Pros: Groupon offerCons: The owner handles all booking and communication regarding pertinent information and/or reservations via text message ONLY, which led to incorrect information being conveyed to me or none at all. And this resulted in travel to the salon in vain. Thus, the reason for the lowest possible rating.Experience:The primary issues are (1) at no time was I advised what would preclude me from receiving treatment (sprain/strain), and (2) I was instructed NOT to be hydrated for today’s visit when in fact the exact opposite is strongly encouraged (see photo). The ancillary issue is you can’t book unless you pay a separate deposit which is sent via email but it isn’t in the fine print of the Groupon and it took an act of Congress to get an email reply confirming she’d refund it before I left the salon after being turned away. At to that, the Aesthetician commented “Well since you’re already here, would you like to get a facial instead”. Who would spend money at a business after this experience without some type of incentive if at all. Straight wacky on so many levels. Certainly below what you’d expect from an established business on Third St.

I come here for my chemical peels and let me tell you- my skin has cleared up so much! Also, the esthetician is so knowledgeable and friendly! She answers all my questions with great detail.The salon is cute and very clean. I just love coming here I always feel so relaxed and rejuvenated after my visit.Also, I’ve attached a collage showing how the chemical peels have helped my skin. Top photos were before with no peels and then bottom are after two of them. 😊

On 8/9/2017 was my first appointment with Leah i have to say it was such an awesome experience i would recommend this to anyone great prices and definitely felt my skin so much healthier and cleaner i did the peel off mask definitely going each month to get my facial done. Great environment and great people to work with. She answer questions that you need for your skin type and very nice.

I had a chemical peel by Xochitl. My skin looks better than it ever has before. I will be coming back.

I’ve had two chemical peels so far- I am definitely seeing results and enjoy my appointments. Prices are very reasonable as well.
