I am proud to say I have been working at Doctors Choice since they opened the office in Englewood. I work with a group professionals from the nurses to the CNAs. I strive to give the best patient care and help my patients achieve their goals. I try to make physical therapy fun and rewarding at the same time.
I am usually not one to leave a negative review but am SO DISSAPOINTED in the place that I felt I had to.I help care p/t for a lady that has memory issues & has had numerous falls over the last year or so. On her last discharge from rehab we were set up with DOCTORS CHOICE. They were coming 3x a week.Patient had a scheduled follow up with her primary care Dr who had given instructions for labs 2 b drawn a week prior to. Was written 11/5. So, on one of the regular visits nurse tried to draw blood-couldnt get a vain. Said that they had a guy, named Nick that who was really good. Nick called, set a day up but didnt show. Mentioned it a time or 2 to the visiting nurse. Thought it was being scheduled but...finally called 2 find out what was what only 2 b told that she had been discharged & heres the name of a phlebotomist. Really?!! How about DO YOUR JOB LIKE U WERE SUPPOSED 2. Tried to call their corporate office. After 10 minutes of voice prompts, I get 2 press #9 to hear it all again. They dont even HAVE an option to actually speak to ANYONE.Nobody seems to give a DAMN about customer care, customer service or the customer AT ALL unless it concerns PAY ME.Disgraceful, unprofessional & not in my address book any more
