No show by Rubin despite a written appointment. No phone call cancelling the appointment either. How inconsiderate. I will not seek another appointment.

Very rude receptionist. Experienced severe nosebleed that lasted hours after cauterization treatment by Dr Martin, called office and was told I could not be seen for another week. Called the JHH ENT group in Columbia and was seen the same day even though I was a new Patient. Will never go back to Dr Martin.

Excellent Doctor who takes his time with his patients. You might have to wait for him but it is worth it.

Good doctor he talks to u and explains stuff to u his receptionist is very rude
