This is the worst company around. They do not care about anything but money! They will kill you loved ones by messing up scripts. This is not the place fpr good care, Anywhere but where they own will help your Properly.

My daughter has been a patient for Mrs. Bonesho since she was born and Im so lucky she is. She listen to her patient/her patients parents and isnt dismissive or automatically assume she knows what is wrong. She is very thorough and I have never had any issues get in touch with her the same day I contact her. There is a reason why she has been voted for top pediatric doctor for the last couple years and I am so grateful to have found her and have her as my childs doctor, I wouldnt want my child seeing anyone else!!!

I went here because my personal doctor moved his location here. He has since retired and I was assigned a new doctor. She was friendly and professional but didnt have complete access to my file and I had to fill her in on my medical history.Ive been coming for years and I have had good, but, different experiences. I was told one time I had to make appointments through patient portal, but, they would have the offices I have to have follow up appointments call me to set up appointments.I have my blood work taken here. No issues.I brought my daughter once for physical therapy but my daughter didnt cooperate and she had to leave. Her mom tried another day and was successful.You are temperature 🌡️ checked on arrival and you have to wear a face mask. I THINK one man was turned away even though he claimed he recently suffered from heat exhaustion.A bit of a wait on phone 📱 when you call.Overall, I will continue to go.

The covid screener at the door is the sweetest man. He always has a smile on his face when he greets my daughter and this week he even had a sticker for her. It’s the little acts of kindness and humanity like this that make navigating doctors appointments during covid much nicer. The staff and doctors here are wonderful as well.

Ive had the best care here. I never feel rushed even though they are very busy. Ive never been unhappy no matter who Ive seen for a doctor.

I had to go do the lab work. The guy at the front door doing covid check was nasty. He harassed me about wearing a mask and then threatened to throw me out.

My sons and I have been going to Core for many years. The staff is great. The only qualm I have is that the phone wait times are often really long just to talk to someone or make an appointment. Ive waited over 15 minutes before. Its rarely less than 3 minutes of waiting. Once I get through, the staff are usually great though.

I like the doctors but getting anyone on the phone is basically impossible.

Everyone here is great, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Ive never had an unreasonably long wait time and the location is very convenient for me. Ive always hated going to the “doctors” but I don’t mind coming here at all.

Absolute horrible customer service and questionable (if not fraudulent) billing practices. The last 2 visits Ive been what appears to be double billed for services, but according to them it is correct. Its time to find a new primary care physician.

Decent small/medium medical facility.Relatively friendly staff.Wait time is typically ~5-15 minutes even after arriving a few minutes early.Free WiFi while you wait.Traffic can be busy depending on your appointment time.

I can’t say enough about how great this facility is and how amazing the docs, NPs, and MAs have been. Having been to some other places out of state, I can fully attest how good you will have it at Core Physicians in Epping. Nothing can compare.

Doctors are fine. Billing office gave me a hard time, pretty much hung up on me.

My PCP (sounds more like a drug than a doctor) is here. He is GREAT!

Awful been fighting for over a year about an improperly coded bill that insurance wont cover. Left their practice because its not the first time so pissed. Called ag and bbb beyond fedup

Fast support and friendly staff

I was with lampery health care for 15 years and was pretty unhappy. Had to wait atleast an hour in the office for my appointment. Never actually got to see mine or my sons PCP unless I booked a year in advance. Core is amazing! Today I easily changed my PCP. You always talk to a real person. You dont have to leave messages and hope to get a call back. When I needed to bring my sick son in they got me in no problem with his PCP Dr Fitzgerald. We were in called from the waiting room within two mins. Only had to wait a short period to be seen by the Dr. He listened to what I had to say and was quick and friendly. I seriously cant say enough about core.
