It was easy to book an appointment using the app. I was the first one in for the day, so no waiting! Megan did a great job with my hair. She did exactly what I asked and made a few suggestions so my cut looked even better. I will definitely rebook with her again

Made appointment for 4 pm online. Arrived and had to wait a while for the first available stylist. She cut my hair in an acceptable style and suggested two products to increase volume. I purchased one which was unexpectedly expensive and cut down on the amount I could tip. So, although the cut was priced well, I spent more than budgeted. Overall, this is a good place for a quick cut when your regular salon can’t get you in. Just be aware of the upselling.

The lady cut my hair way shorter than shown and didnt give the haircut that was show to her she put no effort into making it decent never going again and need time to let my hair grow out before I can even try fixing the mess beacuse she made it so short

Gave 4 stars only because of new way of tipping. Its great stylist gets tips the same day but should warn you to use the handy dandy machine it charges you. I gave $2 tip and it charged me $2.57 next time I will pay tip in cash., or how about just let me pay for all in cash.

Good luck trying to find out what their business hours are. Every website you look at says something different. If you call while they are closed they should have an outgoing message that states their hours, but they dont. They even have two different sets of business hours posted on the front of the business. I made suggestions when I was there, but they just gave lame excuses instead of being open to suggestions.

Was not disappointed. They took the time to get my hair the way I wanted it. They were very serious about keeping the salon clean and germ free. After every client came in and left, they saitized everything that was used, including salon seats, stations and sink area.

Oki, so i was bored on night and horrible half bleache my hair, it was orange, my curls were straight and i panicked. So i called many different places, and tried to find the closest one that could manage me, and i found here. I was nervous at first, bc my hair is curly and the bleach was SO bad. I’m happy to say i came out with the best hair cut possible, and my hair is back to it’s natural color.

The most consistent haircut place in Erie County. They always cut my hair correctly and evenly. Other places, not so much.

I always have gotten the best hair cuts from Famous Hair. This location and Edinboro location always have the best people. They are kind, friendly and more importantly, know their hair stuff. I have often had my hair messed up by other hair cutting places, but Famous Cuts never have once let me down. I have never been disappointed. Thank you for my new rocking hair cut!

I used to love going here especially since my schedule changes week to week. Unfortunately, I have had some problems the last few visits. I had an awful experience and haircut. Not personable at all. Stylist tried to hurry the whole time cutting my hair leaving my hair a disaster. Some areas were cut at uneven lengths Even worse, I believe the stylist who cut my hair was the manager (Not Sure) Wont go back. Terrible!

My 84 year old mother and I were extremely disappointed at our last visit. As I guided mom into the salon she was told it would be just a little while. There were two stylists working on two clients ahead of us. Instead of fitting mom in while processing, etc. my mother had to wait almost two hours to get her hair washed and styled! She is not very mobile, so we just sat and waited. If they had only told us what a little while really meant, we would have left! The stylists never once spoke with us, instead they chatted amongst themselves, ignoring us!

I left crying because my stylist had no idea how to cut my curly hair and instead of telling me she couldnt, she cut it anyways.She brushed it and ruined my curls and cut my bangs way too short. This salon lives up to its bad track record perfectly.
