My boyfriend got his hair cut by Stacy this past Friday, and I had Stacy give me a balayage, conditioning treatment and cut the following Sunday. Shes amazing!!! She did incredible work and was very welcoming and fun to talk to. She took the time to do my hair right and I couldnt be happier with her work, I felt so pampered. 🥰 My boyfriends hair was done perfectly as well; when he had gone to a barbershop a couple months ago, they didnt pay any attention to the hair on the sides of his neck that grows upwards, so those sections stood out longer than the rest of his hair, and they had left some other, random hairs longer than the rest of the cut, so overall it was very dingy and uneven. So I was REALLY happy when he came home and his hair was the best its literally ever been.Overall, the timeliness and prices are both stellar here. My boyfriends cut this Friday was $18 (no wash), and the mediocre barbershop cut from a couple months ago was $35 (no wash either). I also came here once a year ago and got a stellar haircut then, though it wasnt by Stacy, which leads me to believe that Cutting Crew as a business prioritizes employing professionals that are very skilled.Stacys our go-to now. I highly recommend going here, too! 😊

My daughter got her haircut by Stacy. It was our first time there and she was very nice. She did a great job on my daughter’s hair. We will definitely be back!!

Took an uber all the way there and there was 40 minutes before they close and they turned me away with only 2 people waiting. Terrible service, really shows the workers wont try to please the customer and try to clock out early.

The staff are always friendly. I like to come here for easy hair services like root touch ups and gloss because it is the best price and that do a good job. I had a color correction a few months ago I was very happy with and the touch ups since have been great.

I take my son there to get hair cuts and its wonderful every time. The stylists are all great with kids and the cuts always look good. The little play area helps too.

I have been a faithful customer for the past 8 years. I even went as far as to have all of my wedding party (girls) hair done there. 2 days ago I went for a perm, not my first go round at a perm with them. I usually never complain and im usually pretty happy with the service I have received from them however. Thursday evening after I got out of work around 6pm I originally went and was rudely told we wont do it, its to late.. I understand they close at 8pm, but the rudeness was not needed. Since the last time I got my hair done around July, they have completely restaffed, the older new lady in which is incredibly rude!...They still have 2 of the older so I try my hardest to get them when I go in for anything other then a routine cut. long story short I went in on Friday and had my perm done by one of the employees that I know has been there for a while. however I watched at the perm rods loosely fell from my head, I was under the impression they were suppose to be close to the head for a spiral perm. I was told Im not sure it took to your hair in the end I was then told It did take...I come home to find pieces of hair that were still fairly straight, or had a little wave..I paid additional for a spiral perm which should have left NO hair fairly wavy.. Having a perm before I know the laws of perms..after waiting the wait period to wash my hair I find that it is now stringy and only looks slightly wavy...which I could have accomplished by scrunching my almost pin straight hair. In addition, I Left a $10 tip and bought product (shampoo, Conditioner, Frizz control serum, and Gel)...I a loyal customer..WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

Waited over 30 minutes. A woman came in 15 minutes after I did. My turn to get a cut. Woman who came after me was told to get ready. The employee stated she had called in . It would be just a few minutes. I left. When the ad states no appointments Silly me thought that was for everyone. Stay away from this place it your dressed in shorts and tshirt. Instead of styling.

This was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had at a hair salon. I seriously wonder how the lady who cut my hair got certified to cut hair because my haircut is dreadful. I wanted a trim, which is keeping the same hairstyle but making it shorter. I instead got a completely different cut.I asked her to trim it a little shorter, and said that I want it trimmed at an angle so that the front is longer and the back is shorter because the back grows quick. She asked if I wanted any layers in back and I said just a little bit. Instead, she made the front shorter and the back longer. The layers arent just in back, they go to the front of my head too. There are so many layers that my head is a coconut shape, which I specifically told her that I didnt want it to look like that. A few layers in back to give it an angle? Try a plethora of uneven layers in the front, sides, and back, oh and no angle. The sides arent even cut evenly. Its an absolute mess. I went from a nice bob to god knows what. It is so screwed up that people cant fix it, not even by using hair pins to make it look a little better. I have never been so upset by how someone cut my hair. I have to wait for it to grow out before I can even get some of the layering fixed. Thankfully my hair grows very fast. I am so angry about how she cut my hair. She did not do a single thing that I asked her to except make it shorter. She did the complete opposite of what I asked of her. I am never going there again, and I advise anyone who is considering going there to rethink. It doesnt matter how inexpensive their cuts are when they are not going to do anything close to what you asked for and will instead do whatever they want. Completely unprofessional. Im pretty sure when I got ahold of a pair of scissors when I was four and chopped my hair off it looked better. Do not go here.

The lady who cut my hair didnt seem to know what I meant as I didnt know proper wording for the cut I needed. It was so-so, I wish the lady I had before was there (about 9 months ago) she was great!

I wanted a simple French braid with barrel roll curls pined over it and then blended at the bottom for a romantic braid style for my wedding day. I showed the stylist step by step a you tube video of exactly what I wanted and she kept taking out my hair over and over, without communicating what the hell she was doing. I was in the chair for almost 3 hours...ended up LATE of my own wedding with no make up. I ended up with a 5 minute throw it together braid style that looked like crap and fell out 5 minutes later. IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO STYLE OR ARE HAVING DIFFICULTIES...GET YOUR MANAGER...The manager saw what was happening and I was bawling in the chair because it was taking so long and then they still tried to charge me 65 dollars for a crap job and the manager was extremely rude. LACK OF MANAGEMENT AND LACK OF TALENT. If ALL you know how to do is barber cuts Dont tell me you can do the style Im asking for, especially for an important event such as my own wedding! Worst customer service experience of my life! Never will go there ever again and you shouldnt either. If I could give zero stars I would.

HORRIBLE. Extremely upset. I went to cutting crew Oct 09 12 to get a trim and asked a question about toner to lighten my hair to my natural blonde color, (it was a light brassy brown, with blonde highlights on top) and to get the brassy/red out. The hairdresser suggested using a blonde in paul mitchell shine. My hair came out a red color. (I didnt think color liked to be put on color) I was very upset and as soon as my hair dried completely I went back, the manager suggested putting a cooler mixed with mocha brown to even out the tone. It came out a dark Auburn, reddish brown. I am very upset today as it is obviously still a dark dark Auburn color, with some of my lighter hair bleeding through. Looks horrible, and very unprofessional. This morning I called for a refund, they said they couldnt do anything and theyre sorry I didnt like it, and that I had asked for darker hair which is hilarious to me, I would never want darker or red hair and that is what I got! When I asked if there was a district or branch manager she said that they lived and New Jersey and wouldnt beable to help me, and refused to give me their number in a rude tone. Never will I go back there or to any other Cutting Crew again. Horrible hairdressers, and horrible customer service!!!!

I wish I didnt feel like they were rushing me out if there and chopping my hair to bits. I was very upset that I had to cut strands of hair that were off all over my hair. I tip well and felt like it didnt matter.
