I couldn’t come in because a 9 minutes grace period which is understandable. I was only 1 minute late and I’m from a different state. Also not to mention there is traffic & there was a train . But oh well will not choose you guys again !!

Today was my first time ever getting a Brazilian done and boy did it hurt! LolAshley took care of me and made sure I was as comfortable as possible and walked me through all the steps. She was very professional and super friendly and made my experience so much easier!The front desk lady (I’m sorry I forgot her name) was such a sweetheart and very welcoming to the clinic. Had a Brazilian wax appointment scheduled today. I cleared my schedule, moved other appointments around just to be refused service. I was loudly asked by the receptionist if I took Accutane, so no privacy for my medical condition. My dermatologist has approved for me to continue wax services but they refused. If Accutane disqualifies you from having wax services, they should disclose it up front. A receptionist should NOT be asking medical questions out loud. There should be a form for each person to complete. I’m so frustrated and upset. Do NOT use them; completely embarrassing experience. The manager didn’t even have enough respect to come talk to me personally. I wasted my time and gas.

Keelin is amazing! I’ve been getting Brazilian waxes for years and never have been satisfied with results after. Once I tried EWC and booked with Keelin she did an amazing job she introduced me to new products and how to actually take care of my skin after. No joke I’m a new woman down there. This was my first waxing. It could have been an awkward, tense experience but it wasnt. I really was grateful to Rosie who explained the procedure and answered all my questions. Poor scheduling. Left work early to not be seen as the person I spoke to 3 hours earlier did not move my appointment time as discussed.

Made an appointment here because my usual place was fully booked. Felt extremely rushed because they were fully booked. Was told that she only had five minutes to give me the wax which I fully know takes at least fifteen minutes when done right. She left wax residue all over my lower area.No talk about after care or putting on any tend skin or anything. I guess I’m just used to a little bit more of a luxurious experience from my other place, but for the same price. Not at all worth it.

I started coming to this location after a friend recommended me, and I was paired with Keelin. She is absolutely amazing, especially since I had never been waxed before. She made me feel super comfortable and still does today! Im never disappointed when she takes care of me. She has introduced me to amazing products that have really improved my skin.Unfortunately, I had to reschedule my latest appointment and was paired with a different waxer that did not fulfill my services like Keelin does. It was quite disappointing, but it happens I guess. Note to self: Never cheat on your wax lady!

I’m giving this place five stars as a review but two stars in the comment because of my experience. It is very clean and the staff was very friendly. But for this to have been my first time here, the brazilian wax I received was terrible. I could’ve done it myself. Honestly, I was really upset because I was referred here and I felt me continuing to use Nair at home would’ve been better as well. The skincare specialist (Lexee) told me the small hairs will be picked up as I continue to get waxed more but she left patches and long hairs too. I was not pleased and it was not a clean wax job. she continued to express how speedy the wax process will be but I felt like my process was rushed. I paid half off, purchase a trial 3 pack of their products and still tipped her. But I went back and she was great!! I’m satisfied

After hearing my eyebrow girl quit, I was in a panic and had no appointment & overgrown brows. I did a quick Google search I stumbled upon EWC. I saw Karina and she was amazing! She was friendly and very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable and my brows look FANTASTIC! I already made my follow up appointment and cant wait to see her again.

The service is incredibly fast and well done. When I moved to the area, I was afraid I wouldnt find a good place for waxing that wouldnt cost an arm and a leg and wasnt Ulta. The first time you come in for a service, you get it for free. I didnt realize this when I set up an appointment, and I was feeling incredibly low that day. It really brought up my spirits. I came back again for a second time. Cost was the same as Ulta, but it was more personable and relaxing, even if your hair is being ripped out of your flesh in a ritual of beautification.

First time getting a Brazilian wax (full). I was extremely nervous! When I walked in, the staff was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Madison, my waxer, is very nice and great at what she does! She will talk you through the whole process and it’s over before you know it! I will definitely be returning next month!

This being my 2nd time and so far I loved it. First time I just had armpit and love it. second time I reschedule my appointment and I had a different girl but she did and amazing job. I did armpit and Brazilian.

Tricia was absolutely amazing. It was my first time getting a Brazilian. She explained everything to me and was fast and easy. They have a bunch of products there for you to buy but they weren’t pushy about it or didn’t make you feel uncomfortable if you didn’t want to purchase anything. I would highly recommend!

My first time visiting this location the process for my Brazilian wax was fast. I was happy with service until i got home after my appointment, i notice I had patches of hair left. I didnt want to go back, but I have it another try month later today I gave another waxer a try for my Brazilian. As Im on the table and she doing my wax I notice and feel there was wax/ strings all over the place. Arriving home changing my cloth I notices my dress was basically glued to my skin.I had wax left on my privates and legs. I been wax before I never had this happen.. For my luck I havent had a good after experience at this location.

Ive been @EWC since the location on Southport. Moved to the suburbs and I LOVE this location. Have tried a few... very clean and in an easy to enjoy location. I havent had a bad service but I prefer Ashley. She has made the experience feel quick and comfortable.**update GO see DRE!!!** had the best experience with her and she really was able to answer a lot of my questions today. Pregnant and she was very helpful in watching out for sensitive skin at this time in my pregnancy.

Went to the this waxcenter in elmhurst to have my first Brazilian the Esthetician Keelin was not helpful, did not make me comfortable and did not take her time to explain anything, rushed through the entire waxing. I thought for a first timer (which she was aware it was my first time) she would have explained things. I do NOT recommend her at all maybe she is good for people who come in and out and are use to waxing but not for first timers. Then again not sure who would want to be rushed having her whole private parts being waxed?!? Front receptionists were way nicer and helped me pick out my items post wax. Don’t go with Keelin to be honest sucks.

Horrible customer service. I booked an appointment for 5:45, and got there at 5:55 and they wouldn’t honor my reservation. I literally had driven 40 minutes just to get there and the lady at the desk showed NO understanding for me getting there 10 minutes late in traffic. It was only 10 minutes! I even told her how far I had come to see if they could at least squeeze me in before they close and she said no. Horrible and I’m highly disappointed in their customer service.

Went in for a lip and eyebrow wax. I was disappointed in the eyebrow wax. There was no shaping, I was told all I needed was a cleanup. Afterwards I still had stray hairs and one eyebrow was thicker than the other. I also had wax left around my eyebrows. I would go back for lip and maybe underarm but definitely would not go back for an eyebrow wax.

Was just the driver. Daughter seemed pleased.

I went in for a Brazilian for my first time at that location and I regret it so much. First of all the workers werent even friendly so it was right off the bat bad customer service. Also the other location Ive been to before they get into the room and start waxing you they give you a couple of minutes and let you prepare yourself and take off your clothes and then walk in once youre ready but at this place they literally watch you take your clothes off which is kinda uncomfortable (I know theyre gonna look at it anyways but still) and when theyre done too they watch you put your clothes on like give me some space and time Jeeze. After I got home I noticed how many spots they missed idk if it was just my waxer (Abby) and a few hours later got bumps on the area maybe from the hard wax they used but it was just a very bad experience and not worth it although I paid half price being the first time there but still. Never going back there again. Or at least dont get Abby! Sticking to my normal place.
