cover and alternatives. He is kind and gentle. Just an amazing man and doctor.

I visited Dr Dietemans office in 2016 and had a 3 hour wait AFTER my appointed time! Today I had the pleasure of returning and am happy to say the wait was half an hour So I was in and out in under an hour!! Hes very supportive and communicates well! His staff is engaging and wonderful to interact with!!

Wonderful experience--this Doctor is honest, knowledgeable, and so darn kind and friendly--I felt like I was talking with family. Dr. Dieteman listens carefully to what you are saying, and then discusses your treatment options with you--so you have a say in your treatment. Finally, a Doctor who treats his patients like human beings instead of robots.

The Dr. is very friendly and knowledgable. Ive had great experiences here. They need to schedule less people per day. Plan to wait 30 min to an hour past your scheduled appointment time.

My husband went to him to have a mole evaluated. Dr did nothing about it. Finally got a Dr to remove it. By than it was stage 2 melanoma. 3 1/2 years later after running to Pittsburgh. My husband passed away in 2014. If The Dr would have taken it off in the first place, maybe he would be here.

Dieteman knows he stuff however they dont know how to schedule appointments. I had an 11:15am appointment and there were already nine people waiting ahead of me when it was only open at 8am and I arrived at 11am. Obviously this is an office for people that are retired and this is their big day out for the week. Waste of time. Maybe they should do an online check in so people could schedule their appointments and not have to leave 2 hours too early.

Im from New Orleans and Dr Dieteman is the kind of dermatologist you would want to see. The one who said about how long you wait. Ive waited at all the dermatologist office long periods of time. The only thing when I worked I would book a month in advance and told them I worked and had to see the Doctor within my appointment time. That seems to work. Just be clear with them.

I waited over 90 minutes for my appointment to see the doctor. Not happy!

I have been a patient of Dr. Dietemans since he first came into practice with Dr. Snyder. I suffer from psorasis and he is the only doctor I have ever went to that can clear my skin up. I will be sad when he retires and I will have to find another dematologist to go to. He has treated my whole family for this condition and always remembers that when I see him, even if it has been years later. Yes, the wait is a little longer than most doctors, but what I like about Dr. Dieteman is that he doesnt rush you. Thanks Dr. Dieteman for all these years of such wonderful care.

I went to the good Dr for a wart removal which became a nightmare which became a burn more than the wart but part of my finger which was brushed off. 296.00 for wart removal give me a break . when I went to pay with my benfit card they dont take anything electronic cash or check only I made payments. They just dont seem to be customer freindly. I wouldnt take my dog there or refer them to anyone.

Had my mom to several different doctor. ..he was the only one that figured out what was wrong with her skin

This office is extremely slow. I was scheduled for a 4pm appt and it appeared that there were about 4-6 people scheduled at the same time. My wait time was estimated to be an hour long. What are appt times for??

Husbands appointment for 3:45, its 5:10 and he is still waiting to see the Dr. The wait is like this every time!
