Please read .....My wife talked with Dr Kelly about a procedure being done out of state and she was more than willing to help with post op care untill Fairview heard that it was not being done in there clinic so they made her primary care physician refuse her care because we werent using there overpriced program. I guess we will be finding a new clinic. I thought Fairview cared about there patients well I guess NOT. Its disgusting when big medical only cares about the dollar. I will have to see if there is a legal action that I can take for then refusing medical care.. any advice??I found out I can file a compliant with the Minnesota health board Wich I am doing but still looking for legal advice I dont think it is legal for them to refuse her care. Or to set up a simple doctors well check appointment because the procedure is being done out of state.This is very wrong and the office Lady was very rude.

This review is to share about call wait times for M Health Fairview in general. I have tried different times of the day and it is ALWAYS a very long wait time. Last time I tried to take advantage of the 24/7 scheduling option... calling at midnight. After 10 minutes of waiting at midnight, I finally hung up! Ridiculous!

I Love Everything About Fairview clinics I’ve been going for years now and i truly Love The nurses the Doctors the everyone there i really like my doctors Mrs N and Mrs M they’re amazing and have a lot of patience with my autism :) and anxiety and stuff like that

I wish i could give them zero stars. the WORST!! I needed a TB Mantoux for my Phlebotomy college program starting this Thursday. I had an appointment for 3:45 today(monday) -i show up and they tell me i don’t have an appointment. The results take 2 days to get for the test and i needed them before Thursday.They tell me no hospitals around them have any appointments until next week. I do not get to take my Phlebotomy class now and wasted 1,400$ that i cannot get back!!!!! I now have to wait until July to sign up for the next program. ALSO this has happened to me and my mom twice before this! when you make an appointment-triple check that they actually complete the process of putting your name on the schedule otherwise you show up and they say they don’t have you on the schedule. SO ANNOYING. waste of time.

Dr. Kalidindi has been an incredible partner in my wellness journey! I have referred her to several friends and they also have had wonderful experiences with her. She is kind, thorough, and intelligent.

My son has been seeing his pediatrician (whom we absolutely love) there his entire life and in the 11 years he’s been there, we’ve never had issue. Since their recent merger with M Health, I have had NOTHING but billing issues with my own care. Tacking on extra $200+ codes to dates of service, quoting prices and adding extra codes after the fact. Then blaming my insurance company saying “they make us code that way.” No, they don’t. I’ve worked in healthcare for over 10 years and last I checked, the clinic codes their own dates of service for submission, not the other way around. Contemplating taking our care elsewhere at this point.

My grandpa went in to get check for his prostate when the doctor decided to randomly without his knowledge and permission to do a test and just assumed and labeled that he has “Alzheimer’s”. He was very rude as well as the other doctors. 10/10 don’t recommend this place AT ALL.

It’s ridiculous that every time I call into clinic I am on hold for at least 25 minutes. Even the wait times for their 24/7 phone number are ridiculous! It is so frustrating!

Unfortunately a 1 star. Id give a 0 if it werent for the good care by the doctor. Nothing but billing issues since Nov 2019. We are on 8 months on back and forth faults on why 1 of our 2 kids well child check up was not covered, even with a preservice approval. I am on my 4th rebilling from provider to insurance and each time they blame each other. Now I HAVE TO APPEAL because of coding errors and billing mishaps. Never again will we return. So turned off by even bringing my kids in unless an emergency. We will not be returning. Very unfortunate and disappointing that this was done with such simple situation.

Friendly and efficient. I had a wonderful experience. I was well taken care of and would highly recommend this clinic :) Thank you to their wonderful staff!

I was on hold over 20 min 4 different times to schedule an urgent appointment. How can this be improved?

I was able to get an appointment quickly for an acute issue at this clinic having not been seen here before and not having a prior relationship with one of their physicians. I was treated professionally and with dignity. I feel confident about the care I received. I only wish I lived closer to this clinic so I could continue to use this clinic as my primary care clinic.

My doctor didnt show up until a full hour after my appointment time. Which was odd because I was the only vehicle in the parking lot. Instead of even attempting to look into my ailments, she just decided to refill prescriptions from when I was 9-10 years old. I waited an hour to be seen for three minutes and to get prescriptions from 12 years ago. The only saving grace was the nice lady who was cleaning the clinic. I will definitely be going elsewhere

I literally cannot stand how long I have to sit in the waiting rooms every single time I bring my 5 year old in for an appointment.My schedule is always a time crunch as it is, so when I pick a time for an appointment, I pick that time for a reason. Because it works best with my busy non stop schedule. With that said, I cannot sit in a waiting room for over an hour passed my scheduled appointment to be seen.Ridiculous.I will be taking my son and my own health care needs to a different clinic.

Every time I come here i wish I would have just stayed home.

Left this clinic because Dr. Tori Christiaansen decides I need further tests when it wasnt necessary. I had spent many hours of being tested to find the right medication for my problem. She became arrogant and condesending. I left this clinic and found a good doctor elsewhere, but a year later she finds out where I went and calls my doctor that I now have. It was none of her business to intrude on my private patient/doctor relationship with this clinic.

We went in for our first prenatal appointment. Neither the nurse nor the doctor introduced themselves to us, asked anything about us, or did anything friendly. It was supremely uncomfortable and cold. The OBGYN didnt impress me at all and practically ran out of the room when the appointment was done.

My 1 Star is for the way the new phone system works. Before I could call my primary location and get help right away now I’m waiting 20min or more. I work for a living and have to call in my breaks at work only to hang up because I ran out of time. Way to screw it up ! This is very frustrating when you need meds.

I found out I was pregnant at the end of November but I conceived in October. Ive had 1 appointment in December and one in January. Currently in My 2nd trimester. I was told my next appointment and ultrasound wouldnt be until May 2nd two months before my due date. Thats not right. When will I know the sex of my baby?? The ladies at the front desk are nice but the OBGYN Janice stay far away from her. She is not a nice lady at all and Every time Ive gone to see her I feel like shes constantly rushing my appointment or not really hearing me. Im going to request another doctor hopefully they are better and if not Im going someplace else.

Friendly Staff and pleasant Facilities. Dr. Jessica Larson is a wonderful pediatrician.

Felt very rushed through my allergy appointment, forgot my epi-pens was told to always keep them in my purse in a snarky tone. Was talked to like I was a idiot. That was most of my appointment. This was with Dr. mongeto (or however her last name is spelled) Would love to tell this to Fairview but no place to leave a comment anywhere! Stopped used their bathroom upstairs before going down to lab and toilet was broken and leaking water. I would try to see a allergist at a different location.

No long wait, friendly staff, kind doctors who weve seen for years.
