Ive been coming to this barbershop for about 9 years now. Simon has always cut my hair and has always been friendly, polite, fast and very detail oriented. Not to mention the haircuts are very affordable.

I called to ask questions about hair straightening I’ve never been treated so rudely on the phone and hung up on. I called back and said I wasn’t done talking I wanted to ask a few more questions and he said the manager is not here I said when will he be in and he said I don’t know maybe in s week. I asked if he knew the name of the type of straightener that they use and he said he didn’t now. Who doesn’t know what products they use?

I have searched and searched AND SEARCHED for a great barber since my last one retired. I tried at least 7 other barber shops in the Sacramento area before stumbling across Simon and Salon FX. Simons fades are second to none!!! I normally get a zero fade messy faux and my son a zero fade comb over. He I fast, efficient, detail oriented and great with kids.

Salon Fx has a great environment, all the staffs here are friendly. My guy I go to is Simon! He always takes care of me and makes feel fresh walking out. The Prices are cheap and very worth it. I suggest anybody looking for a hair stylist to go check out salon fx.

The lady who cut didnt listen to what I wanted at all, I dont know if it was because she didnt speak English very well or because she sucks at cutting hair, but Im leaving with 4 inches shorter hair with none of the layers I asked for, no side swept bangs. My hair is uneven and I hate it. I want to leave the salon feeling pretty not sobbing because all my hair got chopped off.

Everyone barely speaks English. Dont have the basic common skill to at least cut the hair evenly and same on both halves. Never coming back.
