Great place I ran out of my medicine one time and one of the ladies that worked there gave me my copay and I went back and gave her the money when had it

Best pharmacy by far they always treat me like family and show concern and do what ever they can to help if they can. For example I had got a prescription from a doctor that I really needed but my insurance would not cover it and I was in tears when the pharmacist came out and talked to me and gave me the medicine and said I can pay when I can it really made me feel like there are still good people in the world. this place is a family and anyone who goes there they will definitely make you apart of it.they know me by name now and also the pharmacists remember everything about you witch I like so they can better serve you. I recommend geroulds South main Street to all my friends and family .

Went there for a prescription with my 6 year old daughter who has gastrointestinal issues. She had to use the bathroom and has trouble holding it when she does. They refused to let her use their bathroom and directed us to the gas station across the road. My daughter was almost in tears because she was afraid she was going to have an accident.

Their customer service was extremely helpful

This is the second time visiting here...customer service is horrible. The sales people do not even acknowledge that you are even in the room. Then once you do get someone to help you, they act like you are disrupting them and really didnt help.wish there was another place we could go to purchase my in laws needs.

Staff are always pleasant and friendly. They respect individuals privacy.

Worse pharmacy in the area always slow understaffed and half the time they are short on your medication (meaning they don`t always have enough pills to go around and they will owe you pills!!!}
