I have been a patient of Dr Kneib for over 20 years. After all this time I feel like a close friend. In addition to being an excellent dentist he is a caring and thoughtful man always doing what’s best for his patients!!

We took our two year old here and I could not be more happy with our decision! They were so patient, friendly and made him extremely comfortable for his first dentist visit. I would HIGHLY recommend. As someone with severe dental anxiety, I absolutely dread the dentist. If youre in the same boat as me, this is the place to go. From getting my dental hygiene practices back on track to even having all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. I wouldnt recommend any other office. Their staff is phenomenal, and every visit has been a breeze. Dr. Kneib is beyond any of the other offices I have visit, takes his time to explain whats going on, and what remedies he recommends and why.

If you have anxiety when it comes to dental work, THIS is the place to be! I was able to relax during a dental visit!!!! Dr Kneib was SO thorough, kind, patient with me, he listened and took the time to explain WHY I am still having pain, found areas of concern that I’ve been having pain. I contacted Kneib Dentistry for an evaluation and second opinion regarding a painful and chronically abscessed tooth. After months and possibly years of misdiagnosis at my previous dentist, I was expertly and efficiently evaluated by Dr Kneib and dental assistant Melia. The issue was then properly diagnosed and quickly resolved. The level of professionalism and expertise displayed by both was inspiring! Their office has the most modern, high tech equipment. I will be continuing with Kneib Dentistry for all my dental needs. There is no doubt in my mind that the level of care is truly top notch!

My daughter was seen here today for her orthodontist needs as a new patient. Warren the receptionist was great and the office was sanitary. She was very happy with the care the doctor provided and we highly recommend this practice for your childrens orthodontic needs.

There are two options when recieving a recommendation from the dentist. The first option is to trust their opinion. The second option is to visually see the problem. Although Dr. Kneib and his staff are very kind and thorough, they have a wide range of scanning technology and imagery that provides a clear picture of your situation. Dr. Kneib takes his time to help you fully understand your situation, while providing great results. I would recommend them to anyone.

If I could give this place a hundred stars, I would.Recently, I was looking to find a dentist that was a lot closer to where I live. I stumbled upon many, and found Dr. Kneib. I was in need of a bite adjustment after having a crown recently placed. Hoping for the best, I decided to give this office a call to schedule an appointment. I wasnt sure what to expect, since Ive had some unpleasant dental experiences with other practices over the years...Upon walking into the office, I felt very welcomed by Robin (the office receptionist.) The lobby was very cozy, and there was almost no wait time. One of the dental assistants brought me back to the exam room until Dr. Kneib could see me. The assistant was very kind and receptive to my concerns. I didnt feel the initial anxiety that Id typically feel when going to a new dentist. The exam room was very comfortable, and all of the equipment was high tech.After a short five minutes of wait time in the exam chair, Dr. Kneib walked in. My bite adjustment procedure was thoroughly explained by using modern technology to ensure the most optimal results. I could tell that Dr. Kneib is truly passionate about what he does, which made me feel reassured x100. I never felt rushed once, and all of my questions were answered honestly, and not just answered around. I actually felt valued here. The overall energy and dedication of this practice is wonderful. I wish I would have found this place a lot sooner.For anyone who is seeking high quality dental care, a very educated functional dentist who knows more than just general dentistry--I highly recommend coming here.

I had a great experience with this place I was not a patient but had heard about them from my sister when I broke my tooth. I tried to make an appointment with my primary dentist and they pushed me a month away to January. When I called Kneib dentistry they got me in within a couple days or maybe next day consulted with me and came in super early to take care of my tooth even though they didnt accept my insurance but I was an out of pocket pay and they still treated me with respect and I am considering changing my dentist they have the best technology there

What a fantastic place of business! First off you walk into the most soothing waiting room I’ve seen in my life! Then you are treated by thee most nicest receptionists!! Then the dental staff themselves are gentle, calming, thorough. They take their time to make sure all questions are answered, any fears addressed. The office has all the latest technologies. They do all work here in office. I like that I won’t be referred out elsewhere. Then last but definitely not least.. Dr Knieb comes in to meet you. He is very nice, funny, personable. He has this aura of patience, knowledge and confidence that just puts you at ease! I’m so glad I found this new dentist!

Worst experience ever , This dentist totally messed up my teeth and tried to hide it. They snapped my wisdom tooth below the gum line and somehow forget to tell me- pretty shady huh? Well read on- I had to go to a oral surgeon to get fixed properly. I owed the Great Doctor Kneib 126 dollars and after I left a bad review he turned me into a credit agency !!!!! Unbelievable- this is the kinda man you’re dealing with- total lack of character and integrity. He should be ashamed of himself!

From the first appointment/introduction, I felt I was in very good hands.The building is kept very well. The waiting room is cozy, like a residence. The rooms Ive been in so far are all very well kept and clean. Staff is friendly and is clearly trained to treat patients with much care.Dr Kneib is patient and thoughtful, taking time to answer questions thoroughly, which I appreciate. If a decision needs to be made, he discusses all options but leaves decisions squarely up to me.Ive had no clerical/billing/insurance issues.Overall, Im especially thankful I discovered this practice and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Kneib and Melia were so kind & informative and explained everything really well! The other great thing about this dentist office is that it is very high-tech, so they are using state of the art equipment to get in depth visuals of your teeth to know exactly what is going on. I was searching for a new dentist after some bad experiences at my old one when I stumbled across Kneib Dentistry. I was very impressed by the level of attention to my concerns and the explanations I recieved. Especially impressive was the way Dr. Kneib took photos of my teeth to better show whats going on in there. Very welcoming waiting room and the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I went in for a routine cleaning, had my chipped tooth fixed by Dr. Knieb himself, and left with a clean and fixed smile. I highly recommend.

My five month old son was having issues since birth with breast feeding. I suspected a lip or tongue tie. After much searching, cutting the tie with a laser is relatively painless and less risk for infection. I drove an hour to Erie to see Dr. Kneib. The office was very clean and nice. From the moment we walked in, everyone was calm, supportive, and kind. He introduced himself immediately and explained the procedure and what to expect. I appreciated that he examined my son closely and determined that he only had a lip tie and not a tongue tie. Many doctors would have just cut both! They allowed me to use a room to breastfeed after the procedure and didn’t make me feel rushed at all! I highly recommend them!

I brought my 4 1/2 yr old son to Dr. Kneib to get a second opinion about 2 cavities. Dr. Kneib and his staff were extremely friendly and took their time to talk to us and explain their recommendations. They also had a very transparent billing procedure (nobody likes surprises)! We took our daughter here for a consult and repair of her lip tie. The office was clean and nicely maintained. The staff and doctor were all very friendly and welcoming. They were knowledgeable and patient as they answered our questions. We ended up having the lip tie procedure done. The staff provided us with necessary information but did not pressure us into a decision either way. The whole procedure took less than a minute and our daughter was back with us. I would recommend this office and dentist for anyone!

Amazing staff, doctor and service! My son had a lip and tongue tie and I had been having a lot of trouble breastfeeding, so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Kneib (by recommendation). Right away, he recognized the issue and lasered his lip and tongue. It has only been about 6 hours and ALREADY the difference in my sons latch is incredible. I am so thankful!!! Hadnt been to the dentist in quite some time....walked in and thought I had gone to the wrong office- it was as serene and tranquil as a high end spa. The staff was warm and gracious.How I found Dr. Kneib was by googling, the best dentist in Erie, PA - and by golly that is EXACTLY what he is.Top to bottom, the best dental practice around.

We had a great experience with our 12 wk old son!! He had both a serious lip tie & a tongue tie. Kneib dentistry was able to remove both via laser and the procedure was very quick. My son healed beautifully!! I sat in the waiting room while they took him in and they brought him back only moments later. I was thankful they instructed me to do the exercises on him for a week after so the ties would not reattach...something the ENT did not explain to me when he had a tongue tie release soon after his birth (which reattached). The staff was incredibly kind and nurturing and also said I could feed the baby immediately after privately in the exam room if I wished. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Dr. Kneib is the best. Never fun getting dental work but I would not trust anyone else. I went in for 2 crowns and walked out with my permanent crowns. No return visits.

We came in on a recommendation for our newborn who had a lip and tongue tie which was preventing a good latch for feeding, and causing a more pressing need for immediate care because of weight loss. Not only did the front desk staff listen to us, but they managed to help us be seen by Dr. Kneib sooner then we imagined possible (same day!). They were all very supportive and caring, forms were done quickly and properly, and we only waited a little while. We liked the overall atmosphere of the entire office, including the decor and the professionals working there which helped create a calming and suitable work environment. We are highly considering switching from our dentist to this one after our amazing experience.

I have had terrible experiences with dentists in the past and had stopped going for over 10 years as a result. Several people recommended Dr. Kneib to me, and Im glad they did. He is incredibly kind, caring, and patient, as is his entire staff. Met Dr Rob and Dara at a local pub and discovered he was a dentist. As a classic phobe figured we could work together! Weve had our learning experiences, but have grown to be able to get the difficult work done. Prior to my first appointment at Kneib Dentistry, I had a couple of terrible experiences with other dentists which unfortunately created extreme anxiety and blew off going to any dentist again knowing that I needed to have a root canal, crown and wisdom teeth taken out. That anxiety was my worst enemy and only hurt myself because by not tending to what I needed done out of fear of the dentist, my dental problems got worse. During my first visit, I met Dr. Kneib. He was so kind and took the time to listen to me. He was understanding, gentle and gave me a plan to start small with and once that was tackled, we would move forward towards the next step which did not create the overwhelming feeling that most dentists do when they throw ten goals at you at once of what you may need done when getting in the door and trusting someone new was the hardest part. His team felt like a flock of angels keeping you at ease and informed at all times. After my first appointment, I left there feeling supported and confident and happy. His place is decorated with care and they are all willing to make you comfortable and relaxed. I would absolutely recommend his practice to anyone especially if high anxiety and trust is keeping you from taking care of your dental hygiene needs. 11 out of 10 stars!!!

I am blown away at what a progressive office this is! The equipment is state of the art and the employees are so knowledgeable and friendly. I have never had such a thorough visit with any dentist as I have with Dr Kneib. He took an entire hour to walk me through everything I needed to know about my teeth and actually, took pictures of the areas we were discussing so, I could understand it better. Knowledge is power. I highly recommend Kneid Dentistry!

I went into Kneib Dentristy today, because it had been a while since my last visit and I was concerned I might have a cavity. The receptionist was very helpful when I called on the phone and explained my options. She was able to get me in very quickly. I love that Kneib used text confirmations leading up to the appointment. I also appreciated that I had the option of filling out my paperwork online prior to my appointment. The office was very welcoming and hospitable. I was taken into a private room very quickly. Taylor, one of the hygienists, was great! She was laid back and personable. She made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Kneib did the same. He explained everything to me in specific language as well as laymen terms. He also provided me tangible examples so that I could use associative learning to understand what he was talking about. At the end of my appointment I was invited in the back office to go over my insurance and the type of coverage I have. I appreciated the insight and clarification. All in all, I had a great visit and will continue to go back!

I have always had trouble going to the dentist. I have had a string of bad experiences that have given me a lot of anxiety and reservations about going to the dentist. From the moment I stepped in the door I was greeted with nothing but smiles and felt comfortable. I was in for a consultation, and the Dentist sat with my mom and I for about an hour (seriously an hour, who takes that kind of time for their patients now-a-days) making sure we understood what was going on and how we should proceed. The dentist was honest with me, but in a respectful and kind way. To sum it all up it was an unexpected and pleasant experience I would recommend them to anyone.

Everyone is wonderful to work with at this practice! I have had a lifelong fear of dentists, but the team at Kneib Dentistry always puts me at ease! Bravo!

The new dentures I had made by the doctors dont fit after four unsuccessful attempts at adjusting them .Im out $1200. So Dr Kneib relined my temporary dentures and guess what they dont fit. Im out $600 for them I will have to find a dentist that will help my bite instead of taking a bite out of my wallet. im retired and on a fixed income so Ill have to save up

After we moved we and had to switch to a new Dentist I have not been happy with where I was going. Tired Kneib off a recommendation and was beyond happy with the care I received. Molly was the best!

Im very happy with the results of my teeth since the first day I went to my first appointment when I was late how they check my teeth never done before at any other dentist and the later for the next few weeks and for myself with a few minor medical problem having me try the water pick it great my gumns use to bleed and hurt from flossing and now no problem they feel relax and healthy I know that I have to do things to keep them like that but it was a good choice for myself to trust kneib dentistry and I hope that you do it too. Dr Kneib Sr. was surely and came across poorly as a professional with various comments during the procedure. I honestly felt as though he wanted to get rid of me as a patient mainly due to my insurance. First appointment was fine , after that, he was terrible. What also stood out was the probable aim to have upper class, upper middle class only patients,(my experience in the waiting room). He definitely thinks highly of himself though, that will come through loud and clear. Simple NOT a good person.
