Great place and the girls are sweet as honey! Very friendly and very talented in their work how do I know I am an ex salon owner and a professional cosmetologist myself . The salon owner keep a Christmas tree in the salon keeps a large tree decorated in honor of all the holidays that come up in a year! Someone makes beautiful handmade beach glass jewelry for this shop and they sell it so reasonable its almost a sin! You must visit and become a long time fan of this shop that remind you of Christmas all year long!

Went in here yesterday and had my eyelashes permed. My eyelashes went back to being droopy the next day. I called and talked to Jen and she basically said there is nothing they can do and I need to wait 5 weeks before I go back in. 50$ biggest rip off ever go elsewhere

I had gone to a local chain salon and came out with a cut I absolutely hated. A few days later, I called Hair HQ and explained my situation and asked if there was anything they could possibly do to fix it, or at least make it look less hideous. As soon as I walked into their salon, I was warmly greeted. Jen brought me over and I showed her what I had called about and what I originally wanted my cut to be. She knew just what to do and saved me from months of embarrassment! I’m so happy that I called them!

Got my hair cut and colored by Jen. She did a great job and everyone is very friendly, I also thought the price was very reasonable for what I got done.

I gave my wife a early xmas gift . She when to get her HAIR done on Friday sat for 3hr pay over 114. The colors didnt even come close to what she want so the owner had her come back Saturday. Guess what still not the right colored her hair dark blown light brown and gray. She want brown chocolate and platinum blonde... SO THANKS FOR UPSETTING HER .IF YOU SAY U KNOW WHAT UR DOING SO DO IT BUT IF YOU CANT DONT SAY YOU CAN... THIS IS HER FIRST TIME AND HAIR HQ IN HARBORCREEK MESSED IT ALL UP.... SO IF YOUR THINKING OF GO TO THEM FOR A STYLE DONT DONT DONT.....
