As of August 2021, This location does not have an urgent care, even though there is a photo with an urgent care that the owner added to this location. They close at 5pm and there is definitely no urgent care.

Dr Anderson and her team of nurses were kind, amazing, and answered all of my questions!

Chiropractor, Dr.Bethany Curnow, was so knowledgeable and helpful! I’m 25 weeks pregnant and she was confident and educated regarding everything being performed and discussed future treatment as I progress in my pregnancy. I felt very comfortable and at ease seeing her and will refer her to anyone looking for a quality skilled chiropractor.

DO NOT make an OB appointment here! While trying to remove my IUD in clinic I was told my uterus was difficult multiple times like I had the choice!I was then told I would have to have a procedure done in clinic to get my IUD removed and was told I would have to take some medicine and I could drive home after....NOPE I had to have the procedure done in the hospital (thank goodness the hospital let me know I was going to have to have a ride home after being told I was going under with anesthesia!!!)My appointment at the hospital was about 2 weeks after my original appointment and was told I had to come in for a pre opI did the morning of because they told me it would take less time / and be more “convenient”LETS BE HONEST!!! For that 25 minute appointment to check my blood pressure and all that I got a bill for $310They also scheduled an appointment for me without confirming!! I got a call saying this is your appointment ⭐️Thank goodness I don’t work during the day and was able to make itAlso they used a hospital that was out of my network (I guess my bad for not double checking with my new insurance)Also I would like to add that a couple days after the procedure the hospital called to ask how I was going after my procedure!!! I guess they care more about someone they will most likely not see ever again then the doctor that is supposed to see you every year....?Talk about an expensive day with a whopping $5,600 in bills I have just from that day!!! Wow!!Needless to say I will be looking for a new doctor for myself and my family!!!⭐️This place gets a star for both the pediatric Dr and nurse practitioner my kids have seen- they are both very nice and make my kids feel comfortable even though the appointment center messed up and gave my daughter the male doctor and son the female nurse practitioner when I asked for them to be the same gender as my kidsIt sucks that these 2 have to lose out on clients because their co worker is rude and doesn’t know what’s going on!

If I could give a minus star I would. The nurse today was NOT a pediatric nurse. She was rude. Mean. Nasty. Should not be a nurse let a lone work with children. My grandson is 2. Sick. Not happy. She acted like a nurse at a concentration camp. Find a new line of work

Ive been here a twice, once for an annual appointment and once for labs. The staff is extremely kind and great at communicating everything you need to know. This was the first time I was able to get Labs done on the first try, Ive always gotten poked numerous times before anyone can find a vein so it was so refreshing when Karen (the lab tech) was able to get me in and out with little pain or anxiety.Best clinic Ive been to in years.

Dr. Sann and her nurse Joanna are great to deal with. Care is superb. They make you feel like youre not just a number.

Just my two cents. My family (especially kids) has been going here for over 11 years and has been nothing but good experiences. The nurses and doctors are professionals and courteous. Keep up the good work.

Extremely nice personnel!

I have had absolutely miserable customer service. Referral and filing out forms have been close to impossible. Basically the receptionist an absolute nightmare to work with and I have empathy for her supervisors.

So unorganized. Everytime Im here. Im not coming here again. The first time, I was getting my depo shot and the nurse was in the middle of giving it to me (on my hip, with my pants down). The doctor left the door wide open after she left. The second time, the person from the lab came out into the lobby and asked some personal questions in front of other people around. Totally rude.

Very helpful and they have nice doctors. Fast help, too. Im new to the area and wont go anywhere else!!! They do a great job.

In my opinion. I would not go here if your in any kind of pain. Go to Fairview or Park Nicollet I have severe degenerative back disease and need both my hips replaced. I am in excruciating pain every day. I cant get through 8 hour day at work anymore. So I need pain meds till I get to surgery for hip replacement. I dont sleep at night cause of the pain. And because there is opioid epedemic. This place wont give proper pain meds to deal with pain. This is the bad part. I fall asleep daily driving from Plymouth to Zimmerman.at 2:30 - 330. I drive green camery. It just matter of time before I rearend someone at 65 mph. For lack of sleep. So for your own safety. Please watch for me on the road way and give me a honk to stay awake or alive. Im in search of real doctors who understand pain. Because here I dont believe they do.

Horrible communication between phone reps and doctors. Never return calls or messages and have repeatedly coded things wrong and have to rebill or overpay for services they were coded wrongly. Also, pharmacy has over charged and also doesnt return phone messages. Thankfully we have received refunds for all the over charges for our prescriptions.

Doctors judge you instead of taking what you say serious here

Because my sons dr. Was thorough my sons appendix was removed before serious problems.
