Horrible, cut my friends hair and did a horrible job. And he had to pay it. Not recommended to go their. I recommend Graffiti Salon by JcPennys. I would not give them a single star.

I don’t know if I’ve ever had a worse haircut in my entire life… I never leave reviews but wow, this is just shockingly bad. I wouldn’t recommend going here to my worst enemy.

Traci my hairstylist did a great job of cutting my coarse hair that it doesnt stand straight up which when cut short usually happens but for the second time in a row... stayed down and my haircut looks great!!! Thanks!!

They’re very friendly. Nice and clean. Expect there is this one lady who is older curly hair name is Ruth. She rushes your cut and misses spots. I had mine cut twice with her and the top she left all uneven and the back I had some long hair and some short. I got a 3 on back and sides. But overall nice people that lady just needs to slow down lol

Walked in for the first time. Jen took all the necessary info down on the computer. It read that there would be a 12min wait and was the only one waiting. It ended being 3mins or so. Haircut turned out fine. Satisfied with the service during morning hours.

Almost 31 years old, this is the worst haircut I’ve ever had. People are nice enough, but jeez. Pretty disappointed that the last two years growing my hair out was just ruined by someone here who doesn’t know how to cut hair correctly.

The stylist, Miranda, used her neck trimmers on my son and completely cut up his neck. This is what happens when your clippers are dull and you have to push harder against the skin to get them to cut. And she had the audacity to be like this has never happened before. Really? It shouldnt happen at all. She have me a $4 discount.

My only issue was we were the first ones there. 3 of us. and we were serviced by one hair stylist. I would have preferred to have each of us have a separate hair stylist so we could have gotten out earlier.

Ashlynn has been my hair stylist there for quite awhile and enjoy the company and the work she does. Gives me good advice about taking care of my hair.

The lady in the front has the fattest attitude. Told us we had a 3hr wait and I said alright I’ll take it and she didn’t even contact us hours later. I call she told me an hour. I waited. ITS 5:50 I call again she says “if u get here in 5 mins” we get there at 5:54 and Yk what she says “WERE CLOSE”. Bunch up disrespectful people with attitudes. HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND!

We waited for over 70 minutes and when we finally got the text saying we were next in line they already closed everything down before the actual closing time. The guy working was very rude and unprofessional. There were other people waiting for over 2 hours as well. Definitely wouldn’t recommend going here

Checked in online, no wait & got right in. Got a great cut and had a coupin for a good price that the difference in savings was added to the tip.

They do a good job but the consistency of the way hair is cut lacks every person cuts it different and not one person there can cut or trim a beard they never get it lined up right. Far as generic hair cuts it’s great.

Kalinda is THE best. Ive lived all over the U.S. and even internationally, and the woman gives the most consistent haircut Ive ever had. Tried a much higher priced salon in town and was disappointed with the result. I wont go anywhere else or to anyone else if I can help it. Stop your search, folks. Kalinda at Great Clips is where its at.

Descent cut good price.

Called 30 minute on line I was given a 50 minute waiting time. When I arrived I was to told I had a 80 minute wait and was on the bottom of the list. What good are advantages do I get for calling in on line

My boyfriend got his hair cut here and Jen really messed his hair up...then she had the audacity to ask for a tip...he should have gotten a refund...we will never go here again and would never send anyone there...not even our dogs... Haircuts are supposed to make u feel good about yourself...word to people who make a living off word of mouth...bad news travels faster than good news...and im telling everyone I know.

My visit here broke my bad haircut streak I have had for months. The workers are very friendly and fun. I have gone twice now and will be making it a regular visiting spot. Well worth the hour drive it takes me to get there!

The stylists are professional and courteous. I always check in online and I have minimal wait time. Sherry have me an amazing summer style that is shirt and sassy and cool. It, the only place I go now for a haircut.

Usually really happy with hair cuts here but last visit, the guy didnt seem to listen to me or read the notes right on the ticket. Ended up with a high and tight instead of a high face. Guess I need to be louder next time.

Its pretty bad I had to fix my own haircut after yesterdays visit. I went in on the 19th and the lady basically lined and straightened my hair up but when I got home she left it the same length and missed quite a few spots. So I trimmed it down and cut the spots she missed. Not very happy with 2/3 visits being screwed up haircuts. My first visit was the best one. But since then I havent had a real good experience there. Might look into another place to go.

This my first time making an appointment on line it was helpful my time of wait is 88 minutes. Ok. An hour goes by so I decide to check in the store. They said there are a few of people ahead of me so I still have to wait. No problem I said I’ll just wait a little bit. While waiting 2 women acting all crappie one is cutting hair and the other putting products away they start saying how busy the are and need to do signs and two loads of laundry. Like I care right. I just want my hair cut. I guess it was The manner the women was saying it to the other women putting products away like me waiting was a big inconvenience. Mind you I’m the only one waiting in the lobby. My point is if you have a problem with your coworker dont make your customers uncomfortable because you have a work load. If you don’t like your job and can’t greet people nicely than this job is not for you.

Usually quick and I love how they keep records so I know if I want to change it up for next time or keep the same.

Wish I could do negative stars. Long hair here. Ashlynn left my hair 6 inches long up top and cut the back to a length of 2 inches. I look like a little house on the prairie 13 year old now. Seriously, what in the hell? I asked for an inch and a half below my ear she cut it all off entirely. Pathetic place for a haircut. DO NOT go here unless you want your hair completely messed up. Oh well give you a refund, what are you gonna do give me a wig?

I think the online check in is a bit annoying. Went to the website at open. Took them over 5 minutes to let people check in, then it said there was already a 12 minute wait. I checked in and it then said it was a 45 minute wait. After only 10 minutes of being open.
