Went in today to get vaccinated, was the only patient there. I set a stopwatch on my phone before I went in for my obligatory social media vaccine post where I was going to post how much time it took. This allowed me to keep track of how much time I was spending.Ladies up front were nice, as always.The guy who said hed give me the shot... just left the room and I saw him walking around, doing other tasks, and even taking care of a customer who came up while I was waiting.Walked out after almost 40 minutes.15 minutes later they realized I was gone and called me, but I was already home. On the phone they sounded confrontational, and I had already moved on from it, so I just answered a few questions and then hung up on the person.Even the medical staff in the Army were so much more personable and professional. Its easy to be nice to somebody, but its obvious that all the staff here are just running on their own sweet time and dont really think of us as patients, but customers in a queue

I had previously let a review with Terrible inventory management 1 star after the same monthly prescription was frequently not in stock. Today I was pleasantly surprised. After a couple months the Pharmacist was very polite and went out of his way to tell me they have been working on it and asked me if I thought it got any better. Which It has, significantly.

Everytime i shop or get curbside pick up for my medication i am always greeted with a smile, always respect and appreciation! Might i say that on a phone call they went above and beyond to help me get my medication without paying 382.00 for it. Instead i only paid 29.00. Ephrata Wal-Mart is always a pleasure and comfortable experience inside shopping or curbside pick-up, even on-line shopping and everything easy to find. Thanks to my Ephrata Wal-Mart!

Walmart Pharmacy in Ephrata has the best employees I have encountered in a long time. Since Royers closed, I have been looking for a pharmacy to transfer my familys prescriptions to. I couldnt be happier with the Walmart Pharmacy department. 👍👍

Jim the pharmacist is completely incompetent and rude! Cant even read a doctors orders and let someone who just got out of the hospital being diagnosed with diabetes without insulin because one isnt in stock and the other he just didnt bother reading or filling.

I use mobile express and its very quick and I never have to wait in line. If you are doing regular drop off/pick up. Youll most likely wait in line. One of the associates that works there, Linda was very very helpful. She saved me alot of money every month. You can tell she cares about people. She asked questions about my situation instead of just trying to quickly get me out the door. She is the most helpful person I have ever come in contact with in any retail store!!

I would put 0 stars in a heartbeat for this place! They are the absolute worst and I will NEVER come back to this pharmacy again! Their customer service skills SUCK and they are the rudest people I have ever met in my life! DO NOT come to this pharmacy! Spend the few extra bucks and go somewhere else!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They never know if something prescribed by a Dr. is over the counter or in fact a prescription. My husband has gone in on multiple occasions to pick up meds, and this most recent time they told him they need to fill it and he had to come back the next day since they were closing soon. He went back the next day and they told him it was over the counter and they were out of it. The lady who told him to come back just wanted to go home and didn’t want to bother helping him. Thinking about switching pharmacies altogether.

They people there are really nice in comparison to other pharmacies.

Walmart Fruitville Pike is really nice with nice stuff nice customer care, Walmart Lincoln high way not so Good.

They call you a million times if you give them your phone number and then when I come to get my prescription its apparently not done even though I got 3 different calls just today telling me that its done. This happens almost everytime I go to get my prescription, plus its usually an hour wait since they always only have one cashier at time. I hate going to Wal-Mart

Pharmacy staff lied to me, told me they dont add a $20 dispensing fee for the Shingrix vaccine. But guess what? They do! I only gave them a one star rating because no stars wasnt an option. Never again.
