PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU ATTEND!!!!Toni and Guy(Erie) is not worth your money where it stands now. The school was always so dirty and gross(especially bathrooms) even during the height of Covid. They were always out of soaps and most cleaning products. The saving grace for my class was our teacher(who is no longer there). She provided us with proper equipment by buying it HERSELF since the school was not providing it. We never even received some of the things we PAID for in our kit.I personally had a problem where the SCHOOL messed up my information and I wasn’t able to take my State Boards. I reached out to the director, Melissa, got no real answers(a lot of attitude) and then radio silence. I ended up fixing it myself and having to PAY OUT OF POCKET for my test.I’m in contact corporate and I’m hoping they can help this school make some real changes. Right now it’s a waste of your money and a HUGE disappointment. They should be ashamed.

Great price for what I got (cut & color)! My only critique is that it does take a bit longer than a regular, non-teaching salon. But I would return, the girls and staff are all very receptive and prepared to listen to what youd like.

Natasha did my braids and my eyebrows everything looked great. I didnt even have to go home and mess with my eyebrows after the fact. Which I usually do.. The braids are still holding up after almost a week usually mine start to come apart more quickly. Since she went with tinier braids this accomplished more time not having to mess with my hair... and with my problems that is a plus. Thankfully she also came up with her own plan for my hair because I just wanted braids and for them to face away from the right side of my neck... which she accomplished in spades. My mom has been a hair stylist for 30yrs and finally quit due to health issues with her hands and shoulders. One thing she always had was repeat customers because she listened and talked and was above all friendly. I would definitely recommend Natasha.

Had my haircut by Alicia and I wouldn’t trust her to cut my baby’s hair and she only has 3 hairs on her head. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend. She had a cocky attitude and very disrespectful. She messed every aspect of my hair up. Go to a real haircut studio. —Vince

As a previous student who is graduated and working in a salon for 3 years, if you dont have 20 grand to spend on cheap unprofessional materials, than thats okay there are many schools for the fraction of the price with better materials and learning. One of my teachers that I had there was a very cranky man who left the room between each parting during a haircut lesson so we wouldnt really ever have time to dry or style or sometimes even finish our haircuts because he would disappear and I have just recently heard that that hasnt changed. I was actually surprised when we could finish and style a haircut in his class. Im still paying off student debt for a school that was not different than another hairschool in pa charging 5,000. I regret spending 20,000 on a school who employed people who werent giving students the education they were paying for but drove out the ones that actually cared and taught us everything that we needed to know (even reteaching some of his lessons so wed actually know what a certain haircut is supposed to look like dry and styled). Also any classes like hair extentions, and mens cuts, and skin care, you have to pay a few hundred dollars extra each for. Those things are not included in that massive amount of tuition.

Good service, efficient, And kind. Air conditioning needs to be turned down . Way too cold in there. Particularly for the customers with wet hair. Not good to have a draft on them.

I think the biggest complaint I have is that when you have the initial conversation about what you want, the stylist tends to forget the details. I understand this could be from the long process my hair is and/or the stylists focus on the color part... Honestly, my experiences have been really good overall. The price point is phenomenal! And you have to have realistic expectations...these are students after all and doing their best to learn.

I am going with an below average review. I have been here a few times and have been happy with the service understanding that it is a STUDENT clinic. This time I booked 2 pedicures for me and a friend on 3/27/19, both were subpar. My friend described that her old polish (light color) was not removed, just painted over, the water was lukewarm and there was next to no foot massage. My water was also lukewarm, the student almost put the polish on top of fresh lotion until I reminded her it would not stay and then she dropped the polish bottle in the tub splattering it all over, including on my jeans. I understand these are students and accidents happen, but I feel the students should have the basic knowledge of how to do a pedicure and test on, or be observed, by an instructor prior to working with paying customers.

Had terrible service. Ended up with layers even though I didn’t ask for them, and wasn’t asked about them. The face framing was so poorly done I will be scheduling an appt elsewhere to get it fixed. I also had to pay for a styling I didn’t ask for.
