Dr. Will always returns my calls promptly and answers questions with practical suggestions. His work is always professional and painless. I am very happy be a patient.

I have been seeing Dr. Will for about 20 years. He is a wonderful dentist, always explaining what he is doing in a way that is easy to understand. He does his best to let you know what he thinks the future of your teeth may be. Nothing to be afraid of when you sit in chair. I highly recommend him.

Always have had a positive experience with Dr Will. Been going here since 2001. I moved a little farther away from Elmhurst, yet I still go back there for my checkups and teeth cleanings. Had a filling replaced there once too. Was pretty quick and painless.

Is this doctor still in practice? Went by today at 11am when they say they close at 12 noon and office was closed. There was a pile of mail on the floor looks like they haven’t been in for weeks. I have not gotten one phone call returned in a couple weeks.

Cannot make an appointment--a common theme based on his other reviews. I have called 5 times during listed business hours, left a message with his answering service each time, waited 2 weeks between calls for a call back, and never received one. Asked the answering service when I should call to make an appointment directly and they dont have that information. Not sure if his answering service throws the messages in the garbage or if a receptionist isnt making the return calls, but its a very peculiar and odd system. Im filled with envy at those lucky, privileged folk who see him, not only because theyve figured out how to make appointments, a skill which eludes me, but also because they have nothing but amazing and positive things to say. Perhaps he is the dentist of a very elite group, and when you get the answering service you have to say a secret password to gain access.He is assigned to me through my insurance, and it takes 6 weeks to change providers because of the insurance rules. I switched providers because waiting 6 weeks for new ID cards is faster than getting a human being on the phone who can make the appointment. Wasted months of insurance payments.
