Kenal is amazing at what she does; I once had a dislocated knee cap that I wasn’t aware of, I was limping for 2 days. After 1 hour with her she had fixed it and I was walking completely fine again. 10/10. I feel great after each session.

Kenal is very knowledgeable about the body. She not only works out the tension but can intuitively detect when something is off and what should be done to address it. After only a couple visits, I already feel a huge difference. On top of that, she is warm and kind and creates a safe space.

Kenal has been my massage therapist for a number of years now and she has made a huge difference in my quality of life. I was in a lot of pain a lot of the time before I started coming to see her (because of a bad shoulder from an old car accident and working at a desk job) and now Im fine all of the time.She takes time to really diagnose your issues and then uses the techniques that work for you to alleviate your individual problems. Theres really not much more you can ask. Her commitment to continual education and learning of new techniques only makes her more effective.You should go see her!

Had an amazing Prenatal massage with Kenal. So much more than just a massage, Kenal takes a holistic approach and demonstrates her experience, knowledge, and passion for her work. Kenal is much more than a massage therapist. I had gone to other massage therapists but they are nothing compared to Kenal. Everyone massage is a little different tailoring to what my body needs. Kenal will send me information about vitamins and other interventions to do at home to help me heal.
