I had surgery on July 16th at the Richardson Center with Dr. Singh. I have never been more impressed with the level of professionalism and compassion and kindness than at this particular visit. I am a medical professional, and I know first hand the upside and the downside to treating people, especially those in pain. From the reception desk to the surgery suite to follow up was great; smiling positive people the whole way! I would highly recommend these caring and knowledgeable people.

We appreciate that Dr. Richardson didnt suggest quick surgery. Instead he said we could wait to see if my childs impacted tooth comes out naturally and then make decision accordingly. After all, my child tooth came out, it costed us much less pain and money than we initially expected. Dr. Richardson and his staff were very kind!

Love this team! very friendly, helpful and caring people. I got done 2 implants with Dr. Singh and cant thank her and the staff enough for making it so easy. No pain, no swelling, no memory of the whole process (they gave me IV sedative). This doctor always takes time to listen and work with you to provide the best solution for your problem. I had a really traumatic experience at my previous dentists and they referred me here for my wisdom tooth surgery. It was easier and so much less painful. They put me on antibiotics when the other place didnt and gave me advice on how to decrease the swelling after the procedure. My surgeon, Dr. Singh, called after my operation to check in me and was so helpful, as were her assistants. The front desk clerks were very positive. I cant recommend this place enough, they were absolutely lovely.

The absolute best surgeon, hands down. I went to Dr. Richardson for an extraction on my bottom left tooth. This was my 3rd extraction but my first time going through Dr. Richardson. For the first time, I had absolutely NO pain during my recovery and not even needing a single pain pill to cope. On top of that, the surgery itself was less than 30min! Nick, Dr. Richardson’s assistant, was super efficient & made my time there so much more enjoyable! His entire team as a whole have such inviting energy, good vibes & always smiling. I was so nervous to get my wisdom teeth out and put it off for so long. Dr. Singh made me feel at ease and explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had. They take care of you and know what they’re doing! It was quick and I would recommend this place to anyone!

My son had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr Richardson. 3 of the 4 were impacted. Wonderful job by Dr Richardson. The recovery was short. First day or 2 my son felt pretty good. My experience was the best dental experience that ive ever had in my life and im 41yrs old.Anyone who knows me knows that the dentist office gives me great anxiety and fear. Just the mere thought of being in an uncompromising position, signing a consent form that lists the worst things that could possibly happen during extractions, all of this is nerve racking to me.I came into the office to have a cracked bottomwisdom tooth and an upper wisdom tooth that was really close to my sinuses removed. I had already had a consultation a year prior but my nerves kept me from making the actual appt. After the unexpected year we had with Covid 19, i finally decided to conquer my fear and make an appt to have my wisdom teeth extractions done. Well actually my mom had to make the appt because i was just too nervous.Dr. Singh immediately knew when meeting me that i was just a wreck, so anxious and just flat out afraid. She didnt judge me. She didnt scold me. She just assured me that everything would be fine and that i was in the best care. She recommended my treatment and recovery plan. OMGGGGG she was so right. She was so professional and caring and patient with me. I will never forget how she treated me before, during and after my surgery.I went into my appt. I chose twilight iv sedation and i laughing gas. I literally remember her asking how were my kids? And the next thing I remember is waking up when i was abt 10 min from my home. The procedure went extremely well. She told me an hour and thats how long i was there. In and out.I did not experience any pain. I had my procedure done on Monday, i stopped taking pain meds on Wednesday. Btw, My pain meds were Ibuprofen 600.After this experience, i told Dr Singh that she gave me the courage to do anything because with her help i was able to overcome a huge fear that ive had for years.Thanks so much to the entire staff. The office is nice and clean and all the staff are friendly. Five star rating for sure!

I recently came here for oral consultation in regards to have a wisdom tooth pulled #16 however since its not really showing signs of pain i have decided to keep it in a little longer. The fee for having it removed since my insurance is not covering is $220. The place appears very clean and my temperature was checked before entering the office. When I do decide to get my wisdom tooth, I will likely return here.

I had my tooth removed today. I was not the nicest person at all because of my fear of the needles. The staff was so patient, nice, sweet i do not even want to stop complimenting the staff from the from desk to the assistant.Now lets talk about the dentist Dr. Neeru B. Singh was so gentle, patient and nice. AND I CRIED LIKE A BABY because of my fear. She is my favorite dentist from now on!!!!!! Anyone who has needed dental work, particularly extractions, knows how painful and traumatic it can be, but also who you choose as your doctor is. Ive taken my two youngest children to Dr. Richardson’s practice and could not have been happier for the experience. I wish I had known about his office sooner when my oldest had a few teeth removed. Yes, they are professional, most are, but what sets them apart from others is there overall atmosphere and how they treat you. Not only are they courteous, professional, polite and patient, but he and his staff take their time to walk you through everything thats going on, any procedures that you need to have done until youre good with it. They encourage you to ask questions until you comfortable and I understand what’s going on. There is no pressure, just reassurement that they are there for you and give you the information you need to be able to make informed decisions.When you find a doctor that you know you can trust you really do have to stick with them, hence why we drove over an hour and a half each way for each of our appointments just so I would know that my kids had the absolute best care available. I honestly cannot recommend a better office for having oral or facial surgery. Again being able to trust the competency and professionalism that you receive when you walk in their door, there just arent any words to describe it.

Im very glad to say, this was my first encounter with an office that totally respected my time. On time, professional (yet friendly staff) and proficient. Very comfortable waiting area. Patient care and reception areas sparkling clean. Plenty of parking. They more than deserve 5 stars.

I had my impacted wisdom teeth out yesterday at the Richardson Center and it was the best experience I could have hoped for. I have pretty bad dental and needle anxiety and they took my phobias seriously, worked quickly and efficiently as a team to put me under before I knew what was happening. I woke up what felt like a second later and had no pain until later that day. Its clear they were gentle on my jaw and lips; Ive had a tighter jaw just from a filling before. Even before the surgery, Dr. Singh was so thorough and compassionate at my initial consult. The day of, Dr. Richardson was cheery and funny and helped relieve some of my stress. I cant recommend this team enough.And on top of the wonderful care, they are very affordable. I had a deductible and have to pay 20% out of pocket and their prices were very reasonable in my opinion.Thank you so much!

I have Graves’ disease, a generalized anxiety disorder, and an irregular heart beat to top it all off. They recommended general anesthesia and I’m so grateful they did. Before I could even think about panicking everyone was talking to me while Dr. Richardson carefully inserted the IV into my hand. I very quickly started going to sleep and remember saying “wow I think it’s working”. Next thing I know I’m trying to talk to the nurses through the fog of anesthesia. One of them gently put me in a wheelchair and took me outside. As soon as I got home I slept and by the time I woke up I wasn’t bleeding anymore. I ate some porridge and took my medicine and now I feel great! As if I didn’t even get four wisdom teeth out. My face isn’t swollen, the stitches are neat, I mean I really have no complaints. It only took around an hour. The worst part was the anticipation before the surgery! So if you’re scared of everything like me, definitely come to the Richardson center they’ll take care of you!

I removed my upper wisdom teeth today, Dr. Richardson took off my teeth in just 10 minutes with no pain!

Dr. Richardson and his medical staff were exceptional!!! The customer service and care from his whole medical staff was superb. I had to get my wisdom teeth removed for braces. I was a bit nervous at first because of all the horror stories I was told from peers of their experiences, but my experience was the exact opposite. I was in low to mild pain for about a few hours after surgery, but by that evening I was up walking around and talking. Dr. Richardson is a consummate professional doctor, hes very well versed in his field, and he also makes you feel at ease with the surgical procedure being done. I would recommend anyone getting their wisdom teeth pulled to go to him and his staff of medical professionals.

I went to Dr. Richardson for a wisdom tooth extraction (two upper molars). The entire procedure was quick and painless as possible. Both molars were removed in less than 5 minutes! This is a wonderful place. My daughter was so scare about the procedure. But the doctor and her assistants were magnificent. They talked to her kindly even when it was a busy time. Since I walked in I fell in love with this place. It’s a beautiful environment, very clean, they have a very professional staff everybody is just so nice and welcoming. They don’t make you wait like other places they even took me 30mins before my appointment. What I loved about this place is that they have appointments right away I called them and I got an appointment literally the next day. I had to get my wisdom teeth removed as soon as possible and even though they didn’t have any spots available they opened up a spot for me the next day of my consultation they got my wisdom teeth removed. I really appreciate them because not all the places do such a great service like them💗

This is a first class operation. The facility/office is very modern, clean and nice. The front desk staff are organized, efficient and friendly. Doctor Richardson has the best qualifications and background, but he is also down to earth and friendly. My son recently had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted and it could not have gone better. Excellent service and results. He is almost fully recovered after only 9 days with no issues and minimal pain and swelling. Highly, highly recommended!

I visited the Richardson Center to remove my 4 impacted wisdom teeth. The staff was very pleasant and thorough with the explanations of how to care for my mouth after extraction. I was very nervous about the process, but they assured me that as long as I followed the instructions provided and took my medication there shouldn’t be any issues. One month later and my mouth feels like nothing ever happened! I’m very pleased with my results!

Dr. Richardson is super chill!!! I was ready to get my wisdom teeth out and my sister referred me without even telling me how awesome he is! (Quite the pleasant surprise). He has a nice sense of humor and made me feel really comfortable during my whole procedure. You can really tell he loves his job!I was in and out within like 15 min. (Not including the x-rays and numbing prior).The extraction was very quick and mostly painless (I did local anesthesia). Plus he played some good music in the background so it felt less daunting!! I went in to get my wisdom teeth out and I heard a lot of horror stories from people already had their wisdom teeth out. Dr. Richardson and his staff were extremely detailed and great at telling you the good, bad and ugly on what could happen during the procedure.I did everything Dr Richardson told me to do and I was pain free within 24 hours after the extraction. This was by far the easiest procedure I ever had done in my life.This office staff were fantastic and very friendly and kind. The staff was extremely helpful and professional.I would recommend this office for wisdom teeth extraction to anyone.

Yesterday was my first time stepping into Richardson Center. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and exceptional customer service experience I was welcomed with. I was treated very special by each and every staff that I met, their smiles were warming and I felt appreciated. I will say that I was stunned with my experience with Dr. Richardson, this man is unique. His charisma, sense of humor and how he explained all the possible outcomes of my extraction was amazing, this is something that I do for my patients daily as a health care provider. After my interaction with Dr. Richardson, I gave him a 10/10. He made me feel at home , relieved my anxiety and at some point I had to inquire if they provide other dental services e.g routine cleaning and all other services because I had no other reason to go anywhere else ever. As a matter of fact I called 3 of my friends that I know need dental services including my wife to refer them right away.

This office is by far the best office in the world. They made me feel so comfortable. From the front staff to the back! I had the pleasure to work with Ms. Nick. Omg! Loved her too death. Also, the time management in the office is remarkable. My appointment was at 8:00am. Got there at 8:01. Got called back at 8:05. Now I’m my car about to head to work at 8:17. Amazing.

Awesome experience. The entire staff was thoroughly profession in every way. Having a tooth extracted with bone graft and implant sounded like it was going to be very painful. Dr. Richardson made sure that it was not. He gave me the exact right amount of pain killer injection into the gum to make the entire procedure almost entirely pain free and made sure that I had the right follow up. The extraction itself was over in so short a matter of time that I thought maybe something was wrong. Outstanding! There is no other oral surgeon I would go to and no other oral surgeon I would recommend. Dr. Richardson and his team are simply the best.

The staff is incredibly friendly and explain things perfectly clear. I had my wisdom teeth taken out and it was so quick and painless, they checked frequently that I was ok and I was able to hang out and wait for my ride. They continued to check on me while i was waiting and we talked and laughed the whole time. They are also fast and efficient in their duties.

The Richardson Center for Oral Surgery is an amazing place to feel completely comfortable in an uncomfortable situation such as oral surgery. I have a huge fear of dentist or anyone messing with my mouth. Richardson Center made me feel completely as ease, I was numbed so well that the procedure was painless. I had an extraction with a bone graft and the only pain I had was a self inflicted - fear of the unknown. Laura was a fantastic assistant to Dr. Richardson and Dr Richardson was beyond amazing in making me feel confident that I was in good hands. A great experience for for someone that fears procedures such as this. Thank you Richardson Center for taking care of me from check in to check out !! The office is very clean. The staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Richardson does amazing work and very efficient. I recommend his services to anyone needing extractions and implants which I can speak from experience.

I just recently had my wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Richardson was fantastic! The surgery was quick and painless. I am so glad I went to him!

Was referred there by my regular dentist. Dr. Richardson and his entire staff were friendly and efficient. Went in for just a consult and he decided to take my tooth out that day. Relieved so much pain, it was awesome! My only complaint is that the office is freezing so take a sweater, lol! Highly recommend. Might be the pain meds I’m on now but the doc is pretty easy on the eyes too which may have made it seem just a bit easier!

I brought my sister here for wisdom teeth extractions. What I can say about Dr. Richardson is that he is beyond amazing!! The whole staff in the office was very friendly, caring, and professional. I highly recommend him!! :D

Bottom line: excellent doctor, excellent staff.Let me break it down a bit.Office location: it looks like its a bit out of the way, but its basically at Route 1 and MD 100, which makes it convenient for most Howard County residents.The office: clean, well-lit, a TV plays the news. There are magazines too, of course. Unlike so many modern medical offices, there was an absence of ads for products or services for cosmetic enhancement, rejuvenation, longevity, etc. Whenever I see those things in a medical office I worry that the doctor is not managing his or her office well enough and needs to sell gimicky treatments and supplements to ensure enough cash flow. So I presume Dr. Richardson is managing his business well.The front desk staff: all were friendly and knowledgeable. The text message reminders were helpful. I had called with a question and got a prompt and thorough explanation. The billing matters were explained fully and clearly.The medical staff: they were friendly, competent, and professional. They listened to my questions and made sure I was comfortable and informed.The doctor: Dr. Richardson has great bedside manner. So many doctors have an air of impatience, but he gave his full attention to me. The work he did was top notch. Swift, no pain, no complications. What more can you ask for from an oral surgeon?

Best oral surgery experience ever. The care received was beyond all expectations. Competent and efficient. This is definitely my go-to practice going forward.

I had a tooth that was broken and bothering me really badly. My dentist recommended the Richardson center for an extraction. Everyone there was so friendly and made me feel comfortable about being there. I really dont like going to the dentist but I would go back to Dr. Richardson any day.

I have got to share this most amazing experience in this office from today!!! I showed up to my appt super anxious, but was greeted with warm smiles from great people. I was brought back to my appt by Denise, & let me tell you she is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! She is warm, friendly, kind, sweet, knowledgeable, I mean I could go on and on. She made me feel so comfortable in the consult room to the point where I forgot where I was. It really helped me. I appreciate a kind staff, but I honestly felt Denise went above and beyond her duties to make me comfortable, without her even knowing I needed it. Then for Dr. Richardson to be as warm and friendly, knowledgeable and funny-he broke the ice of my anxiety as soon as he stepped foot in the room. Great place with amazing employees. My surgery took 45 minutes and I had all 4 wisdom teeth romved. I would highly recommend this office for any type of oral surgery.

My visit was nothing but the best. My kids go to his wife. I suggest that if you have kids, look her up. Two great dentists.

The best place on earth. No one likes to go to the dentist, but I found this office to be superb from the moment you walk in... caring, resourceful, and engaging. Everyone, Nik, Vikki, Michelle, Laura, Shamila, and the man himself, Dr. Richardson, are all the creme de la creme of oral surgery. If you need oral surgery, child or adult, I highly recommend this office. You wont regret it.

I needed facial surgery and this place held off on getting anything done for years. I paid to get my wisdom teeth out and for braces just to find out the insurance company now denied the surgery. This wouldn’t have happened if the office was smart and moved the process along sooner. I’m very upset with this office and how they handled my surgery process.

Dr Richardson was great! I am a high maintenance person when it comes to pain (don’t tolerate it well) and he and his staff were just superb.

Im in the process of getting an implant. My first visit for consultation was perfect. The office staff were smiling and cordial . Dr. Richardson explained concisely why I needed the procedure and answered my questions . He appeared to thoroughly enjoy his job. Second visit for extraction. Nic and Laura were fabulous. The procedure was quick and painless. Had no pain or swelling thanks to Dr Richadson . Third visit was a quick check of the extraction site. All is healing well. Again Nic and Laura greeted me like an old friend. They are so reassuring and help me feel comfortable. Everyone seems happy in their work. Its great to see that there are people really dedicated to their patients. Thank you to Dr Richadson , Nic and Laura You are a wonderful team. Highly recommended.
