Dr Muckle has been my doc for 15 years, since I was 17. I had a reoccurring cholesteatoma that required several surgeries. I travel 5 hours to see him and he is totally worth it. Yes times in the waiting room do tend to run long, but I appreciate the time he does spend with me when I do see him. Great doctor!

Dr. Muckle reviewed my condition of Menieres Disease. His staff took great measures to make sure I was comfortable and safe throughout the testing. I highly recommend him and his practice. Thank you Dr. Muckle!

Dr Muckle and his staff are truly, a blessing. I went from being 90% deaf in my right ear (from acholesteatoma ). Now, 5 months later, I can hear almost 80% out of my right ear again! They are amazing! Thank you Denver Ear Associates.

Absolutely terrible experience. I waited over 2 HOURS for 2 minutes of actual face to face time. I wasnt even asked if I had any questions. I was told a nurse would be in to help set up my CT scan. No one came in for 15 more minutes. When I finally got fed up and left the office the nurse was sitting at her desk. She exclaimed well I would have known you needed that if Dr. Muckle had given me your chart before he left.Disrespectful, arrogant and a complete waste of my time and money.I will not be returning and recommend you dont waste your time here either. Oh... 4 weeks later I received a phone call that they had actually submitted my referral for the CT scan. What a complete joke!!!

The doctor is new to me, first time seeing him. I thought he was very good explaining (in terms I could understand) to me what my options were and how to proceed. Everyone I had contact with was very nice and took the time to answer my questions.

I have been to Dr Muckle many times over the last 20 years. He is a terrific doctor and well worth the wait that may occur in the office. Part of the reason that the waits can happen is that Dr. Muckle takes his time with each patient to listen, evaluate, and educate. In addition, they have a great staff of audiologists, etc. Dont be put off by the occasional wait. It is because they are taking time to answer all of your questions and concerns and some patients (like me) have a lot of questions.

I really dislike giving bad reviews, but something needs to be said. I wont go into too much detail on my diagnosis etc... But I will say everytime I come out of an appointment with Dr. Muckle I feel hopeless and very depressed. He acts like Im wasting his time and clearly does not want to invest the energy into helping me figure out what is going on. I hope Im the exception and he doesnt treat all his patients in this manner. Its incredibly disheartening to see a doctor like this fulfill every negative stereotype, especially considering many of his patients suffer a great deal physically and emotionally. To be brushed off by Dr. Muckle is fuel to the depressive fire. I will never see Dr. Muckle again.

I have yet to meet Dr. Muckle but I dont think I ever will after waiting what seemed like an eternity in his office. I was in the secondary waiting area for an hour and left before I could be brought into a room where there were multiple people in front of me who still required a visit. Had I waited I suspect the whole time in the office would have been around two and a half hours. I was told by one of the nurses in the office that he takes a while but will also spend time with you. While that is very nice, I dont appreciate his lack of respect for patients time. If he knows he runs long perhaps he should plan for bigger gaps between patients.

Dr. Muckle was knowledgeable, willing to listen, and discuss our sons ear issues. He also did surgery to correct these issues and did a great job.

Before being seen by Dr. Muckle I was a patient to other physicians in this office and my appointments were fine. However, after those physicians left I was stuck with Dr. Muckle. The first time I saw him I was in the office for one hour and a half, sitting and waiting. Then the second time I was there for 2 full hours. By the time he came in the patient room I was so livid that I made a comment about waiting 2 hours to see him and he said, well that has nothing to do with your hearing loss. Never will I step foot back into that office.

Dr. Muckle is an amazing doctor, the office staff and front end however are terrible. Very rude, especially on the phone. We travel 6 hours to see him, both times we waited 2 hours before being seen, even tho we had an appt. Its aggrevating. They need to do smething different with the way the scehdule pts. Maybe not book so many in a day, change the attitude of the front desk staff also. Then today my husband had scheduled surgery, the doctor showed up 45 min late. We were told he does this often..

He is a great Dr and we shared a similar issue, very professional and empathetic. For you whiners that are impatient, I can assure you he is worth the wait and is a topnotch physician.
