Dr Taylor has been my OGYN for over 5 years. Granted I usually only see her 1 a year, she always give me the same familiar feeling. I appreciate how she connects with me every time. The staff is kind, can be a little impatient but that is clearly due to how busy the office gets. It is only one doctor and I think they tend to over book her, causing longer than normal wait times.But for the doctoring part!!! She gets an A plus plus from me. I will wait 2hr for a quality empathetic touch.

The doctor is very pleasant but some of the staff at the Elmont office are rude, they were suppose to send a prescription to the pharmacy for me on several occasions but they didn’t send it and when you complain to the doctor she takes there side even though there rude. Perhaps the doctor is overwhelmed and don’t care anymore. Don’t waste your time going there your better off finding another doctor .

Ive been coming here over 10 years. Dr. Taylor-Randall handled my cyst removal surgery and worked with me to manage them going forward. The staff is always friendly, professional, and kind. I even referred my mom here and she said in all her years, she never had such an amazing exam!Any time my insurance changes, they are the first place I look to see if they accept it. I prefer to not have to go anywhere else if possible.

They need new staff members, just new everything on a whole. Better attitude as well. Seems like they hate their job!!!!

Don’t waste ur time here u will never get call from them regarding your report. They keep telling me doctor will call you but she never call me . When I ask my report they told me come in person(1 he drive ) which world they r in ppl r using apps now days email my report. lazy Front worker when I call them they were very rude I just asked them to give my report she shouted very loud at me . Dr will call u which I know will never happened

Best phlebotamist Patrica, and great nurses assitants such as Jessica and Dr.Taylor herself. Lovely staff great sisterhood. They are welcoming, safe, warm, professional and knowledgeable. Very clean place and they offer water, pamplets, posters with pertinent information about the body. I consider this a sacred place and would reccomend this health OBGYN facility to anyone.

A few months ago, they called in the wrong dosage of medication. I was taking it for 3 months, and then realized why my levels were so off. I called the office yesterday to have the correct prescription sent to my pharmacy. I asked the girl, Can you please give me the name of the medication so that I know the right meds were called in?She communicated my message to the Nurse who sent the script over, and I heard a very audible OH MY GOD! IS SHE SERIOUS? in the background. I wasnt asking for much, I wasnt being rude. I am not surprised because of their consistently unprofessional and rude behavior. That was the last straw for me. I wont be returning.

This place is great for first appointment. I was so excited to start here after hearing they could help me with something that all the other gyn offices i tried couldnt, after that first appointment I realized they are not so reliable. You can never get any one on the phone l legit played phone tag with her out of office/after hours answering service, for 2 months only to get a call back from the receptionist to say shes been and is still on vacation. So it was another month of back and forth and phone tag with the answering service, finally got another call back and was told that after she sent me for an MRI, she recommended i speak to my original gyn. However she never told me that, she was supposed to be following up with me, giving me a referral for a procedure that she couldnt preform in her office. I think they just like to have clients coming in back and forth so that they can charge the insurance company a fee cause they seem to not be good for much else.

I find it quite unprofessional that the wait time for the doctor is more than hour. The staff gives no update if the doctor is ready to see patients. This is my first day as a new patient and I came here early to get paper work out the way to then be seen shortly after and I am still waiting an hour or so later. There needs to be a team meeting to better assess this issue. I am not impressed.

Dr. U. Taylor is very caring and gentle. The staff is very nice. The reason I gave have a 3 is because sometimes it can be a long (25-45 minutes) wait even with an appointment. I would recommend this doctor.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Taylor for the past two-three years but after my last appointment in April 2017; I will no longer be a patient. I went for annual checkup and was persuaded to have a sonogram, which I obliged. I left after scheduling a date for a follow up appointment. The day of my firsf follow up appointment, I was called and told Dr.Taylor would not be in the office and rescheduled. The day of the second follow up appointment, I was told again that she would not be in the office and asked if I would like to reschedule? I declined making another appointment date and asked if the results could be mailed to me. I was then told that results are not mailed or emailed but Dr. Taylor could call me to give me my update. I agreed I would appreciate that form of communication. Since April, Ive called a total of FIVE/SIX times and have even left several messages with the answering service requesting a follow up phone call since I have yet to hear anything regarding my results. It is now JULY and I still havent received a call. Not to mention, Ive spoken to several receptionists/medical assistants at the office and voiced my issue but no one has been able to assist. They repeated numerous times that they will inform Dr. Taylor and were more annoyed I continued to call. So, Im left to believe Dr. Taylor does not call patients and would rather a follow up visit so a bill can be accumulated. I find this to be absurd when a patient would simply like their results.

Dr Taylor is very caring and gives you that one on one time that we need when it to comes to gyn. Most important Dr Taylor gives you all the information and resources that you need.Thank you Dr Taylor

Wait time is ridiculously long, there is zero sense of urgency to be punctual. Receptionist seem to be very nonchalant when approached about over the hour long waiting period.

IMPORTANT READ!One the location is wrong and NOT up-to-dateIve waited 4 plus hours just to get a check up by Dr. Useless V. Taylor. To make it worst shes not even here yet!I made an appointment a week ago. Sadly, I showed up on time for my appointment on October 4 2016 at 9:30am. Its now 1:30pm. This is ridiculous

Great staff! The wait time is not bad

Dr. Taylor-Randall is a nice but to be honest she is not thorough. I have been a patient of hers for about 5-6 years now. She does not follow up on appointments, she does not follow up on the referrals or suggestions she makes nor does her office remind you of your annual visit to make an appointment. The wait time in this office is horrendous. You could expect to wait anywhere between forty-five minutes to an hour each time you go for a visit. I referred her to my mother who is more experienced in GYN services and was shopping around for a new GYN because her previous GYN passed away (whom she loved) and she too agrees, Dr. Taylor-Randall is not thorough. I would not recommend her to anyone. Sorry

I love the doctor but her hours are horrible. The staff is nice in person but on the phone they are very rude and not helpful at all.
