I just moved to Elko about two months ago and I started tanning at BBB and they are so amazing. The girls that work there are so kind and welcoming and it’s all around a wonderful place! I absolutely love it!

Jessica James has been cutting my sisters hair for years. I have had trouble finding someone I can trust to cut and dye my hair. I decided to try my sisters hairdresser considering she always looks great. I was more than pleased with the haircut I got from Jessica. She did an excellent job and I will be using her from now on. Cant wait to dye my hair again and use her. Thank you Jessica James for making my hair feel beautiful again :)

Best place ever

I have been a client of BBB for over 3 years and I have used many of their services. I adore the girls and the tanning beds are the best I have ever been in. Plus, Aimee has done my brows and eyeliner and they are perfect! Everyone at BBB are accommodating and sweet. I love you all and am grateful for the salon❤️

They are always so nice here and the services have been great every time. Ive gotten a pedicure, facial, massage, spray tan, and my brows done and loved it. My favorite salon in town for sure. 😊

EDIT,I will edit my review to show that the company has apologised for the insensitive meme they posted .thank you .This company mocks people with disabilities as part of their advertising. Using a picture of two people with albinism to compare to how it looks when you dont tan. Not apologetic at any point when confronted about it.

Customer service needs improvement from the owner of the salon to the stylaists representing your establishment.I DO NOT recommend male cuts from this salon.I would like to thank the stylaist for refunding my money in the end to pay the babrer whom had to fix the botch cut fade you produced. you know who you are.Reviews can be detrimental to your career and being professional towards conductive criticism is something you should learn to be more respectful about when situations like this arise in the near future. Its just sad the review now goes towards the salon due to no follow up with a complaint of bad customer service from a stylist representing your salon.Thank you to the receptionist for showing grace, being calm, professional and respectful towards me in a very complicated situation.
