My family and I love the care we receive from staff. Everyone is great, professional and friendly!

As a retired dental hygienist, having moved to the area seven years ago and at the recommendation of family and friends, I cannot imagine a practice that I would recommend more highly. First and foremost is, of course, the quality of the dentistry. The majority of dental hygienists have great teeth. Sadly, I have not been one of those, so I can attest to having crowns, fillings and even implants done here. Also, the wonderful staff, everyone who is warm, friendly and excellent is so much appreciated!

The greatest place I’ve ever taken my daughter. She is only five years old and she enjoyed it. She was terrified from the last place I had taken her also because I couldn’t go in the room with her. Reider Family Dentist do an awesome job with kids.

Great dental experience. Everyone is friendly, explains in detail what is going to happen, timely, has their own dental insurance plan, clean and inviting atmosphere. Great place for individual or family care.

Reider Family Dentistry has always striven to put my needs first. They arent trying to upsell services to you, like trying to get you to replace old silver filings or any other tactic to line their pockets. Dr. Reider is proactive yet conservative in his approach to your oral health. He has never been pushy. He educates you to feel empowered about any areas of concern so that when a decision needs to be made, it is yours to make. Tess, my hygienist is so nice as well. I look forward to going to my appointments at Reider Family Dentistry because it feels like family! The staff are all so friendly and professional.

Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Reider explains every step of the process and then explains it again as he is completing the procedure. I truly appreciated his taking the time to make sure I felt comfortable and confident with his plan of action. He did an excellent job and I will most definitely refer this office to my family and friends.

Dr. Reider is the only dentist who has ever been able to get me numb. All the work I’ve had done has been comfortable and pleasant. The whole staff is kind, caring, and excellent. I travel an hour to have them for my dental care, and it’s worth the drive. Thank you for another happy visit.

Every visit is wonderful. This is the first dentistry Ive ever been able to relax during the work. The entire staff quickly become like family!

*UPDATE*My wife and I just took our 3 year old to the dentist for the first time! She loved it and a big part of that was Megan and Dr. Reider being so calm and kind with her. Can’t recommend this place enough for the whole family!—-From entering the front door to leaving this dental office is top notch! They greet you by name and Ive never waited longer than 2-3 mins in the waiting room! The dental assistants are always friendly and caring. There are email and/or text reminders about appointments and other technologies throughout the office. Dr. Steele is the icing on the cake! He is not only brilliant and insightful but cheerful and super friendly! Would highly recommend this office to anyone!:)

Dr. Reider saw me immediately after I had a bicycle accident. They reassured me that my front teeth were ok. I was so scared because I face planted into a pot hole and had bleeding from my mouth ,and my upper front teeth hurt and felt a little mobile. I really appreciate that they saw me right away , took x-rays, and were very reassuring. Thank you to Dr. Reider and his staff. Love you guys!

I have never waited more than 10 minutes for my appointment & everyone in the office is very friendly! I love the dental hygienist Chloe, she is so easy to talk to & is able to answer all of my questions. I am normally in & out in 30 minutes which is awesome! I have been coming here for years & definitely recommend Reider Family Dentistry to everyone!

I just had some fillings done and was nervous about it bc I hadn’t had any in years and forgot what it was like. Dr. Reider and the assistant were great! They walked me through what they were doing which helped my anxiety a great deal AND he used just the right amount of numbing agent so that weird numb feeling was gone by the time i left the office. I highly recommend!

The staff is friendly and willing to help in any way possible. The dentists try to make the experience as pain free as they can. I have chosen Reider as my dentist for those reasons and Im also thinking about switching insurance to one that carries Reider.

I grade on the sidebar issues surrounding tooth work: back pain from dental chairs, needle work and numbing action, and boredom alleviation. Dr. Reider was both gentle and patient with the needle. He and his staff responded quickly to my casual observation about back pain from the chair posture, providing tools for lumbar support. And they all were informative and patient with my casual inquiries while we waited for sedatives to kick in.

Very kind, personable and professional. Highly recommend if you are in the area and looking for a new dentist.

11/30/2016 - Dr. Reider25 year old male, havent been to the dentist in a couple years due to moving and life transition. Dr. Reider was an AMAZING dentist because he not only does an exhaustive analysis of your teeth, but also teaches you WHY he is doing what he is doing. He is relatable, friendly, and let me know all of my options without trying to sell me the most expensive treatment.You dont need to be afraid of the dentist anymore, this was well worth the drive from Mishawaka!Also, the receptionists were the most kind, fun, and enjoyable people to interact with as well. I know that many people stay away from certain doctors because of their receptionists alone. This was not the case.I would highly recommend to anyone. Honestly cant wait to come back for my checkup and cleaning!
