First and foremost, Dr. Eversly is incredible, and if there was a way for me to exclude him from this review, I would. However, his front end staff/management is ATROCIOUS. I genuinely am not sure how someone can be so incredibly incompetent. You call, leave a message then immediately receive a text saying for a faster response contact us here with a link. (This is useless by the way, they still dont reply.) I have on multiple occasions called, left a message to speak with the doctor, and have NEVER heard from them, or him. Frankly, I just think Eversley isnt even getting the messages, because he would call back. Theyre rude over the phone, unresponsive regardless on what your issue is. Finally, Ive left 5 yes 5 messages with them to schedule a zoom appointment and have heard NOTHING over the last 4-5 WEEKS. Absolutely unacceptable.

Dr. Eversley has always exhibited patience, understanding and thorough understanding in every instance Ive met with him.Just a good doctor that I would never hesitate to recommend.

I have been seeing Dr Ebersley for almost 2 decades now and he is the BEST PCP I have ever seen! I am a RN of 28 years so Ive seen the practices of many physicians and I still believe Dr Eversley is the best physician I have ever seen. He and his staff truly care about their patients! Dr. Eversly has been taking care of my family for many years. He is patient, listens well, and is very very intelligent. Sometimes his office runs behind but that is because every one is receiving his attention in turn. I would highly recommend him for families with folks that run from the elderly to the kids transitioning to adult care doctors. Even my young daughters had no problems seeing him as he is careful with protecting their modesty. Dr. Eversly has done an excellent job in keeping us all healthy. It is also nice to have x-ray right there as well as bone scans and lab work.

Dr. Eversley came into my life at a tough time. Ive been his patient for a couple of years and I have to just say it.... He is a great doctor! He listens, he makes you feel comfortable to talk openly without judgement, and has been thorough with solutions or pathways to get things fixed as best as they can be. I have absolutely no reason to search for another primary Doctor because I can trust him, and that is something that most doctors dont exude. Trust and good communication. He also makes me laugh which is a bonus for the medical field :)

Dr. Eversley is an awesome doctor. This has no bearing on him at all. However, the support staff is atrocious. I called weeks and weeks (3weeks consecutively) and left messages for the billing department. Finally I insisted on speaking with someone before getting off of the phone and the call went through to a lady named Kathy in billing. She was the epitome of inhospitable. No customer service abilities. She cut me off mid-sentence and was very terse with me. She did not offer any help accept to connect me back to the nurses, which is where I should have been sent initially to have my bill explained properly. In the end, I got connected to a lady that hung up on me because I could not hear her and asked her politely if she could speak up. Its a doctors office so I understand the volume issue but I could not hear her. In conclusion, my issue was not solved, Im just going to pay the bill and find a new place. Its upsetting because I truly LOVED my doctor and this is no reflection on him.

Dr. Everesly is a compassionate, attentive, brilliant doctor who investigates every problem thoroughly and keeps tabs on all health issues, even if managed by another doctor. He takes the time to discuss family issues and remembers them from visit to visit. My stepson and my partner also use him for their doctor and we are all more than satisfied with his excellent care

They are not taking new patients. What kind of Dr doesnt see help new people ? Crooked ones

Avoid this practice and Dr. Eversley. They will first make you sign financial responsibility document during the visit and then force you to have unwanted prescription and bill your insurance company for the same. This is malpractice. Been with the doctor for 2 years but now no more.
