Completely Ill trained employees. Managers cant even help with simple transactions. Not a single employee knows how to do a simple lay away. Certainly wont be back

Edit 3 months later: I dont know why this is called Boscovs Optical now when it should just be Boscovs. Anyway, my family and I spent a lot of time and money at Boscovs. I still like it, but I am frustrated. My neighbors shirt after one wash was ruined, my moms pants after 3 washes got holes in it, a hoodie we got as a gift was coming undone at the pocket, my sheets had a random circle cut in it, and twice now I have the problem of getting the same style, same size, just different color pants and the pants not going past my thighs while a different color of the pants fit perfectly. The employees are more than happy to accept returns, but it gets annoying having to drive there all the time. Not everything is bad quality. Just some things you need to avoid.October 2017 review: Great prices, high quality clothes and items, friendly and helpful staff, and A LOT to look at. It took me two days to go through the two floors of stuff! This is by far my new favorite store!

My opinion... not enough natural, high quality fabric. The clothing industry has declined and unfortunately Americans thrive on cheap, synthetic fiber which is not only short lasting, but toxic to our bodies and environment. Unethical practices like child labor and exposure to cancer causing chemicals are just a few things we pay the price for for this constant need for more - more of everything. We need more organic, high quality, American-made products, including clothing. You can even smell the plastic-like aroma if you pay attention to your senses

Great place for bargain clothes nice prices and good stuff

They need more customer service help if they are going to wrap gifts, impossible to get help for returns because employees to busy wrapping stuff.

I can find what I want at much lower prices.

Its just to fn big for me. Walking 2/3 blocks inside to get to the other end of that store just to find what youre looking for is fn ridiculous to me.
