As a busy mom and business owner, getting a massage is one of the ways I treat myself and help myself relax and focus. I am so happy that I found The Evergreen Spa! (Actually, my husband found it and signed me up for a massage as a gift the first time.) I try to go monthly. Kaiti is professional, kind, and very good at what she does. I have had MANY massages over the last 20 years and I love her technique. I also love her table-- its very comfortable and warm. She has add on services that I love rotating through, too, for something a little extra special. The parking can be challenging, but Ive only had an issue one time when the Elk River Farmers Market was in full swing. Usually I find a spot right away. The bathroom is inconvenient on a different floor, but again, Ive made it work with no issues. I highly recommend this place! Much better than the big names in Maple Grove that Ive frequented before! If you are thinking of trying this out, DO IT.

Ive been using The Evergreen Spa since its opening. I love the whole package, from the massage therapist and her professionalism and knowledge, to the relaxing feeling you get as you walk through her door. I highly recommend!

I had one of my best massages here and Kaiti was fantastic in general! She listens and targets the troubled spots. I thought her ability to blend both effective massage and relaxation. I also HIGHLY recommend the added foot exfoliation add on. I also added her biofeedback meditation, it is a recording one which was good if you have a hard time shutting off your brain and relaxing.

I just had an incredible service by Kaiti. I did the Rain Drop Therapy and I feel completely reset. I dont usually fall asleep during services but this had me so relaxed that i was out. The different essential oils used just makes you relaxed. Its cooling but warming and the foot reflexology portion just awesome. If you are looking for some healing but not a complete massage then Raindrop therapy is for you. Thank you so much kaiti!

I recently had an accident where I slipped and fell and really hurt my back which was preventing me from working. Kaiti was willing and able to get me in last minute for a massage. She is very knowledgeable and listens to what the patient is saying and adapts the care to what is needed at that specific time. Highly recommend The Evergreen Spa.

I had inquired about a prenatal massage from The Evergreen Spa, they did so them but only on the clients side. I was so hoping for the ability to lay on my stomach. Not a few weeks went by when I inquired about a massage, they got a hold of me and let me know that they got another table that I could lay on my stomach, I was beyond excited!! I booked a time right away so I could lay flat again. Kaiti, the owner and massage therapist was just AMAZING! Not only was I able to lay comfortable for the first time she did a fantastic job! She chatted with me here and there throughout the massage and got to know me and I was able to get to know her.I will definitely be scheduling again after baby gets here to get the complete full works done!!! Super excited to fully relax again!She also uses the perfect mix of oils :)

I got a 60 minute massage and my back and shoulders feel amazing! The owner was very sweet and made me feel comfortable. The atmosphere & sounds were very relaxing! I will be going back! 😁

Kaitlyn did a great job making me feel comfortable and welcome. The only criticism I have is that I would’ve liked the room to be darker. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience!

I have had a hard time finding a massage therapist that understands what Im asking for. I went to see Kaiti at the recommendation of a friend. She was one of the first massage therapists that gave me exactly what I wanted. She used the perfect amount of pressure - it was such a nice, relaxing massage. The ambiance of the room is great too. I loved the essential oils she was using. Overall it was a great experience, and I will definitely be going back to see her again.

All I can say is WOW! I have to say that Kaiti does a phenomenal job in her work! She really knew how to find the spots in need of attention and worked those out. If you are in need of a massage, you must make an appointment with this woman. You will not be disappointed! The ambiance of the place is also a mental massage in itself!

Highly recommend a massage by Kaiti! I was able to relax while really being able to make some progress on some stressed muscles. Perfect pressure and such a calming atmosphere with the use of essential oils. Will be going back.

Fantastic, relaxing massage with a wonderful add-on option of CBD balm. I had a lot of muscle tension that was gone after the massage. Kaiti is great & very attentive. The spa is clean, quiet and the perfect environment for an escape to blissful relaxation!

I had my first massage with Kaiti today (July 15) and it was aah-mazing! I’ve tried a number of massage therapists in the area and was not thrilled with any of them. But, at last, Elk River has an excellent therapist! My only hesitation in my review is that when the word gets out it might be difficult to get an appointment! If you are sore, hurting, or just need a time of deep relaxation, go see Kaiti. Plus her suite is clean, fresh, and beautifully decorated!

I got a deep tissue massage from Kaiti at The Evergreen Spa and loved it. The room was very nice, quaint, and had a really nice home feeling. I moved to the area some years ago and have been searching for a massage therapist that I like as much as my old therapist in my old town, and I’ve found it with Kaiti. She knows how to focus on my trouble spots, so I always feel better leaving and continue to progress for long-term health. I highly recommend visiting The Evergreen Spa and seeing Kaiti!
