Unethical! Bad patient care! Archaic and unsafe methods of patient’s personal information management. Don’t give your Social Security Number (SSN) to them, when they demand it in order to schedule an appointment. Your medical insurance group and ID numbers are totally sufficient. A patient referred by a hospital emergency doctor was denied a much needed urgent appointment as she offered her valid insurance in lieu of her SSN. Unthinkable for medical provides who supposedly took a Hippocratic Oath, but did not bother to understand it! Seek medical care elsewhere.

My mom was seen by Dr. Zahara in the Engelwood office. She is elderly and suffers from Dementia. As a result of her condition, we had to visit the office 4 times within a 2 week period. Everyone that works there is warm, friendly, kind and compassionate. I cant praise the staff enough for their sensitivity and caring manner. Kudos to North Jersey Ortho for creating an environment where patients and their families feel valued and respected.

Dr. Archer is a terrific doctor. Although a surgeon, it is does not seem to be his first choice of treatment. He has a very good manner to him - takes his time with his patients and is caring in his follow-up. Highly recommended.
