I was in search of a new dentist since our regular dentist retired unexpectedly. I did some web surfing and came across Harvest Dental. Let me say I am really, really happy with them! First of all the place is very beautiful, inviting and modern. The waiting room is comfy and cozy, more spa-like, rather than doctor office like. Everyone is so nice. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Yesterday I was there to have two fillings replaced and the whole process was essentially painless. Dr. Crouse and her assistant, Reagan, were AMAZING and gentle. Their working dynamics were great too, they blended well. At time of checkout Grace, Reagan and Manny were awesome with working the schedule for my next visit. I would highly recommend Harvest Dental if you are looking for a dental provider!

I was very in my head about going to the dentist. I’m so glad that I chose to go here though. I was in my head (never went to the dentist before this visit)I didn’t feel judged and everybody was very friendly and Jamie was great and answered any questions I had thoroughly. Harvest Dental was a vast improvement on all my previous dental visits. The atmosphere is friendly and the staff really listens to your concerns and explains everything thoroughly. Dental-speak can be hard to navigate for most of us, so I appreciate their approach. You receive a clear indication of costs for upcoming procedures. Highly recommended.

If you are a patient and have a dental emergency and are in pain, dont expect them to fit you in at all. My son called yesterday and told them he has had pain for a couple of days and the earliest they could schedule him was 4 days later. He called back today (the next day after his first call) and asked again if they could see him sooner and explained he is even having trouble sleeping due to the pain. Nope. Call smile builderz. So now we have been calling multiple dentists to get care. This place is usually kind and caring and they typically provide good care. Not sure what happened this time around but we are very frustrated.

I have been nothing but impressed since we started going to Harvest Dental a few months ago. It was recommended to me by a fellow mom and it’s been a pleasant experience. The treatment I’ve been receiving here has all but alleviated my anxiety which came to going to the dentist. I’m happy that my teeth are getting the treatment they need and I don’t feel like I’m being billed a fortune.

This is hands down the best dentist Ive EVER been to! The staff is incredible, friendly and they go above and beyond all expectations! The lobby is very clean and comfortable! Having high dental anxiety? This is the place to go, Dr. Crouse and everyone I came in contact made me feel at ease and each person was knowledgeable and experienced in their position. I have never been at a dentist where they had removed the bad tooth that short a time . Very professional ! The Lady that extracted the tooth did not fool around .Cost was also very reasonable. I am extremely happy !

I have been going to Harvest Dental for a few years and prior to today, I enjoyed visiting the practice. Nothing has changed with my teeth recently and now Invisalign and a referral to a periodontist are being recommended. Why the push for additional services when there are no changes? If these services were really needed, I feel like they should have been suggested at my first visit to the practice. It makes me wonder what’s in it for the dentist.

As always my visit to Harvest Dental went well, from check-in to check-out, always a smooth and easy visit. The wait time is never very long, your hygienist takes you to your ”room,” makes you comfortable and completes your pre-doctor work with competency and efficiency. Love the place and Dr. Wortzel may be the best dentist in the state of PA but i think that no longer taking 3 top insurances as in network is a terrible decision.. To get rid of customers that have been coming from close to the beginning is beyond frustrating. We finally found a dentist we enjoyed coming to that was close by and now my family is forced to look elsewhere. i knew it was getting bad when you have to wait 1-2 months to get a follow up appt. from a procedure. Dont bite off more than you can chew...

I was looking for a new dentist office for my family and stumbled across Harvest. My 5yo was due for his very first teeth clean and the dental hygienist who serviced him was patient, professional and made my son feel comfortable. My experience is just as amazing! I am currently going through the Invisalign process and have been seeing the same dental hygienist who I absolutely love—Sam! She is knowledgeable and personable! Dr. Lehr and the rest of her staff is extremely friendly & the facility is clean.

I’ve worked in the dental field as well as been a patient at a few different offices and nothing compares to Harvest Dental! The ease of scheduling cleanings online and friendly office staff make it such an enjoyable experience from the very beginning. I have anxiety and the hygienist, EFDA and both dentists I have seen were so patient and kind. I used to pay out of pocket at my old dentist, so I’m happy I found an office that accepts insurance and I don’t feel like I’m forfeiting good care to use it.

This place is phenomenal. My husband has been scared of the dentist and needed emergency work and he got in RIGHT away and they helped set him and I both up with a plan that works for us with our insurance. We are always made to feel comfortable. I highly recommend them. They get you in, get it done right, and get you out. Im even able to get my teeth straightened for the first time in my life because they offer invisalign with an affordable payment plan.

If I were rating just the cleaning, I would give a 5+. State of the art sonic dental tools were used instead of just stabbing my gums bloody with steel picks like all other dentists Ive been to. I rated a 4 because there were some scheduling issues, however the office manager did an amazing job finding a solution.

I do NOT care for dentists whatsoever. Harvest Dental came highly recommended by friends and family, and they surely did not disappoint. Dr. Mark was very informative about what needed to be done but was not pushy by any means. His bedside manner was very reassuring. His assistant Manny was very pleasant and informative. I appreciate how they were very upfront about all matters-cost, plan of care, etc. I also appreciated how up to date they were...completing paperwork and insurance information online prior to the appt. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing dental care.

In the past years I have been traumatized by some bad dentist. When we moved we needed a new dentist. So I did some research and thought I would give Harvest Dental a try. Awesome experience all the way around. The place is clean and gorgeous. My 73 year old mom needed seen asap. We were in within the hour. Wheelchair accessible. The kindest staff. I had a great experience at Harvest! I was scheduled quickly as a new patient for tooth pain! When they checked it was determined I needed a route canal & were willing to start right away! Everyone was great & I felt as comfortable as I could be with getting a root canal!

I really had a great experience. This was my first visit there and the staff were all wonderful. It is all about patient care. The dental hygienist went over my exrays with me and explained my problems to the Female dentist who I really liked. The dental hygienist stayed in the room with me until the Dentist herself came in and they discussed my situation. I was there for my dental work 2 days later and I definately give them 2 thumbs up!!!!! They run a very very professional business and I would recommend any one to go there.I will give them a 5 star.

I joked yesterday at my emergency appointment to fix a chipped tooth that I may have done it on purpose just to come into the office...Feeling very fortunate to have found this office in Ephrata when we moved to the area about five years ago.All of the staff here are not just competent and professional but welcoming and friendly.I look forward to my checkups with Hygienist Jaime and Dr. Julie Lehr. And that is saying something because after a lifetime of being anxious about dental visits I know I am in good hands.By the way my fixed tooth looks pretty darn good! Thank you.

The staff were all knowledgeable, professional and supportive. The office functions for appointment confirmation are mobile enabled, which is nice. The Veterans Affairs Health System has used text messages for appointment confirmation and related functions, a very convenient feature.

So I’m not originally from the area and I was referred here by someone who works at another dentist office. Everything they said was right; the staff is friendly, the office is clean and organized, and they seem to always run on-time. I would definitely recommend giving them a try!
