They were closed that day so I called them as soon as I could when they were open. At first I was impressed that they were able to get me in later that day and then they did better than that and got me in right away. On top of that they got me into Retina Specialists in Lancaster right away. They did everything they could to save my eye.

Had a great experience. The optometrist, and the staff were very friendly and the doctor was very thorough. Highly recommend this place.

Dr. Bensing really takes his time to make sure you get a thorough eye exam. And his staff is very patient to help you pick out new glasses. They have the best patient care and customer service!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Shuke for several years. He has a friendly demeanor and is a consummate professional. He is “patient-focused” and consistently seeks feedback throughout the appointment. I always leave feeling like my questions were answered and that my needs were met. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting with Dr. Shuke if you are looking for an Optometrist in the Lancaster County area.

Had a 4:30 appt to pick up a contact lense that had to be replaced and when I made the appt I told them I would need to be out of the office by 5:00 for another meeting. I went early just in case I could been seen earlier. I did get in early and was actually home by 4:35. Great service. Have been going there since the 1970s would recommend them to anybody.

Dr. Shuke and staff are always professional and courteous. He takes time to explain what’s going on with my eyes and answers all my questions. My whole family goes here and we’re very happy to go here.

Had a piece of metal in my eye. They got me in very quickly. Doctor was amazing , numbed up with drops...no pain for a very sensitive area,and within seconds of starting he had it out.Will definitely aways use Ephrata Family Eyecare!

I called at 8 a.m. on a Friday with a concern, was given an appointment for 9:30, and before I left they had made an appointment with a specialist for me for Monday morning. The doctor also gave me his cell number in case the issue got worse over the weekend. Everyone in this practice is a caring professional!

I would recommend the Ephrata Family EyeCare because they are very patient. When I was putting on my contacts the lady was very nice and told me there was no rush. But sometimes it can get a little slow and long.
