They shred over half of my Medical documents that I provided to them. When asked why they did that. I was told we shredded the not purtinant ones. I asked “not purtinant to who”? They were my records! they were all purtinant to me. Pretty sure this goes against HIPPA laws.

Always takes forever to get ahold of them and they’re phone is always off you just get sent to voicemail all the time

Fast, friendly, polite service, have been going here for a few years and never had a bad experience. Everyone is helpful from the front desk to the back rooms.

I’ve been going to this place since I was a little girl. I still make it there during the winter break for my annual pap. Their new facility is really nice and I think their service has improved as well. A lot more reliable than the clinic in Wendover, which is why we go! Plus extremely affordable if your relatives work for the mines.

Steve Hastings is Hands down one of the best, caring, honestly good and kind hearted Family Physicians I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and seeing as my doctor. He listens. He is not in a hurry and off to the next. By far, ABOVE and BEYOND. Love his entire team for Nursing as well!!! EXCELLENT!!!!!

Ive had good luck with the doctors and nurses here. Most seem knowledgeable and are very friendly. Usually runs on time also which is great. Walk-in clinic is decent on the wait time.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. They give little to no information and act extremely annoyed when you ask any questions at all.

Weve used this clinic for the 2 years weve lived here. I take all my kids to the pediatrician, Dr. Jocelyn De Guzman. She and her nurse are great. Friendly and helpful!

Theyre really nice here and helpful but sometimes I end up waiting two hours for a walk in and if you call to make an appointment for the day of theyll request you to come in as a walk in. Some of us cant wait 2 hours.

The wait time isnt bad. The nurses have all been great. One physician in particular is very out of place. Very rude and not well informed on treatment. Doesnt read her nurses notes. Overall terrible communication with patients and nurses.

My mom left there tonight being told she had a pelvic fracture. They gave her no detailed information or paperwork about this serious condition. She couldnt tell us what type of fracture or where it is (besides the pelvis). The doctor only saw her for 5 mins and rushed away without even going over the xrays because he had other patients waiting. She was told they didnt have any girdles and she would just have to go find one without any instructions on how to stabilize her pelvis based on the type of fracture sustained. This is an egregious display of healthcare and blatant recklessness with my moms life.

Took my daughter for a soar throat, I wanted to rule out strep, the Dr looks in her throat, This doesnt look like strep. Ok so he doesnt order a swab which would have taken seconds to perform, he prescribes an steroid for inflamation, few days later no improvement, take her back in to make them perform the swab, and what do you know its strep throat, perhaps DR you should just do your damn job, now my daughter is in so much pain feels like she is swallowing razor blades and they wont prescribe her a pain medication to help her sleep, when they are THE reason why she is in this pain, so much for trusting doctors. Or is it just golden health clinic just goes out of their way to hire incompetent Drs

Hard to get anyone to diagnose or treat anything. Last several times weve been there theyve not been able to help us.

Terrible since David White left. Elko is in DIRE need of quality Healthcare. Why else would we have three air ambulance companies here.I’m at the point where I need to make appointments with renown or U of U for my children. 🤬

Came in for medical treatment and set up a primary physician Got set up with Dr Felix Deguzman who wasnt interested in fixing more then one issue on my scan and when asking for a doctor note to excuse the work I missed he refused until he could see me which was a three weeks after even after telling them I only had a few days to turn it in. Back to Utah doctors I go
