Made an appointment and then when I arrived I was informed that they messed up and accidentally scheduled me for the wrong thing so they wouldn’t have time for me that day so I made another appointment a few weeks out because I needed a Saturday and then I got text saying they double booked my appointment and needed to reschedule. I gave up at this point trying to make appointments for anything. I felt it was really rude for them to just bump people around to accommodate for others. Definitely seems like they play favorites and make too many excuses. Don’t recommend

Love this Salon! They have the best Stylist and Manicurist. They also offer you coffee, tea, or water while you wait. They also carry the best products. The people that work there are wonderful, friendly and helpful. No need to look anywhere else, this the is best Salon in Elk Grove.

Fantastic experience! I’ve been looking for a stylist that really understands curls for a while. After a few not so great cuts at other places, I finally found my stylist! Shi did a beautiful job and was fun to chat with through the process. I’m soooo happy to have found her!!

Very frustrated. I called to ask the aprox price for cut and full balayage. I was told I would have to come in for exact price but that it would be about $150. I drive 15 minutes to get there, walk in and just waited for a good 2 minutes while I was ignored.finally I was then told starting prices for those services would be about $300. A complete waste of my time and effort. Why they lied and wasted my time I truly do not know or understand.

I had just scheduled a hair appt at another location when I drove by and saw the signage for Best in EG. I stopped in and received outstanding service (greeted right away by the owner, offered a beverage even though I didnt have an appointment, offered an on-the-spot consultation)I was excited and hopeful. First impressions blew me away in comparison to other locations I had been to. I had an very thorough, not rushed yet quick consultation with one of the stylists recommended by the manager for what I was looking for. I felt confident in her knowledge and ability to help me get the results I was looking for. Unfortunately, on the day of my appt my experience was quite the opposite. I was scheduled with a different stylist, she didnt introduce herself, no consultation was performed nor were the services I was scheduled for confirmed prior to sitting in the hair wash chair. I wasnt offered a beverage, my treatment wasnt explained to me, she tried to sell me products different to my treatment without explanation of their benefits, I was in and out in 30 minutes and I left the salon with the same hairstyle I entered with because she had already decided my end style for me. No time taken to show me the finished product. The one positive thing I will say is that my hair trim was executed very well. Outside of that, the experience was not worth the $100.00 or my time, which is disappointing because I was looking forward to building a relationship with a stylist/business I planned to use often.

Shi was the woman who cut my hair it turned out incredible. I was very nervous to get my hair cut really short but she helped me through it. She is very nice and I am so happy my mom took me here.

Dont go there if have any kind of ethnic hair. Incompetent
