I have had an amazing experience here at the rehab hospital. Staff are all exceptionally happy, and friendly. They treat you like a loved family member. You will be working hard to achieve your goals. The process works well with individualized attention each session. I am walking better than I have in years! Kudos to all, and a heartfelt thank you...

Outstanding!!! I went there to Rehab a Frozen Shoulder. Everyone I met was very friendly. My therapist Chris was fantastic. He had vast knowledge of how the shoulder works. He was always positive while pushing me to get the most out of my visits. There suggestions for homework were always on point. As long as you do your homework, you will get more out of the next visit.I am almost to full recovery and life is good again, thanks to their helpThe equipment was state of the art and always cleaned between uses.I hope I don’t need rehab therapy again, but if I do this is where I am going.

My father was admitted here for rehab and everyone was very caring and friendly. They attended to my father’s needs. The therapists, nurses, case managers and physician kept me updated and informed with regards to my father’s progress and needs.

My mother has been in this rehab for weeks the nurses are horrible at communicating my mother cannot pick up the phone and talk to me so I asked them to let me face time her and they always fail to do it they need to at least let there be one visitor per day cause this is ridiculous I really should report this rehab because there attitudes are horrible even the nurse managers... I will be calling Administration Monday!!!

I have been there numerous times in the last year after I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. The folks there have always greeted me with a smile. When I was at my worst they kept me smiling and looking forward.

Family member needed rehab after surgery, this was recommended to us, for the most part they were good, nice people overall, good tech.s RNs , PT/OT was adequate. However, there is definitely a lot of medical political BS going here, they do pick and choose who they want as patients. Thats just not right, people who need this type of care should have access & receive the best care available. They should be more concerned about that than there ratings & insurance.

This place is run like a circus. We had a nurse come in with a monitor to read off some vitals, she made it half way through her list before exclaiming Oops, this is the wrong patient. Takes them 20 minutes to respond to bathroom calls, by that time it is far too late. God forbid you bring more than 2 visitors or else the goofy looking security guard will throw you out. Bring your loved one elsewhere where they treat people as human beings and not caged convicts.

My PT at the rehab center truly cares about my progress and has been 100% focused on me each visit thus far. I have experienced to much at too many different places and always noticed those attending to me, focused instead,in many different areas at one time.Thank you Ms. Anderson, the faith once lost in the medical field has been re-established. It is obvious Julie is passionate about helping others. I look forward to each visit and the progress towards my rehab.

The reason i gave one star is because i had to in order to post what i have to say about this place. If you have a choice, i strongly suggest simply DO NOT go there. Alexian Brothers is so about christian approach to care ...I have to say there is NOTHING Christian about this rehab... Especially - the head of the nurses of inpatient department Angela Moy. What a snake she is i have to say along with Tina, the nurse in charge , dont even care about her last name, snakes who literately suck the last out of you and than leave you to die. Very sneaky and heartless, their stuff and i mean PCT are so unprofessional, i do not even know where to start: super lazy and rude, call you honey like they know you for years, telling you they know best even though i am sure they know zero looking at how they look and how they behave. I mean the list is long to describe all the things you may face if you go there! Angela Moy , you must be lucky and i say this with disgust to get to that position you hold today because the shameless and arrogant personality of yours makes me sick to my stomach that people trust their loved onces into your hands.
