I’ve come to this location a couple of times and need to find another salon close by. You have at best two people on nails and one on pedicures. There is one Older woman who just watches while all the others are working. You can wait for a pedicure for 3 hours due to them not having many hands. It’s so frustrating especially when you come on your lunch break during noon. They need to hire more hands and not keep so many waiting for hours due to their carelessness

This was my 1st first time and coming from Manhattan I LOVED the prices. Its a BIG difference from city. Customer service was ok, but it was a bit of a wait. they told me 30mins but I waited for an hour.

Poor customer service! Saw previous reviews but went in anyway...REGRET IT!!! Never again. I care where my money goes & it will not go here again.

The worse nail salon I’ve ever been to!!! I didn’t even make a week with a fresh full set before they broke! I could’ve went to Walgreens next door to get press-ons if I wanted a cheap job. I never do review on places but this was AWFUL!!!! Ladies don’t even waste your time!!!!

Sometimes its hot in there but the service is good.

$25 for regular acrylic and $40 for gel acrylic. $35 for gel pedicure. I went to get two nails fixed for my acrylics when they came off and only charged $5 to fix it! ☺️

These Ladies have fallen off.... you cant make appointment so 1st come 1st serve, which could be 1 hour. Go before 3pm to avoid the neighborhood crowd. I used to call them mani pedi doctors but they get lazy after 5pm. They dont want to give you your Hot Towel if its packed...wow. really🙄

They need to work on their bedside manners. They do good work, but they do not have good customer service. They are mean and very abrupt.

If I could give this place a 0 (zero) I would! This has to be the worst nail salon Ive ever been to! The service was terrible..they didnt know that I spoke several languages so I knew for a fact they were talking about me..wherever I go everyone says Im a sweet customer and great tipper! I didnt want to tip the lady at all but I still have a heart..every single person that worked there had the worst attitude EVER! Im visiting from out of town so I just wanted my nails and toes done for the time that Im in New York..what made it worse was they seem to have regulars in there that were just as rude as them..all the stares I got..and pointing of fingers really upset me..I didnt even stay for my nails to get done because one of the ladies (she seemed to be the boss) started yelling so at that point I knew I was over it and I needed to get out of there..it seemed like they were being racist which truly bothered me..it seemed like they were talking about ALL the customers..I hate the fact that OUR people keep these racists people in business

The workers force you to tip them. I have given them three trys.Unfortunately, they either mess up on my nails, be rude, or refuse to take service with me.Therefore, if you look to go to this salon. Be expected to tip them more than five bucks. These employees are grimy.

They do a mediocre job on your nails. Not the best😒

If there was a star less then this I wouldve given it. I went to get French tips which were $30 and I thought it was a decent price and the lady who did it hurt me on 3 fingers and its such a huge scab and also she did not put any effort towards my nails she did such a bad job. My nails were way to round and I wanted them square. NEVER GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. and on top of that I got the nails done for my birthday so I was veryyy upset.
