Dr. Schumer made my first cleaning in 5 years a breeze. Without dental insurance, I thought price was a good deal. Also was helpful with advice on some cosmetic options I may have. Office was really clean and everybody was kind and professional.

Best dentist Ive ever been to. Dr. Schumer Is gentle and cares youre not in a lot of pain. The teeth cleanings go fast ( please floss regularly ). They are very thorough friendly staff and wont break your finances. They take most dental insurance plans.

Schumer Family Dental is nothing short of amazing. From the greeting and smile we receive from Bernie, at reception, to Dr. David and Dr. Stefan, it feels like family. Dr Schumer is compassionate and a fantastic craftsman. Fixed two large cavities and did not need a root canal. Amanda has the lightest touch of any hygienist Ive ever had. She and Dr. Schumer are a winning team.

We recently went through an extensive dental procedure whose every step was thoroughly and professionally explained and executed. This involved a consult in the beginning in which our every question and concern were completely gone over. The procedure itself and the aftercare were exactly as described. Both Doctors spent as much time as was necessary to make us comfortable with every step. These are two professionals that well deserve that designation. Additionally, it is always a pleasure to be seen within 5 minutes of our designated appointment.

Weve been going for over a decade. They are honest and upfront about prices and recommendations. They never try to do a hard sell. Ive never felt like they were trying to get me to get unneeded/extra services.They have made both of my kids feel very comfortable with going to the dentist. Been very satisfied with this dental practice. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable in billing my insurance. ( I have Delta Dental) The hygienists always put me at ease. The doctors are congenial and professional. They are very focused on good preventive measures for dental health.

I started with Marvin Schumer when I was 5 or 6 and then with David Schumer when he came into the practice and now Davids son Stefan has come into the practice. In the 57+ years I have been treated excellently every time I have come in. They take excellent care in your all your oral needs. I am confident recommending the entire staff to anyone. Good service, on time, price was right. I am a resident of Florida and had a dentist down here. However, I go back to Illinois in the summer and tarted going to Dr. Schumer while I was up there. I have now made him my regular dentist and stopped going to the one in Florida. I am totally confident in Dr Schumer and also I had a crown come off on Satirday morning and Dr Stefan Schumer took me in and re-glued the crown in place. Our experience with this dental practice began over 35 years ago with our visits to Dr Davids FATHER! We brought our little 2 year old in for a consultation as her front tooth was turning dark. The doc said not to worry about it as it was a baby tooth, and did not charge a penny for his expert advice!We have continued with the Schumer dental practice in all the years since. I and my family have been seeing Dr. David Schumer and now Stefan for almost 35 years. I have had numerous issues which includes cavities, root canals, crowns, and in the near future implants. In all cases they explain the recommended treatment and/or options. They always answer all my questions and I never feel rushed or pressured. In a case of an emergency the office always gets me in without an appointment. After one difficult extraction David called me at home at night to see how I was doing. Who else does that? I highly recommend either Dr. Schumer. I give them 10 stars.

I rencently was referred to Dr. Dave Schumer DDS for problems with a major toothache and could have not been more pleased with his service. It was easy to schedule an appointment and his staff was friendly. He examined my tooth/soreness and told me the course of action that he would suggest and to see how it felt in one week. My soreness cleared up and no tooth pulled or root canal for now. I did not have dental insurance and I thought his prices for services where fair and inline with other dental Practices. My wife and myself are plainning to switch to Dave and his Son for all our future Dental needs.

I was recently at my internist office and he found a blue spot on my gums which concerned him. He asked that I see my dentist as soon as possible. I then went to Dr Shumers office to make anapointment. Dr David Shumer has been my dentist for many years. Dr Stefan Shumer was there that day. He was able to see me right away that same moment i went in for an appointment. He pulled my xrays up and looked in my mouth and assured me the spot was nothing to worry about. He explained exactly what it was and then i wrote to my internist so we both learned from this visit. I was so happy to have this taken care of in such a timely matter.
