I already have a distrust in any dentist office, from the start of my very first appointment to not hearing back in 3 weeks for a follow up, put this little place in a list I call the “unhelpful and forgetful”. The First Lady who took me back I was left back there for quite some time and she didn’t feel any less anxious in anyway, better yet a lack in empathy. The the ladies in the front, one of them said they would call me to follow up and never did and still have YET to hear from this place. I guess I should take my myself somewhere else if this is how it’s going to continue to go. Otherwise this place is great just not so great when it comes to folks who already have a bad taste in their mouth from past experiences.

I cracked my tooth and only waited one day to get in to see Dr. Gallagher. The staff is very friendly and witty. They all were professional but caring. Dr. Gallagher and staff are very knowledgeable and were helpful in getting me the proper diagnosis and care that I needed and will need. Thank you!

Im so happy Ive started having Dr. Gallagher take care of my dental needs. Dr. Gallagher really cares about his patients. Ive had him personally call me after a dental emergency to be sure Im alright. I really appreciate the fact that when I have an appointment I get in fast, no waiting in the lobby forever like Ive had to do other places. He has great modern equipment to diagnose and take care of problems fast. I cant speak highly enough of the treatment Ive received going to Dr. Gallagher. His whole staff is great and treat you in a way you know they care.

The staff at Gallagher dental is the best. Always friendly and knowledgable. Dr. Gallagher is the best dentist. I have never had any issues with any work done by him. From crowns, root canals and fillings, Dr. Gallaghers skills are unsurpassed.

Very nice staff, friendly, easy to work with. And all procedures Ive done have gone very quick. Always get text reminders for those dated appointments. No negatives on my part.

I have appreciated Dr. Gallagher help me to fix my tooth and I hope it never has problem again! I write this review because I felt I got unfair treated during fix my tooth in his office. I asked her front desk lady help me check the insurance how much I need pay to fix this tooth when I first walk in his office. Because I have suffering my payments already in my current life, I hope it will not cost too much. She told me about few hundreds after my insurance. After everything done, she told me I need pay 3000 dollars. I was shocked, if they told me before, I will pay this price or Dr. Gallagher told me the situation about my tooth, I can decide how and when to fix this tooth. Even they give me extension 6-month payment, but these 3000 dollars I still need to pay. I feel this payment is not fair for me, and I shouldn’t suffer with my credit.I still appreciated Dr. Gallagher taught me a lesson, this is in America and this is in Elko, “job I had done, money you need pay”. I went to his office to ask if he would like to help me reduce a little bit price. He refused me. He said that is not fair for other patients and he need to take care his business and pay his staff. Right now, I am suffering my credit. However, I paid 3000 dollars to learn this lesson, I hope everyone else can learn from lesson too. 3000 dollars for poor people that is lot!

My hygienist has a gentle touch and is sensitive and receptive to my idiosyncrasies and concerns. Dr is prompt and engaged. Highly recommend.

I have received a few different services from Dr. Gallagher and his staff. Each visit has been a good experience. Dr. Gallagher is kind, works quickly, but efficiently, and made me feel at ease. The ladies at the front desk are friendly helpfu, and knowledgeable. The assistants during the prcedures, are also very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable.

One of the worst experiences Ive had.. Appointment time was 9 am. I ended up leaving at almost 10:30 because i had been shoved in the furthest room from the door and nobody even spoke to me. I listened to the patient in the next stall over get started cleaned and finished. Yet i still was waiting indefinitely. I would not reccomend this establishment. TO ANYONE.
