DR. Eli Djebiyan has been my primary care doctor over 10 years. Dr.Djebyan is knowledgeable, sensitive , informative. The services I receive from her are excellent. Her staff are always helpful and kind. Dr. Djebiyan, always ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I love her investigative mind and her ability to connect with my conditions and treatment options immediately. Just last week I was in the Emergency room In Englewood Hospital. I had major health concerns. I reached out to her and she responded to my needs immediately. I felt at ease and confident , due to her willingness to listen and discuss my health concerns . Plus, She has a big heart . I love her, I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a caring expert.

I was admitted into Holy Name Hospital by Dr. Dejibian on August 5 due to an infection in my big left toe. After an IV drip for 5 days , I had successful vascular surgery by my extremely competent surgeon. However, dr digibian was my assigned physician for the remainder of my 2 week stay. She rarely examined me and never looked at my toe. I was transferred to Prospect Heights rehabilitation, where dr dejibian was a resident, and was responsible for my care there as well. During that 2 week period time my toe was supposed to be dressed twice a day. If it was dressed three times I was lucky. The last day I was there a wound care specialist examined the toe noticed that not only was my toe Reinfected, The second Toe had become seriously infected as well. My wife read the recommendations for the rehab written by Dr dejibian. She never advised the rehab about caring for the toe.I immediately checked out and went back to the hospital, I was admitted and was there for five days on a drip of heavy duty antibiotics. The eventual reality was in a few weeks I ended up losing the second toe due to her lack of care. All this could’ve been avoided if she had just done her job.She doesn’t deserve the one star I gave her, zero is not an option on this post

Dr. Djebiyan is affiliated with the Care One facility in Oradell. She allowed my mother to suffer in pain for a month. When my mother’s health (88 years old) began to decline, she did NOT elevate my mother’s care. My mother was in excruciating pain and she refused to put my mother in the hospital. Her style of treatment was via phone and text. She saw my mother ONE TIME and still wouldn’t acknowledge her decline. She wanted my mother to stay on a drug that made her groggy but did not address the pain. My mother has dementia so the two were a nightmare. My mother lost weight as well as her appetite. Yet, this was not a priority for Dr. Djebiyan. Finally, I decided to take my mother to the hospital. THANK GOD! Her bloodwork showed that her numbers for joint-inflammation were off the charts. Her Alk phos and white blood cell count was elevated AND.... my mother had 2 bed sores. The ER doctor suggested she stay. I was so thankful for him. He recommended an orthopedic doctor as well as a rheumatologist. In other words, he tried to think of SOMETHING that would relieve my mother of her terrible pain. Dr. Djebiyan told me on January 22nd she wanted to keep my mother on the meds that that clearly were NOT working AND that basically my mother was going to suffer. She said there was nothing that would work. Well, the rheumatologist disagreed. She prescribed prednisone for a brief period of time. It instantly gave my mother some relief. My mother hasn’t been able to get out of the bed like she use to. You couldn’t touch her without her yelling. Well... all of that has changed. She’s been able to bend her legs, move her head, move her feet... ALL BECAUSE SOMEONE CARED!! The prednisone did elevate her sugar some but that’s being managed by insulin.I do not recommend this doctor.

Dr Eli Djebiyan is wonderful! Five stars, no ten stars for this wonderful doctor. She explains things so the simple minded can understand and yet the most intelligent is not offended. She is caring and does not bring you in and in two seconds throw you out. She takes the time needed to go the extra mile. I think she is wonderful.

I was suffering from severe headaches. After one full year of treatments from a highly recommended neurologist with zero results. He told me I was only imagining them. I was recommended to Dr. Djebiyan who immediately sent me for a brain scan, which revealed I had a tumor. It was removed in a surgery. I owe my life to Dr. Dejebiyan. Shes a doctor who cares and gives it to you straight.
