Theresa who does the x-rays is such a beautiful person inside and out. She is very professional and personable. She does an amazing job when cleaning your teeth and works well with the dentist also. The establishment is well organized, and I like they have strict guidelines for covid. Right from the start, I did not miss any of my 6 month check up because I felt safe. The staff in the office run a tight ship. They contact you or send reminders which is awesome. Always on schedule which is terrific because they work as a team.

The pediatric hygienist that does the teeth cleanings for my kids is always so patient and encouraging with the kids! My kids have never been afraid to go to the dentist ever since they started seeing Dr. Myers at the office! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Its always a pleasant experience for our whole family. Plaza Dental is the type of dental office that a lot of people wish that they could get into for their dental health needs! I admit I didn’t ask about cost and I did need the work done and was happy with the result. But I thought less than 15 minutes in the chair at a cost of $180 was excessive. I have always been happy with my dentist but she was involved less than 10 minutes. And that was using a discount for services offered by the business? Which I paid extra for? Just my 2 cents.

Very nice people Ive gone my whole life from when I was 7. Now Im retired with no dental ins so I purchased the gold plan. Had part of a crown break off and they filled with bonding, no novacaine, no xray, quick. Cost me $260 with the discount. Wow, wasnt expecting that!

A little back story first! I went to this office about 20 years ago while in college and I thought they were great back then however with moving further away, I chose closer dentists to my new home and I fully regret that now! I’ve had traumatic experiences elsewhere so I decided to finally switch back and make the extra drive to Plaza Dental and I am again amazed at how awesome your practice is even 20 years later! The staff is so kind and worked with my anxiety well.... I was so scared that I almost passed out before walking in! They immediately made me feel better and helped me calm any worries I had. My dental procedure went smoothly and I felt no pain and your awesome dentist worked well with me having to relax my jaw often with my awful TMJ issue. Billing department was great at breaking things down for me and repeating the answers cuz I didn’t get it all the first time! Lol. Amazing office and will definitely recommend to others! Thankyou for providing a staff that clearly love their jobs and care about the patients! ☺️

I was very pleased with my recent dental visit to have 2 cavities filled. One was an old filling that was difficult to get out. Dr. Myers was patient with me as I needed a few extra breaks to close my jaw. I liked how kind and patient he was with Holley who was not his usual assistant and she was not used to the set up of the cupboards. I am well pleased with the cleanliness of the office and everyone wearing masks. I would highly recommend Dr. Myers to anyone in need of a dentist

Dr. Wilco has been amazing, very thorough and extremely friendly. I dont feel any judgement (my teeth were not in the greatest shape...nor in the worst), but he went right to work on fixing a broken tooth and prioritizing what needed to be done!

I scheduled an appointment for a tooth extraction at this office. I informed the office when I called that I had an exam and x rays done so I had the referral from the office I went to that same morning. I told them right away I’m concerned about cost, being a mom and it being a pandemic, times are tough. They told me the two prices for extractions, and I agreed to that. When I was being seen I told the dental assistant I had the x rays with me, and the referral from the exam. She ended up saying no, she didn’t want them and did the same exact x rays again. The dentist then did the same exact exam. They told me they needed to schedule the extraction with another dentist because the one I saw didn’t feel confident enough doing so. No issues there, I was okay with waiting a couple days even though when I called I was under the impression it would be extracted then, because the person I scheduled the appointment with told me that if the dentist agrees it needs extracted they can same day. I went down to checkout after scheduling the extraction and was informed I needed to pay about $160 for the exam and x rays, even though that was never discussed, and I offered the same exact exam and x ray paperwork, so they didn’t need to be done again. They chose not to look at them and do them again, without informing me it would cost anything. At the office I was seen aar in the morning I did not have to pay so I didn’t think anything of them insisting they do the same exact pictures again. When I tried expressing my concern with not understanding why I should pay that when I offered my x rays and referral, the two women working the desk started arguing with me about it. They were unprofessional and rude making me feel awful because I told them I was planning for the extraction but not an extra $160 that shouldn’t be. They wouldn’t let me talk, continued to interrupt me when I was trying to voice my concerns, and belittled me in front of everyone. Then they proceeded to treat me as if I’m stupid, saying “well you wouldn’t go to McDonalds to get a cheeseburger and then to Burger King expecting another cheeseburger for free!” Completely unprofessional and didn’t relate at all to what I was trying to tell them, but couldn’t because they wouldn’t let me talk. They raised their voices making me feel so belittled and uncomfortable, and yelled at me to “go get my tooth extracted somewhere else then!!!!” So I said I will, as I’m in tears walking to the door. The same woman proceeded to yell “YOU ARE JUST GOING TO GET THIS IN COLLECTIONS!” And I quickly exited to rush to my car bursting into tears from being so embarrassed with these two women. One had short brown hair, the other short blonde/dirty blonde hair. I don’t feel that was handled even remotely how it should’ve been. I will continue to tell people how terribly I was treated and make sure anyone I know DOES NOT go there.

Absolute best dentist I have ever gone to! They are soo nice!

Let me start by saying this was the only dentist office that would get myself in for an emergency root canal. I am so grateful for the staff and dentists. If it wasn’t for them I would still be in so much pain. I was turned away from 2 other offices that are well known in our community. Plaza dental now has all my business as well as my family and everyone I know. I will be referring everyone once we have have business as usual. Thank you plaza dental.

Scheduling is easy - the front desk staff always take time to find appointment times that are convenient for me. The service I receive is fabulous and I have never waited more than 3-5 minutes in their waiting room. My adult children and husband also love everyone there. Everyone there is very customer friendly. They take many different insurances, and the front desk is very knowledgeable as to what is covered. I have never sat in the waiting room more than 5 minutes, and usually less. In an emergency they are super and always have someone on call if you need help. The checkups are complete and the cleaning is excellent. You are told every procedure before it is done and can have everything explained as necessary.I am extremely satisfied and have recommended them to everyone I know.

Went here for many years they are horrible, at first everything was fine, as the years went on all of my fillings failed and they not only struggled to replace them but then stabilize my mouth.. about $30,000 later at another dentist and having every single tooth veneered my mouth is now fine again. Had dr Myers randomly drilling all over my mouth prior to leaving here, every filling had failed within 6 months.

Doctor Myers is the best..He explains all the procedure before he does anything plus he makes you feel so comfortable that even if you die at the dentist chair at least you know that he explained it to you before it happened....LOL....Seriously theyre the best, give it a try you will not regret it...
