I can honestly say that Ive never had a massage by anyone that was as effective as the massages I receive from Anne. Its truly an experience and afterwards my body is so much more mobile and fluid. I am a crossfitter and the workouts tear my body up. Whenever I indicate to Anne where Im feeling pain, or am having trouble, she immediately knows what to do and explains what muscles, etc. are contributing to that pain. Ive been going to her for a bit now and will continue to go as long as shes in business. Ive been referring my fam and friends too. One of the best massages I have had. Anne is attentive and skilled. I have had both sports recovery and sinus/migraine massages. I have never before had a massage relieve a headache, but Anne achieved it.
