*would give 0 stars but not able to* I’ve went there twice 1-2 years apart the front desk staff are LAZY and rude they look at you as if you were wearing a ski mask! They require a consultation in order to get pricing!? I went to OMS in Maple Grove they had no problem giving me an estimate as long as I had an X-RAY sent to them!

I’m so happy with my experience with Dr.Seward. I had all 4 wisdom teeth done under general anesthesia on September 8th. I was referred to this location so I hadn’t seen him or anyone else here until then, I was soooo nervous about the procedure. Before and after the procedure he was so nice and his laid back attitude is just comforting. He warned me about dry socket and explained what they would do if it did happen. I did everything they told me to do or not to do and still ended up getting it, I called and got an appointment I was really late but he still seen me and took good care of me by cleaning out the sockets and packing them with medicated gauze. Nothing to be scared of as long as you go in if you suspect. The nurses were so nice too and understanding about my anxiety. I’m sure the other doctors are great but I recommend seeing Dr.Seward!

I had 4 teeth taken out that were broken off and infected. The staff were great. I have a extreme fear of any kind of dental work. They explained everything very well and assured me everything would be fine. Before I knew it I was taking a little nap and woke up feeling just fine considering what was just done. I hope I dont have to go back but if I do I would absolutely go back here.

My 7 year old daughter had 4 teeth pulled due to crowding. The procedure went very well, and the staff was amazing. As a dental hygienist in the field, I would highly recommend this office.

The service that I received there was the BEST ever! Dr. De La Mater & his staff are worthy of the highest global customer service awards available. He graciously explained my procedure to me as we went along & he answered all of my questions. He & his staff made me feel like family & I always felt like I was amongst friends. They are truly dedicated professionals. I actually looked forward to all of my visits with them!! They make America proud!! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Be careful!! These guys are very shady when it comes to getting your money. They’ll claim they are ‘very good’ at predicting your co-payment. So much so that they will charge that prediction up front claiming if they are off it will only be ‘just a little’, so you shouldn’t expect too big of a bill. So unless your idea of ‘just a little’ is about $1500, I’d find a more reputable place of business.

I recently had a wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Seward. He was great and very personable. At one point during the procedure It was starting to get sensitive where he was working so I told him and the nurse and he gave me more novacaine, and was very attentive to my needs. Both the doctor and staff were awesome!

Dr. Seward was very kind and the nurses helped me feel very comfortable for my surgery .

They fit me into their schedule the day after Christmas to extract a molar that became very infected a few days before. There was a bit of a wait when I got there due to them fitting me in but once I got into a room it was less than 30 minutes from novacaine to extraction and recovery time. The staff was wonderful and Dr Goldenberg was extremely professional and explained everything she was doing during the procedure. I highly recommend this office and Dr Goldenberg!!

Ive had my children go here for procedures and I just had a broken tooth removed. If you want to feel worse then when you walk in the door ask for Dr. Goldberg for your procedure. She will make sure you feel worse about yourself when you leave than when you walked in the door. Ive had other surgery preformed with this practice by other surgeons and everything went great but after seeing Dr. Goldberg she made sure that I was a lesser human then she was and she made it known that she had all the answers from God. If you get work preformed here I suggest you ask for a different surgeon then Dr. Goldberg unless your self esteem is good and you want to feel worse about yourself. My daughter had her wisdom teeth taken out by another oral surgeon. She developed dry socket and her surgeon did not tell us that his office was going to be closed for several weeks over Christmas and New Years. My daughter was able to be seen immediately by Associated Oral-Mxllfcl Surgeons and returned approximately 7 times to have her incision packed. We never had to wait for more than a few minutes and we were only charged for one visit. I would highly recommend Associated Oral-Maxillofacial Surgeons of Elk River.

Im not sure where all the bad reviews come from on here. Dr. Wetterlind did an amazing job and the rest of the staff were very pleasant and professional. Got put to sleep and had my wisdom teeth removed, could not be happier with their service. My guess is these people that are whining about the service are forgetting you get what you give and the world doesnt revolve around them.

Had a tooth removed today. Instead of cutting the gum line where the tooth was broke off, the doctor broke it some more and yanked it out of my jaw. Very traumatic procedure. Will NOT go back after this. Doctor had extremely poor bedside manners, he was in it only for him and didnt really care if I was wincing in pain as he was pulling the tooth out. It was after the procedure that he was willing to give me more Novocaine. Thanks for the pain.

Ridiculous customer service! Went in for a quick consult to have wisdom teeth pulled before work, a 7 45am appointment and I was still sitting there at 9. I wont be having them sedate me!

Incredibly rude staff. When appointment was scheduled, was told that consult and extraction would be done same day. Arrived 20 minutes early for appointment, and then wasnt seen until half-hour after scheduled time, only to then be told that we would have to come back because they didnt have time for extraction. Their excuse was patient care... but we followed all previsit instructions including not eating and having a driver. Had to take new xrays because those sent by my dentist were too small... they went via email... enlarge them on your computer instead of making people spend more money! Receptionist called my wife hun, and talked on the phone about her family loud enough for all in waiting room to hear. Overall felt like this place is just out for money and doesnt care how they treat people.

Stay away!Not only was the billing a total nightmare, they went through the contents of my pockets while they thought I was unconscious!

Had wisdom teeth removed a few years back here. Dr. Delamater and his staff went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone needing surgery!

I had my wisdom teeth removed here in 2008. They messed up the procedure, took out one molar instead of the wisdom tooth above it. Had to have 2 additional procedures, to take out the remaining wisdom tooth, and then to have an implant put in. They caused me a lot of pain and aggravation. Do not recommend.

I had a very pleasant experience! Very friendly staff! Dr. Goldenberg and Dr. Delamater were excellent!

I trust them, and would recommend my family and friends.

Job done, piss poor bedside manor by nursing staff. Nurse Ratchet comes to mind. If you go with them, dont let the nurses push you around. Their disposition was angry and pushy.
