Great atmosphere and the staff was professional and courteous without being rehearsed. A genuine interaction. Questions were asked and what I find above and beyond is when I mentioned thinking I had already had a certain x-ray Sarah did not pressure me to get another. She went to check and got them ordered from the previous dental facility thereby saving me money. Just wouldn’t recommend having a late morning appointment if you’re hungry by noon lol! (And they suggested that when I made the appointment but I didn’t listen.)

My appointment was at 11:30am and I waited only a few minutes in the waiting room for my dental hygienist to call me back. My cleaning, X-Rays, and overall care were thorough. I enjoyed the strawberry polish toothpaste and cola lime brush-on fluoride;). I felt comfortable the entire time and communicated with my hygienist when my sensitive tooth reacted to the scraping of the cleaning pick.Dr. Snyder was friendly and gave me a few quick options to ponder to deal with my sensitive tooth and possible procedures for the future to remedy the issue.Equipment was cutting edge and the environment was clean and hygienic. I received a travel pouch with toothbrush, pronamel toothpaste, and satin floss. I received a black lunch bag with cooler lining, welcome card from the team, and a Contigo water bottle upon checkout as a new patient.I look forward to my 6 month cleaning at Dr. Snyder Family Dentistry!

I had my first visit at Dr Snyders office today. I was met by a very warm and friendly staff. They took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. I was very comfortable and fealt confident I was in good hands. They werent pushy with a treatment plan that padded their pockets but were very willing to listen to my concerns and walk me through the pros and cons of all the available options. I would very strongly recommend anyone looking for a dentist to call and set up an appointment. You wont regret it.

Purely based on the job they do, I would say Dr. Snyder and staff are terrific. Cleanings never feel like dentistry by a thousand tiny jabs. Fillings when needed are often done on the spot, which means not scheduling another appointment. The staff, of course, is nice and friendly.

Dr Snyder and his staff are excellent, accessible, and caring. I have gone to this dentist office for 20 plus years and have had wonderful care. I am a nervous Nellie in the chair and Dr Snyder, I can say from experience, caters to cowards like me! I will also add that the staff is fully on top of CoVId and I observed very stringent protocols by all.

I was very impressed with the way they handled checking in my children for their appointments by taking the appropriate measures to keep them safe. Everybody is so friendly, helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend Dr. Snyder and his team.

I really have never liked going to the dentist. I had extreme anxiety prior to my first visit a handful of years ago. Thankfully the Dr and every single one of his staff are kind, and understanding. I have not experienced any anxiety since that first visit and am grateful for them all.

I called with a toothache and they got me in very quickly even though I wasn’t already a patient. Every single person I encountered was extremely friendly. My toothache was gone by the time I got there but I went because I still needed a new doctor and I wanted to make sure there weren’t any problems. Despite being just an emergency checkup they managed to do a same day cleaning for me as well. I am so glad I found them in my online search.

Its gonna really hurt isnt it, I asked Dr. Snyder when he recommended a root canal. I was expecting the worst. He assured me he would do everything possible to alleviate any pain and his technician said Well take good care of you.. They kept their word. The procedure didnt hurt. If I knew how, I would have turned a cartwheel when I left the office. Dr. Snyder and his caring, compassionate team are number one on my list of favorite people.

Great work done, in and out less than a hour getting tooth pulled .I had no pain during or after the visit. Very polite and did a good job sanitizing after I left my chair.

Friendly, attentive staff! It’s been hard to find a dentist I’m comfortable at and I had a sense of ease here. I’m very pleased with the services at Dr Snyder’s. Michelle did amazing job cleaning my teeth and going over my dental treatment. The atmosphere very pleasant and staff helpful. There was no waiting except I was an hour early and enjoyed coffee and yummy cookies. I would definitely highly recommend Dr Snyder to my friends.

Dr. Snyder got me in right away and although my tooth wanted to give him problems, he extract it and I feel so much better! Everything was painless and all the ladies were awesome and efficient, especially Crissy( I hope thats right) Thanks again and I definitely recommend them!

Not even a single star can be rated to this place. the worst experience ever. If you choose to go this place, they will be calling you several times before you could give up to accept or reject their service. Advise you not to even pay them until you are fully satisfied. And if had paid and not happy and had visited them several times to finally get the right service/product as intended, they will just reply you back that they not going to refund money, and have a nice day.. and hang up. They would assume you know nothing and will sell you whatever they feel is right. I had went for a permanent retainer (wire) and but then ended up requested to come back for plastic retainers which they dont seem to do well either. Worst Experience. Pick a better and advanced dentists near the location.

I scheduled my appointment 3 days prior. I didnt sleep well leading up to my appointment due to my anxiety about visiting a dentist. Not to mention its been 15 years since Id seen a dentist! 😲 The last time I saw one I was told I needed 7 root canals and the expense would be around $15k!!! I never went back and have stressed about it since. I just KNEW Id get worse news today. Everyone in the office was absolutely wonderful! Friendly. Informative. Took their time with me. Dr. Snyder was extremely thorough with my examination and upon reviewing my xrays told me quite the opposite of what I had been told years prior by a different dentist! I only needed POSSIBLY ONE root canal!!!!! Of course, I need some fillings but ONE root canal! Mind blown! That took years of stress off of me. I had the most attentive, friendly and kind hygienist, her name is Becca. We became fast friends! She did an exceptional job with me!I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Snyder!! The ease of asking questions, I literally messaged them on Facebook on a Saturday!!!! They werent even open on Saturday, but someone answered my questions and even set up an appointment for me (& my husband). I visited their website and found a link where I could fill out the needed forms online, with ease! Super simple!Please give them a call TODAY! Do not wait no matter how bad you THINK your teeth are. Tell em I referred you! Best dental experience in my life!

The night before my visit I couldnt sleep because the thought of going to the doctor and dentist scares me. I am 25 years old and this is the first time in my life I felt comfortable in a dentist office. The staff was very friendly and made me feel at ease as a new patient, and they were very informative on everything that was going on. I cant recommend them enough!

Ive always had a difficult time going to dentists. I gag easily, I cringe just knowing its time for a cleaning, and my anxiety goes from 0 to 100 as soon as I walk into the office.All the technicians that I have encountered at Dr. Snyders office have been kind, attentive, and patient with me. Unfortunately, growing up I did not take care of my teeth as well as I should have and as an adult I am paying the price for that. But Dr. Snyder not one time ever gave me a guilt trip, lectured me, or made me feel embarrassed by any issues concerning my dental issues. He is very friendly and made me feel at ease and comfortable.Thank you so much to Dr. Snyder and his entire staff for helping make visiting the dentist such a better experience.

I’ve been going here since I was a child, I switched to a different dentist due to insurance and that new dental care place was ridiculous. I’m now 24 and I will be with them for life. The ladies do a great job not only at cleaning but explaining what’s going in your mouth and how to go about proper hygiene. They show you how to use instruments on molds so you have a great understanding on better teeth care. Overall 10/10

I liked all the stuff members. They got me in and out very quickly and efficiently. This Dr was honest with me and gave me a different solution to my dental problem that costed me nothing. I had just visited another dentist in Elkhart who wanted to take advantage of me. Thumbs up for Dr Snyder and his crew.

Always treated well at Dr. Snyders office. Professional service provided by a doctor and staff who care about you. Ive been a patient of his since 1992. I made the mistake of leaving his care and going to a heavily advertised very large dental office in Mishawaka. I quickly returned once I experienced the uncaring and impersonal environment there.

Dental care provided by Team Snyder is a consistent 5-Star experience. From checking in at the receptionist desk to checking out, everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. I liked the way Michelle, the dental hygienist, took care of me. She ensured that it was OK to provide service, since I had undergone surgery recently. She also took an x-ray of a tooth that was bothering me. She provided pillows for my injured foot to help me be more comfortable in the dentist chair. And Dr. Snyder has a way of taking the anxiety out of a dental appointment A patient of Dr. Snyder is always in good hands.

I just had one of the best dentist experiences I have ever had. My front tooth got cracks over the weekend and my regular dentist was not able to see me. I called first thing Monday morning and the friendly receptionist was able to get me a morning appointment . When I walked in the door I was greeted with smiles and gift bag . I was seen first thing without having to wait the usual 10 to 15 minutes. The hygienist was friendly and Dr. Snyder was very quick and efficient. This was my first and last time going to this dental office. I came here because I was in need of a tooth extraction. First, I want to say that the front office girls are amazing. They made me feel very welcome, and even gave me a tour of the office before my appointment, as well as a welcome gift bag. However, I instantly got the feeling that my hygienist was a little stand-offish. That, I could tolerate. But, the dentist on the other hand came into the room to numb me which caused me to see cross-eyed for ten minutes! Never has this happened to me before, and I was scared to say the least. Neither the hygienist, nor the dentist tried to comfort me which made me feel terrible. Also, he was very ruff with the extraction and I felt everything! He didnt stick around after that to make sure I was okay, nor did he discuss any other issues and concerns I had about my overall oral health. I will continue my search for a dentist who not only cares about his patients, but treats everyone the same. Heres a few personality traits you are in need of:Caring and concerned about how the patient feels during procedures.Because dentists work in a very small and sensitive space of the body, a good dentist communicates with the patient during every step of a procedure, making sure they are okay and not in too much pain. Good dentists go to great lengths to make their patients comfortable and relaxed without pain.Good communicator.A successful dentist has a keen ability to distill complex procedures and processes into simple language so that the patient can understand exactly what is going on in his or her mouth and any procedures that the dentist suggests.
