I called Hooks with a question concerning oxygen. I spoke to Jennifer & she was awesome! She took the time to listen to my issue & was very polite, friendly & knowledgeable. She has put my mind at ease. Thanks so much Jennifer for being such a caring & thoughtful person! God Bless!!

I used a debit card to pay for my sleep supplies and had always received good service. The last time I purchased supplies I paid with the same card. I was charged the full amount but for some reason I was not credited $110.36 of my bill. It definitely came off my card but didn’t go to the account. Someone took my money. Now I am stuck with paying this myself. I will NEVER use them again and advise everyone else to not use them either. Sad that it had to come to this.

RUDE, RUDE and RUDE. The older gentlemen that waited on me was the rudest person that I have ever met, he acted like I was inconveniencing him. On top of that their hours are horrible for the working man, 9am to 4pm with an hour lunch break, come on that’s ridiculous. Don’t even try to go there during your lunch break because they are CLOSED. I mean really, let’s work for 3 hours and then have lunch for an hour and then work 3 more hours and go home. This place is a joke, go somewhere else.

Staff that called were friendly and knowledgeable. My doctor told me to expect a week long wait for the phone call, but I received the call the next day. My equipment was delivered to my referring doctor’s office within one week. Appreciated the prompt delivery! Excited to start my treatment plan.

I have received excellent service with kind people. Got my C-Pap equipment promptly and now my husbands walker. Had to ask Dr. to fill out in-depth form, but was Insurances request! I am impressed with Hooks!

This place is really only open 9a to 4p. But we called and the guys still give us new o2 tanks at 4:45p. That’s good Service in my book.

I would highly recommend you use another vender for you respiratory company. I called to inquire about a prescription from the Dr yesterday and had to follow up every inch of the way where Hooks should have extended the follow up for me. I asked the question of who is the maker of the equipment they were providing me and the answer was I do not know... I insisted she knows and then was given the correct make name. I asked for the model # and replied I dont know. Again, I insisted she knew. Then I got the model. This is not that hard it should easy. She was actually yelling at me.

I can give them a star but zero stars would be more appropriate. Terrible customer service. You get a different answer every time you call them. It seems as though everyone you talk with is newly trained or not trained enough! Oh, it takes forever to get a returned phone call. Go elsewhere! Dont do it!

The gentleman that answers the phone is rude and just continues to transfer me to sleep central which in return directs me back to him at Hooks. It’s been 4 or so weeks just trying to get supplies. I have been feed up and here I am back on hold after I was told it was fine...ugh I am going to see if I can switch equipment suppliers if possible because this has been a very unprofessional experience

The worst thing about this place is the physical location. First, The sign has been missing for months (at least) so we were not able to locate them in the shopping center until we called and asked for the exact location.Second, the signs on the door are very off-putting and concerning, things like cash only, and advising customers to leave their medical equipment outside (very confusing when you are told explicitly to bring it with you) make you feel as if you are entering a pawn shop.Third, there is nothing in the customer area, no chairs, medical equipment, nothing. You have to wait behind a counter as if you are ordering a burrito and what you can see off the employee area is a hot mess of boxes, equipment and papers all stacked haphazardly.Fourth, nothing is ever in stock. The company appears to be a middle man between your doctor and wholesale medical suppliers.The whole experience made me feel unclean and illicit. I seriously felt as though these people provide medical equipment from the front door and illegal drugs from the back door.Perhaps the doctors who are using this supply company can put some pressure on them to at least make things appear legit.

I do not even know where to begin...this place is a joke. I have been waiting a month and a half for a wheel chair....no calls, no communication. Every time I call them they say that they are waiting for Doctors notes, and everytime I call my Doctor they say that Hooks has informed that I have had a wheel chair in the last 5 years and I cannot have another one. I just became disabled. I would not waste my time on this place, I have never, ever, dealt with such a place before, I do not think one person there is qualified to do anything, and that includes answering the phone.

I went on vacation in June. The first night in Florida my CPAP broke. I called the emergency number on the label on the back of my machine and was connected with a man that sounded like he was stoned. Every sentence ended with man . What do you need , man. When I informed him about my machine he replied; We deal mostly with oxygen, man. Youll have to call the manufacturer, man. I spent 5 nights unable to sleep because of my severe apnea. Undoubtedly the worst 5 nights of my life and certainly ruined my 25th wedding anniversary trip with my wife returning to where we spent our honeymoon. Dont deal with these people. Kaup pharmacy has several locations and have supplied my equipment since then. Its worth the trip to Kaup in Ft. Recovery if you want dependable courteous service. MANFor any one that doubts the validity of this review be my guest to deal with this company and live your own horror story. I gave a one star rating because thats the lowest you can give. Its still too good for them.

I will never use them. Waited all day for delivery and they lied and said I told them they could deliver the next week. I never talkedto any one at all. This was matthew and the manager.

These people have very poor customer service. If you work normal hours good luck getti g there before they close. CPAP masks seem to be ridiculous in cost.

Bad customer service. Ive been waiting for a month now for my CPAP supplies. They claim that they needed an additional form from the doctor (who is in the same office as them), but I have trouble believing that this takes a month to complete. After leaving a couple voicemail messages to get a status I finally get a phone call the following week with a it should be there soon return message. A week later I call after still not receiving the supplies saying that they have shipped. When I look at the tracking number it was sent to the completely wrong address! I could give them a pass if it was a typo on a wrong house number, but not one part of the address was correct. When I spoke with the service rep he sounded put out that I would dare ask for expedited shipping and a call back with a new arrival date and tracking number. How dare I inconvenience him!

I called them three weeks ago. They told me will call insurance and let me wait. I waited three weeks and call them again today, they told me need to call insurance because no one call insurance three ago. I suffered no good sleeping for three weeks because they did not call insurance for my C-pad machine.
