We were very happy to have such a great doctor and friendly staff to look after our baby boy. Dr Herman was always thorough and personal with us answering any questions or concerns we had.

All three of my kids love it here. Very responsive to me as a parent. The staff is great and the doctors and nurses are professional.

If your going in for just a well child visit they are great. But if you are going in for sicknesses or gut feelings than this is not the place. I feel their evaluations are not thorough when they need to be. And are quick to jump to dairy allergies on almost every thing.

So with my new baby I wanted him to see a pediatrician rather than a family practitioner because 18 years ago, I used a family doctor and he nearly killed my child. So I found Ellensburg Pediatrics thinking I was doing good for my baby. Well, the doctors were all kind, but none of them were on the same page. All giving me different advice for my son relating to his weight, his reflux, his constipation and blue episodes.Then I get the bill!!! Holy Moly!!! I thought my co-pay covered my visits when I needed him to be looked at. Nope...not the case. I was charged extra if they feel they went above and beyond. Some doctors charged and some did not. I called and asked them about it. They said I need to tell them dont give my son any extra above and beyond care because I dont want to be charged. After hearing that, I changed him to my family doctor, an hour away, where I get above and beyond care without the extra charge.Then I go pay the bill. So I call and pay the remainder of the bill in full, over the phone as Ive done before. Mind you, Im on a tight budget and had to make some small increments to get it knocked down a bit. So I ask them to send me an invoice stating the balance is zero. They said they dont do that, that I have to go in,in person to receive it. I ask them ....so you can send me monthly bills asking for money, but you cant send me something that says its paid. Nope they said. Im just shocked and glad I switched practices.

We have had such a great experience with Ellensburg Peds, the providers are great with my son and they always go above and beyond to work us in if theres an urgent issue.

Ellensburg pediatrics has wonderful staff and treat me and my daughter like family. Love this office.
