The first time I went to Geroulds Pharmacy on Hoffmann Street, I found the people to be very helpful and I love the fact that they will deliver my medicines for me.

Went yesterday to get my prescription. 4 employees did not wear masks while working. Side by side, shoulder to shoulder. Walking along the isle I had to be less than 6 feet from them. Scary. And they are in the business of distributing meds. Which part of the rule they DONT UNDERSTAND? I will not go back again.

Used them to buy and install a lift chair. Real.nice during sales process. Had difficulty using the chair. They became HORRIBLE to deal with and said issues were all us. Zero patience for helping elderly parents. Now battery issue in 10 months, of course our error. Never recommend using them for a chair.

The location is terrible and in a very risky part of town. the customer service is borderline harassment and the pharmacists look intoxicated. i wouldnt recommend, but if lacking another choice then they can provide your basic needs. (I recommend the corning location over this, without a second thought)

Had a wonderful experience at the pharmacy - very friendly staff. Great locally owned business that I recommend everyone in the community supporting, as they greatly support the Elmira community.
