The only reason I am giving it 5 stars is because I love my Eyebrow Tech Piper. The staff is friendly not always helpful but I come in for Piper.

I realize we are in the middle of a pandemic but the idea can’t touch anything it would be helpful to have more personal assistance. Also a lesson in cross contamination too for the associates because I wore my mask in but when I was in back by myself one associate said for me to pull up my mask. I pulled it down to breathe and I was way way way over 6 feet from anyone and I wasn’t coughing because that’s about the only thing a mask will help anyway and it’s the handling of the mask with your hands that is the biggest problem concentrating all those germs on that mask next to your mouth.

I went in there to complete a return, make an exhange, and a purchase with my toddler. The staff was so helpful and friendly, they were happy to take care of all my needs no questions asked. Such a wonderful experience, makes me want to go there all the time!

So refreshing nowadays in a service oriented business to actually get great service. I dont use beauty products. I had gone there with a friend. I WILL go back just because of my experience! I went in for a haircut and was extremely disappointed because the stylist, Carolina, didn’t listen to anything I said. I asked for an inverted(sharp angle from back to front) messy bob. Instead, I got a clean, blunt bob. My hair is now all one length and there is no texture to my hair whatsoever, except for the bangs. I could have asked her to texturize my hair, but I had already spent an hour and 10 minutes in her chair and I had dinner plans with my husband. I have really fine hair and have never spent that long for a haircut. The longest visit to a salon was an hour and a half, and that was for cut and color. I asked for a messy, textured bob because I don’t spend time styling my hair at all. I just want to put some product in it and go. I am now at Great Clips to put some texture in my hair in order to get what I asked for; a messy bob. The haircut she gave me looked cute at Ulta, but today it looks crappy because I don’t know how or want to style it. It is not a bad haircut, just not the one I asked for. I had to stop her curling my hair, since I mentioned twice that I’m not going to spend time styling it. This was slightly after she burnt my scalp with the blow dryer. I knew early in that I was in trouble because she barely asked any questions., like the front length, so of course it is shorter than I wanted. Also, during cutting she asked her colleague if an inverted bob is the same as an A-line. Maybe ask the client if you don’t know what it is. It doesn’t matter because I got a blunt bob. If there is any angle to it, I can’t tell.

Tried getting in twice to get my eyebrows done. The first time they cancelled on me an hour before my appointment. The second time they called me a day before and asked me if I could change my time to later on the day so I did. I came in and they told me i couldn’t get my eyebrows done because i needed a parent with me since I’m 17. However, I had no problem months prior on getting my eyebrows done there. If this a corporate rule, you should inform your clients before they drive an hour to get there. Was very upset.

Very cool as far as they have pretty much any and all the makeup one might could think of. The staff on the other hand is lacking in customer service skills. I went in with a friend who was buying all this outrageously pricey makeup and she had a color match done and whatnot, and then another gal came up and offered my friend a sample. I politely turn to her and asked if I could please have a sample as well, and she looks over at me and kind of looks me up and down scoffs and walked off. My jaw hit the floor. Im not sure if it was because I wasnt holding $100 worth of their products but I put down the few things had and spent the rest of my time there waiting outside for my friend to finish.... when it was all said and done my friend gave me her sample. So yeah, very very unprofessional staff, just downright rude.

Even before i was a diamond member i was always treated well here. Theyre very helpful. If you have questions about products theyre great about answering or finding someone to answer them. Only ever had one unpleasant visit but i havent seen those women since and now i just stick to Sara doing facials and fave stuff so no more problemsSara is literally the best.On days i have my cane the wonderful workers there will help me by carrying my purchases for me so im not struggling to hold them while im going around the shop

Expensive-yes but if you can catch the sales and watch for their promotional deals, and use your earned points then you can get a pretty good deal. Sign up to the web site. I saved a ton when I checked the site first to see what promotional deals they have going on. It changes daily so check before you run down to buy your favorite foundation. Went to trim my hair. Nothing complicated because my cut is straight across, no layers and no bangs. It looks choppy and uneven. In my opinion, a haircut is too expensive for what you get.

Just got done shopping here. When checking out, the cashier began asking me question for a membership. I told her I already had one, so she looked for it. After looking, she couldn’t find it. I told her that I didn’t want one then and that I just wanted to pay. She signed me up for one anyway using the information I told her in the beginning.

I made an Appointment to have my hair done, I showed up 20 minuets early, the woman (Leslie) was very rude. I browsed the store for 40.min, and sat down in their waiting area, as Leslie was still working on a girls hair. I waited another15/20 minuets. Leslie, did not acknowledge me, to say, be with you soon, ect. I made this appointment, one week prior. I drove 60 miles, one way.Diana Bradley.

The lady who is the manager of the salon fried my hair, and used excessive products on me. she also failed at giving me the look I wanted, i would’ve paid 5$ for the look she gave me, instead I paid 80$.

The manager there was awesome, did a great job. I dont go there because I left Elko. They would have been my regular go to. Its ok ladies I can go into Ulta, I promise I wont buy out any of the makeup.

I dont know if its all Ultas or what. These associates are very persistant, nice,but Im a gal that lies to browse. If I need help Ill ask. If not please dont ask 40 times and tail me like Im gonna steal something 😣

Staff is very friendly, but i would not recommend getting a hair cut at the salon!! I went to get a layered V cut and i was very disappointed. The ends look super choppy and overall looks no where close to being layers. My hair had an awful burnt smell for about 2 days because of the curler she used. Worst hair cut i’ve ever had.

Employees followed me all through the store asking me constantly if I needed help after denying several times. Gentleman at check out persistingly asked me to apply for a MasterCard after saying no several times, he continued to push for me to apply. It seemed he wasn’t going to proceed to check me out or let me leave without having me apply for this credit card. After telling him more than 3 times I didn’t want the card I finally did. He didn’t even include the “discount” that was supposed to be added after applying.

Had appt for eyebrow waxing and color....came out looking like A clown! Eyebrows do not match, spots missing in coloring , etc. I’m horrified to have anyone see me....my family laughed hysterically when I got home!

I went here to get an eye liner. One of the girls assisted me. However she had a attitude with me for telling me thats the cheap eyeliner did I ask for an attitude ? Nope. Then I had to wait in line . And they asked me for my phone number even though I didnt want to give it out. Next time someone buys something with you ask the customer first if they want to use their phone number to use their rewards card and receive points. Dont assume that they want that. Also when someone purchases something at your store , its nice to keep eye contact with the customer instead of just giving them the receipt and ignoring them with talking to your co worker and not paying any attention to the customer. Thats very poor customer service ! Especially for a manager. This was and will be the last time for me to shop at this location.

Ive shopped in there 3 prior xs and then today. Usually spend average of $80 I have no complaints the products are great worth the price they last a long time and evrythin that I bought has done exactly what it was promised to do. It was a little busy today bein Christmas Eve and all I still had sum1 come up offer me assistance in each section I walked thru 1 girl especially was very sweet helped me quickly find the last item I was lookin 4 super bummed I dont remember the name of that lovely girl. They were all smiles friendly, knowledgeable, but not pushy or invading of my personal space or decision makin if u havent been in I suggest u do! Worth the trip!! I luuv that place
