We had the most amazing that visit ever in my life time! I took my rescue dog who was having a severe allergy attack to this wonderful business for help. They answered some of my questions on the telephone, made me an appointment, got us fit in between their schedule and handled him with such gentleness and validated me as a pet owner. I was so impressed I have told 15 people since I left there yesterday. I recommend this wonderful veterinarian and this office to anybody who needs their pet care.

Just set my first appointment and they where very professional. More worried about my monitors well being than profit being they cant get him in till monday they gave me several other numbers to make sure that they where the soonest possible appointment. Being they where the soonest possible Im going with them and their charge is very reasonable for an exotic vet, over all very satisfied thus far.

I brought my sons frog In because he quit eating. The team was fantastic. They ensured I was taken care of and every question was answered. Our frog was already feeling better this evening because of the suggested treatment plan. I definitely recommend this vet clinic.

The staff here are WONDERFUL! They treated our little guinea pigs with such care and kindness. The girls were very spoiled in their care. We highly recommend if ever your guinea pig needs care. Just wonderful people and care!

A wonderful place. Very compassionate and caring with our pets. I have always felt like they have treated our dogs like their own and have been very honest when our dog was ill. We drive about 45 min each way and it is definitely worth it to us.

TERRIBLE. Our 2 dogs were seen a month ago-separate visits for their annual visits, morning and afternoon appointments. Neither dogs were marked for receiving their distemper, at either appointment. Thank goodness we remember watching the vet give the shot to both dogs since they had NO RECORD. When we called the vet after receiving 2 reminder cards for over due distemper they made us pay for the vaccines all because we vaguely remember them getting the shot, even though they had NO record. We then had them do blood work after paying to check levels, which came back showing they DID receive the vaccine, or so we think... (thank goodness we did not have them vaccined again). WATCH OUT IF HAD YOUR ANIMAL IN ON MAY 13TH... THEY MIGHT NOT HAVE RECORD OF THE VACCINES GIVEN AND YOU DO NOT WANT TO DOUBLE, OUR DOGS WERE THERE AT TWO DIFFERENT TIMES AND NEITHER ONE WAS MARKED. To top it all off, the front desk clerk was extremely rude and we received no apology. Youre welcome Animal & Exotic Wellness Center for covering your a$$ and watching you do your work, since you cant do your own job. We will now being looking for a new vet after 7 years... it is a shame.

Dr. Gina and her staff are fantastic. Always willing to accommodate and get my dog in when she needs to be seen. Dr. Gina has a passion for animals and it shows. I love how she is always on the floor with my dog, letting her lick and jump all over her. My dog is no longer scared to go to the vet, instead LOVES it. Thanks Dr. Gina and your team for always treating us like family.

A little over a week ago I was out running errands and came home to find my younger ferret had gotten her self stuck by the neck in her cage! I was not certain how long she had been there and was completely panicked my ferrets are my babies! I called them right away and they were able to squeeze her in and check her out. She ended up being fine, little swelling and stressed out obviously but everyone was super welcoming and helpful. It really helped put me at ease. I have 2 ferrets and have only brought them in for routine check ups but i dont think I would trust any other vet, they love going here. Would recommend to anyone with an exotic pet, I never write reviews but for this great place I had to. You guys are amazing!!

First time visit with our bearded dragon. Had experienced anothe vet with him in August and this experience was far superior. Very friendly knowledgeable staff and Dr. Drove 2 hours to bring him there. Very pleased and happy we did. This will be his primary vet from now on.

I brought my baby cockatiel here to get a wound stitched up. Good pricing, sweet, and nice staff who are obviously invested in your animals!Everytime Id come in for an appointment for my bird, the receptionist always greeted and remembered my little bird!

This is where Mattie ( my cat) and I go for the a vet that is honest (not trying to get you to pay for procedures that are not needed and charges fairly for the care that must be done). She, as well as her staff, are always friendly, answer all questions, display a genuine love of animals ---visit and meet their office greeters. MOST importantly, they are competent and I would never take my spoiled Mattie anywhere else

This doctor knows her stuff. Great with my bird and my cat. I love that she does more than treat the symptoms and gave me several courses of action I could take. Ive been to several vets, this one is by far the best.

It can be hard to find high quality, specialized care for rabbits outside of the metro area. Dr. Gina and her staff take great care of our rabbits, at only a fraction of the price we used to pay in St. Paul and Minnetonka.

I have not actually brought my lizards in yet but I found a leopard gecko that was starved and almost dead. I called any they helped me over the phone with what to do and now it is far fat and happy.I am looking forward to bringing my bearded dragon in for a check up he is about 14 years old now and just want to know how he is doing.

Our 17 yr old parrot fell into the toilet recently and nearly drown (kind of strange, but he loves sitting in the bathroom with the fan running). We found him nearly lifeless floating in the bowl and rushed him to the Animal and Exotic Wellness Center for treatment. When we arrived they were already waiting for us with treatment ready. They gave him oxygen and other medications to help calm him down and prevent possible poisoning from the chlorination tablets in the toilet tank. They were very caring with our bird and saved his life! Thank you for saving our little baby.

I always find the staff at Animal & Exotic Wellness Center very friendly, caring, and enjoyable. They are very knowledgeable and treat my dog like one of their own. I always feel my dog is very well cared for. They are also very reasonable.

I have been bringing my animals to Jina for ten years. She is amazing!! I will never go anywhere else! So caring and loving to the animals and families.

My two dogs are in Dr. Andrews care. One of my dogs had to have a tumor removed and Dr. Andrews did a phenomenal job before, during and after the surgery. She explained the process to me beforehand, removed the whole tumor, and kept me updated on the Lab results as soon as they were in. You would never know my dog had a tumor. The scar is barely visible and healed in no time thanks to the right mix of medication and natural remedies. The whole staff at Animal & Exotic Wellness Center is very compassionate and puts their patients first.My other dog is intimidated by strangers and used to be very stressed out going to the vet. Well, this didnt happen on his visit with Dr. Andrews. All the employees and Dr. Andrews helped him feel at ease and upon leaving he wasnt a hot mess but left wagging his tail. I think he cant wait to go back which is the best testimony for any vet since dogs cant lie or hide their true feelings.If you want a vet that listens to you and is affordable please see Dr. Andrews.

I am so so thankful that we found Dr Jina! She and her staff are absolutely top notch and truly care about my babydog. My baby deals with EPI and Dr Jina is so patient with my million questions and I love that she practices HOLISTIC care. I was a vet tech for 8 years and worked with some great docs and some that were unethical and not so great. Being a client now and on the other end of things, Im particular about who my dogs see for care. Dr. Jina is one of the most compassionate, ethical veterinarians Ive ever known. We have been going to her clinic for 7 years. Thank you to her and her lovely, caring staff.

We love the care we get for all pets here...they get down on the floor with our dog and talk with him - alternative medicine is also something the docs prescribe - fish oil, glucosamine, etc...this really helps our 10 year old dog stay puppy-like!

Spent over $1,000 dollars (over a few months) and my dogs misery continued to get exponentially worse.Upon adoption from a rescue, we immediately noticed that he compulsively scratched himself non-stop. It eventually went to the point of literally scratching his skin & fur off! After several appointments, I was finally forced to get a second opinion (somewhere else) out of desperation. The other establishment diagnosed severe mange within 10 minutes of walking in the door. The previous treatments from the Wellness Center had proliferated it... Anyways. After two $10 shots- he had a drastic improvement. Im sure not all cares are bad, but this particular experience was pretty disappointing.

This establishment operates on the basis of dishonesty and incompetence. They lure new customers with the promise of one thing while delivering another. In March we were told they provide a thyroid panel for our cat for $57 and that the blood workup could be performed onsite with a wait of only an hour. Instead, their lead vet, Dr. Jina, performed an exam ($95.82), ordered and entire blood workup ($124) and sent the blood to a separate facility.Then they somehow lost the blood sample. This was the entire reason we went to this business in the first place. We were given a refund for the blood work, but no apology for our inconvenience, which was considerable, was forthcoming. A simple apology would have gone a long way.Because our cat was examined the previous year, there was no need for another exam, but we were given one, and charged for it, regardless. The operators apparently were working under the assumption that we would just pay for it without bringing up the matter that an exam was never requested. Well see whether the credit card company involved will rectify this matter or not, as we have registered a protest of the charge. We will also be filing a complaint with the states Attorney Generals office.We asked to have Dr. Jina call us to discuss a possible compromise on the payment but no call was forthcoming.Dr. Jina did not call presumably because she is aware she was in the wrong and that her business performed an illegal activity known as bait and switch, the hallmark of a person or business which wants something for nothing.Such shady operators, while they may have some competence at certain levels, are operating on an unethical basis. They have no problem telling their customers they will be charge one rate while charging them another. They will tell them the lab work will be done onsite with a minimum wait time, and then send out the blood work. They will take your pets blood and somehow lose it. They believe they can inflate their services while the customer is in the office because people whose pets are being cared for are more likely to submit to such demands. This is clearly unethical and should not be taken lightly.If I could submit a -5 star rating instead of a +1 I would have done so.

I took my hamster here when he had a huge tumor. The staff there was very compassionate and knowledgeable. They really know their stuff about hamsters.

Everyone was so nice and very thorough! I was so happy after our visit. My African Grey was very comfortable and they all handled him so well, I was very pleased. I highly recommend this place.
