The staff was amazing! It didnt take long at all for them to do an annual exam for me, and i was fitted with new contacts, and ordered me a new set of specs for a great price! In no time at all!

I would not go here again. The people were nice and enjoyable but, there was hardly any professionalism. Nothing was sanitized from my use to my husbands use, which is fine but not very professional. I woke up with a pink weepy eye the next morning which wasnt pink eye, but made me question if things were sterilized at all. Then there was in-correct data recording, they had to re-due a couple things because they didnt record it correctly.My husband was furious with gal at the end. She had a really hard time with things. When we were getting fitted for glasses she took my husbands measurements and then took my measurements differently. So we had to ask her if I should get some of the measurements he had done and turned out she just forgot to do them. Then she forgot to put in his order for contacts which were supposed to be in within a couple weeks. Well, literally 6 weeks later we get a call for our prescription glasses and to no surprise, the contact order was never put in. In fact the measurement were never even recorded. Once again, people here have trouble with data input.Nice people, I hate to say anything negative publicly. I just havent had such a negative experience in a long time. I hope no one loses their job over this, I just would like to see employees do a better job.

This a very nice facility with great staff and a young Doctor (Daniel Hanson, MD) that is personable and up to date with his education and training. They have current equipment and the training to use it. I have also had my eyeglasses made there. I just moved to Ellensburg to years ago and am happy that I selected Boys Smith Vision Clinic as my vision services provider.

My son has had excellent eye exams with Dr. Hanson. He has a great temperament and is an excellent dr.We took our time trying to find the perfect set of frames for my 11 year old son. They were patient with us and made us feel very comfortable coming back 2 x to decide.

Boys Smith vision just hung up on me. It seems that they cannot coordinate with Valley Vision to get my records sent there. I switched to Valley Vision when The people at Boys Smith got perturbed with me about getting my glasses online. The gave me a prescription labeled Computer that was actually for reading. They blamed the online company of course but the glasses were made right to the prescription. After subtracting the ADDER I resent for glasses and they were fine. Because they were rude and borderline nasty, I switched to Valley Vision.Now I have a serious eye problem and the records from Boys Smith could aid the Valley Vision doctor, but there seems to be problems forwarding the records. When I asked her to coordinate with Valley Vision she refused. When I attempted to rehash my past troubles with Boys Smith, she hung up.If this nonsense continues I will hire an attorney.

Flexible schedule, explained everything as they went along, friendly, timely. I would highly recommend Dr Hansen and his competent and friendly staff.

Dr. Hansen and his team did excellent work on my eyes, even to identifying my blood pressure as being very high and even wrote prescriptions for the meds. Best operation Iv seen to date. Many thanks, Doc.

I havent been to an ophthalmologist is about 7 years. Had a really good experience. They were totally honest and open with me (my rx had changed slightly, but my existing lenses still provided the same 20/20 vision. No upselling. My eyes also were watering a lot...who knew, I have dry eyes. Ill go back again.
