My family has been using this pharmacy for quite some time with excellent service and care. Untill now. The current pharmacist is obnoxious,rude and an a---! Customer service??? Forget it! Weeks ago my calm,reserve husband came home steaming mad! Wanted to write a review and I, unfortunately,stopped him. I meant the new pharmacist today and I now know what he meant!! Drew is the worst ! Im taking my business elsewhere!! They other staff are amazing,helpful and spectacular! Too bad one person can sink a boat!

Rite Aid’s drive-thru testing meets requirements for travel to Canada isnt true. You need a negative test taken within 72 hours to cross the border, but the turn around time for the results here are up to 7 days. Had to cancel my trip to Niagra because Rite Aid cant stand behind their words

Worst pharmacy to go to I highly recommend you take and your prescriptions filled elseware they will lie to you have you make phone calls you dont have to will tell the insurance wouldnt fill medication on a controlled medication by saying legally they cant fill a prescription they would seem to early even the doctor changes the amount per day they want to go by the previous prescription date and count your new prescription as a refill resulting in not having my prescription. Ive tried being nice I told the pharmacy there shouldnt be a issue because I had it on paper changed in a appointment for the new amount I dont believe he should be working there anymore he is not doing his job correctly.

Staff is rude and unsure of everything. I dont remember the womans name but she has short hair and has been there a long time. She simply cannot ever answer questions about card reloads. On 3 separate occasions she asks the manager that is on duty which is always the same guy when I go and he knows little to nothing either. My mind is actually blown seeing that this Rite Aid has 4.7 stars. I can only assume employees are writing reviews because anyone else would know different. Will not be returning!

I came here for my flu shot back in November. The kind pharmacist with light hair and a small frame provided me with fantastic customer service! I don’t recall her name, but wow! She allowed me to stay safe in my vehicle while she administered the shot. During a pandemic, I can’t express how much that means. Five stars!!!

I have been forced to temporarily find another pharmacy since Walgreens does not accept Fedellis currently while some contract is settling. Another year of dealing with Rite Aid pharmacy is alone raising my blood pressure. They are slow, do not tell you when meds are ready, if they tell you your meds are ready it may or may not be. We had gotten a call from them to tell us our meds are ready to go there and find out it was not.Worst pharmacy ever. I cannot wait until Walgreens accepts Fedellis again.Well another issue again, not surprised. This time they filled my prescription with 30 pills instead of 60.

All pharmaceutical workers are curtious, respectful and are fast. They provide exceptional customer service.

Been here forever, even surviving the Walgreens onslaught. Customers check back and forth before purchasing. Excellent postseason sales.
