Excellent dentist and staff! Dr. Carla goes above and beyond to provide excellent dentistry service. Dr. Carla and Jodie and very good with keeping me at ease throughout my visits. I feel very comfortable and welcomed at Orlando Dentistry. Also, top level care and up to date dentistry procedures are superior. I highly recommend for anyone who may be nervous about going to the dentist. Also, amazing and caring office staff!!!

Dr. Carla is very knowledgeable and thorough. Always friendly. Elyse the hygienist is super nice and friendly. Again very knowledgeable and gentile on the teeth, but did a really good cleaning. Been going to Orlando family Dentistry for several years. Always happy nice staff too!

Elyse was my dental hygienist today and did a fantastic job of being very gentle as she took X-Rays and did a teeth cleaning. I have some sensitive areas on my gums and she was super careful around those areas. Two sisters, Dr. Carla and Dr. Maria, operate this dental practice. I see Dr. Maria. She is wonderful. I have been a patient at this dental practice for quite a few years and am very pleased with this modern office.

Orlando Family Dentistry is the BEST dental office in Erie! They provide friendly, knowledgeable, professional care every time. They are on time for patient appointments and work with your schedule to get you in when it is convenient for you. Dr. Maria allows ample time to ask questions if you need to, as Im sure Dr. Carla would as well. The front desk staff are attentive and helpful and wonderful in general, as are all of the dental hygienists and assistants!

My children and I have came here for a long time and it was always OK and then out of the blue they dont accept our insurance anymore... Didnt bother to tell my wife when she took our 3 kids just sent us the bill ... not even a heads up from the dentist my children have been going to their whole lives, very disappointing.

My husband and I see Dr. Maria Orlando. She, as well as the entire office staff, are very caring and friendly. A while back, I was having trouble with a tooth a few days before we were leaving for vacation. Dr. Orlando’s office got me in right away and was able to temporarily help me with my problem so I could enjoy my vacation. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist to consider this office.

It has been years since Ive been to a dentist that knows their stuff and reccomends all the right things. And the best part is that I was in and out within a reasonable time. The staff was professional and very down to earth. I was able to get an appointment in a timely fashion and Im glad I did. My teeth are happy and Im happy.

Prior to being referred to Orlando Dentistry by a co-worker, I always thought that trips to the dentist were meant to be painful. Dr. Carla is the absolute best and if she feels shes hurting you, she will stop immediately. The dental hygienist is even incredibly gentle. The staff is taken care of which is reflected in their attitudes. I would highly recommend this office especially if you had a fear of the dentist like I did for 30 years!

This is a Grade A facility. I have had a few different dental emergencies and I am seen within hours of my phone call. On top of that, I have been always treated very well. I have been to a few other dentists throughout my life, this is by far the most gentle. I dont even mind going!

This place is terrible! I have been to many dentist and the customer service is the worst. I lived in Ohio, and grew up here In PA and will never go or recommend this place! I called my orthodontist who had told me to go to them and they were displeased to hear to say the least. I do not believe that they will be recommending their services anymore.The work schedule I have I am unable to say a time and date. My customers make my schedule. They knew where I worked and understood that I can not just leave when I want.They also didnt schedule me for 2 months for my first appointment. I did not have any dental work done here or I would have givin 1 star. Unfort I will have to let everyone I know to stay away because of this experience.
