I highly recommend trying acupuncture with Dr. Tom at Ideal Health! My knees were so painful and inflamed I could hardly walk. After talking to Dr. Sandy I decided to see Dr. Tom. I’m so glad I did! I’ve gone from hobbling around the house, to walking without any pain. I didn’t know what to expect – but was pleasantly surprised with the results I’ve seen. Not only is the swelling and pain gone from my knees, I find the sessions very relaxing! I no longer have to “test” my knees when I stand up! I felt like Dr. Sandy listened to my concerns, did thorough testing, and was very caring and relatable. Its a friendly place with a great atmosphere.

Dr. Sandy took an x-ray and saw the source of my hip pain which demanded relief. After several treatments, the hip pain was gone. Through recent years, I had accepted living with lower back pain. That, too, disappeared. Dr. Sandy also shared helpful exercise tips to maintain healthier muscles and reduce inflammation.

Dr. Jeremy and Sandy are both wonderful as Chiropractors and people. We have been going here for years! They have helped us out numerous times beyond just chiropractic care. My husband had a kidney stone a few years back and his medical doctor wanted to do surgery to remove it. We ran this by Jeremy & Sandy...they recommended a supplement to help soften the stone...IT WORKED! Saved my husband from surgery...cannot say enough good things about Ideal Health!!

Absolutely amazing. Seven years ago, I started seeing Dr. Sandy after a stress injury in my shoulder. I was impressed with the thorough initial exam and detailed explanation of what was causing my pain. It was much more than the actual injury itself. After a few months of adjustments and diligently following a series of stretches and exercises prescribed by Sandy, I felt great. It wasnt long and Sandy was out on maternity leave.... but Dr. Jeremy picked right up where she left off. I continued with adjustments for another 2 years with continued health. I decided to stop due to insurance and travel reasons. 4 months ago I had a whiplash incident and of course called Ideal Health right away. I could not turn my head and sleeping was difficult to say the least. Again, I received a thorough initial exam and Dr. Jeremy has me pain free once again. Absolutely amazing.

I cant say enough about Dr. Jeremy! He has the magic touch! Every time I go with neck or shoulder pain, he takes the pain away immediately. He makes sure every joint and area gets the adjustments needed. Dr. Jeremy also helps me out with supplements that have been helping my joint swelling and thyroid levels! You also receive a warm welcome and beautiful smile from Jan as soon as you get to the clinic! Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and quick! I LOVE GOING HERE!

The entire staff are great, professional, welcoming and friendly. Our entire family sees Dr. Jeremy, and he knows, after x-rays and consult, body issues and pressure points that need attention. Most of the time he tends to them even without my asking, unless theres a new issue. One time my foot had some issue and was hurting just to walk, Dr. Jeremy knew exactly where to apply pressure. Love these guys. Fun, friendly, professional. After having back surgery 12 years ago, I didnt go to a chiropractor for a long time out of fear manipulation could make it worse. They carefully made sure I could be manipulated, and my flexibility has greatly increased. I have less back pain and more sensitivity in my left foot than Ive had since having a discectomy 12 years ago. Highly recommended.

Went in to be seen to be adjusted and was informed after I arrived that they needed to do X-Rays. They took the X-Rays and charged me over $200 and didn’t even adjust me that day because said they needed to review the X-Rays before they would adjust me. Next appointment charged me another $75 to go over my X-Rays and adjust my back which still in pain and went there again knowing I already had $200 invested in the place.I asked to have copies of my X-Rays to give to my doctor for their records and was told the X-Rays belonged to them and if I wanted to loan them out but guessing I would be charged for that too. Belde Chiropractor in Monticello requested my X-Rays to be faxed and Ideal states they mailed them off using the post office. No tracking number and never delivered to Belde. Called and asked for another copy sent and they tell me they don’t have any.Very shady company and upset they lost my records. Who sends originals without tracking them? My guess they never even sent them! Beware of scammers and I would recommend Belde Chiropractor in Monticello over here. You get seen and treated the same day no outrageous charges for X-Rays!

I was new to the area and looking to establish chiropractic care close to home. Ideal heath is pretty much in my back yard. After checking out the website and noticing Dr.Sandy had went through similar things as I have and was able to find relief , I decided to give their office a call. I love it at Ideal health! Everyone there is like family and they welcome you right in. I now see both Dr.Sandy and Dr.Jeremy on occasion. They both are very knowledgeable and explain everything so you understand. Their gentle touch helps to know that they really care about you and your health. After a VERY stressful day at work I came in for my adjustment. Trying not to cry, Brenda the receptionist noticed something wasnt right with me. She gave me a warm hug. When Dr.Sandy entered the room she asked how my day was. My reaction was I dont want to talk about it or Ill probably cry. Dr.Sandy respected that. Soon though I was ready to talk and explain about how stressful my day at the office had been.
